Liczba 153 w J 21, 11 jest wartością numeryczną dwóch słów kluczowych w greckim tytule „Matka Pana”. Ta interpretacja jest oparta na poważnych argumentach, przede wszystkim na analogii pomiędzy Łk 1, 43 a J 21, 11. W J 21, 11 są dwa klucze wskazówki, które pomagają odczytać godność Maryi jako „Matki Pana”: pierwotny schemat 3 + 2 oraz wtórny schemat 5 + 2. Te klucze wskazówki były bardzo dobrze znane i zostały użyte w głównej strukturze Ewangelii Mateusza; układzie tzw. sekcji cudów (Mt 8, 1–9, 34); Mateuszowej genealogii; cudzie rozmnożenia pięciu chlebów i dwóch ryb, a także w J 21, 9–13. U Mateusza i Jana są także bezpośrednie analogie do greckiego tytułu „Matka Pana”. Nie ma żadnej wątpliwości, że u początków chrześcijaństwa Maryja była nazywana tylko „Matką Jezusa” lub „Jego Matką”. Dopiero w późniejszych czasach apostolskich podkreślano tytuł „Matka Pana”. Podobnie zmieniło się spojrzenie na zmartwychwstanie Jezusa. We wczesnych wyznaniach wiary zmartwychwstanie Jezusa było pomyślane jako czyn Boga, który wskrzesił Jezusa z martwych. Dopiero później zmartwychwstanie było uważane jako akt samego Jezusa, który samoistnie powstał z martwych. Wniebowzięcie Maryi było źródłem tego dziwnego fenomenu i całkowicie wyjaśnia zmianę teologicznego spojrzenia na Maryję i zmartwychwstanie Jezusa. Jej ciało zostało wskrzeszone z martwych, po prostu tak jak ciało Jezusa, Jej Syna, Pana, a więc była rzeczywiście Matką Pana. Janowe klucze wskazówki podkreślają godność Maryi jako „Matki Pana” w Ewangeliach i dowodzą, że Mateusz, Łukasz i Jan znali fakt Wniebowzięcia Maryi.
The number 153 in John 21 : 11 is the numerical value of two key words of the Greek title “the Mother of the Lord.” This interpretation is based on serious arguments, above all on the analogy between Luke 1 : 43 and John 21 : 2. There are two key clues, or patterns, in John 21 : 2 which help to encrypt the Marian dignity as “the Mother of the Lord”: the primary pattern 3 + 2 and the secondary pattern 5 + 2. These patterns were very well known and they were used in the main structure of Matthew, composition of the Miracle Chapters (Mt 8 : 1–9 : 34), the Matthean genealogy, Feeding the Multitude and John 21 : 9–13. In Matthew and John there are indirect analogies to the Greek title “the Mother of the Lord,” too. There is no doubt that at the beginning of Christianity Mary was merely called the “Mother of Jesus” or “His Mother.” It was much later in the apostolic times that the title “the Mother of the Lord” was emphasised. The view on Jesus’ resurrection was changed as well. In the early creedal formula the resurrection of Jesus was seen as the act of God who resurrected Jesus. Not until the Assumption of Mary was it perceived as an act of Jesus himself, who raised from the dead. The Assumption of Mary explains the change of the theological view on Mary and the resurrection of Jesus. Her body was raised from the dead, just like the body of Jesus, Her Son, the Lord, so She really is the Mother of the Lord. John’s patterns emphasise the dignity of Mary as “the Mother of the Lord” in the Gospels and they prove that Matthew, Luke and John knew about the Assumption of Mary.

Der Artikel hat zum Gegenstand die Absonderung der Strukturelementen von der Perikope J 11,1-44 und Bestimmung ihrer theologischen Funktion. Der Verfasser stützt sich auf den Kriterien von Aktionsort, Wortschatz und Gegenwirkung der Zeugen des Ereignisses, und kommt zum Schluss, dass im Zentrum der Erzählung das Gespräch Jesu mit Martha sich befindet, und Jesus ist als Auferstehung und Leben dargestellt. Das Lazarus Fortgehen aus dem Grabe ist eine Exemplifikation der Jesu eigentümlichen Kraft als Lebengebers und Auferstehungsstifters. Die ganze Perikope J 11,1-44, erfüllt mit dem Krankheits-, Tod-, und Grabwortschatz, ist von der Darstellung Jesu als Lebens und Auferstehung beherrscht.

Kap. 3 des Johannesevangeliums stellt eine Reihe von literarkritischen, exegetischen und theologischen Fragen an die zeitgenössische Johannesforschung. Zu den ersteren gehört das Verhältnis des Dialogs des historischen Jesus zur kerygmatischen Reflexion, die auf die Unterredung folgt. Wenn auch die Abgrenzung beider Elemente kaum einwandfrei festzulegen ist, bleibt die Beziehung sowohl von 3, 13 (16)-21 wie auch von 3,31-36 zur Jesus Botschaft ausser Zweifel; dennoch sind an beiden Abschnitten die spezifisch johanneische Merkmale unverkennbar ohne dass eine redaktionelle Bearbeitung der Gemeinde ausgeschlossen werden muss. Die Untersuchung will gerade jene theologischen Gedanken aufzeigen und im Lichte der zeitgenössischen Strömmungen überprüfen. Mit dem Qumran-Schrifttum und mit der Gnosis ist dem Abschnitt J 3,1-21 die theologische (vor allem dualistische) Terminologie gemeinsam freilich auf einer ganz verschiedenen Ebene und in anderer Bedeutung. Auch die Eschatologie unterscheiden sich hier entschlossen durch ihre Gegenwartsfunktion von den spätjüdischen Apokalypsen. Der Evangelist, wenn er auch die zeitgenössische Sprache redet, verliert niemals den Christus, die Wende und das Ziel, dem die Heilsgeschichte zustrebt, aus dem Auge. Daher tritt der Menschensohn nicht wie üblich (auch in der synoptischen Tradition) als ein Richter, sondern vor allem als Heilsbringer und Erlöser auf. Sein „Gericht” wird nicht an das Zeitende verlegt, sondern vollzieht sich in der Ablehnung des Glaubens an Jesus. Der Prüfstein des christlichen Glaubens – ist eine entsprechende religiös-sittliche Haltung, die bei den Christen ins volle Licht gerät, dasselbe Licht hält das Gericht über die den Jesus Hassenden.

In order to determine reasons of unsatisfactory production output regarding one of the 12 MVA furnaces, a comparative analysis with a furnace of higher power that showed a markedly better production output was performed. For comparison of ferrosilicon furnaces with different geometrical parameters and transformer powers, the theory of physical similarity was applied. Geometrical, electrical and thermal parameters of the reaction zones are included in the comparative analysis. For furnaces with different geometrical parameters, it is important to ensure the same temperature conditions of the reaction zones. Due to diverse mechanisms of heat generation, different criteria for determination of thermal and electrical similarity for the upper and lower reaction zones were assumed contrary to other publications. The parameter c3 (Westly) was assumed the similarity criterion for the upper furnace zones where heat is generated as a result of resistive heating while the parameter J1 (Jaccard) was assumed the similarity criterion for the lower furnace zones where heat is generated due to arc radiation.

Opis:
Peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-γ (PPARγ) is a ligand-inducible nuclear receptor that functions as a transcription factor involved in lipid metabolism, inflammatory response and angiogenesis. The most potent endogenous PPARγ activator is 15-deoxy-Δ12,14prostaglandin-J2 (15d-PGJ2), whereas synthetic ligands include the oral antidiabetic drugs thiazolidinediones (TZDs). Activation of PPARγ was reported to decrease the synthesis of matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) in vascular smooth muscle cells and macrophages. We aimed to investigate the effect of PPARγ ligands on expression of MMP-1 and urokinase plasminogen activator (uPA) in human microvascular endothelial cells (HMEC-1). We found that treatment of HMEC-1 with 15d-PGJ2 increased the synthesis of MMP-1 protein up to 168% comparing to untreated cells. TZDs (ciglitazone and troglitazone), more potent activators of PPARγ in HMEC-1, did not influence MMP-1 production, arguing against the involvement of PPARγ in this process. Importantly, the stimulatory effect of 15d-PGJ2 was reversed by the antioxidant N-acetyl-cysteine (NAC), suggesting a contribution of oxidative stress. We demonstrated also that 15d-PGJ2 did not change the activity of MMP-1 promoter, but increased the stability of MMP-1 mRNA. In contrast, 15d-PGJ2 very potently inhibited the synthesis of uPA. This effect was in part mimicked by ciglitazone and troglitazone implying an involvement of PPARγ. Accordingly, NAC did not modify the inhibitory effect of 15d-PGJ2 on uPA expression. In conclusion, we postulate that 15d-PGJ2 may differently regulate the synthesis of proteases involved in angiogenesis : it upregulates MMP-1 expression in HMEC-1 through induction of oxidative stress, and inhibits uPA synthesis partly by activation of PPARγ.
