The main aim of presented article is to present methodology how sophisticated products as compressor equipment can be considered and analysed as a complex technical system which consists of jointly operating components – a set of hardware, software, operational staff and documented information. In process modelling, these components are interacting in different processes of inputs, outputs, mechanisms (resources) or management. Based on the regulatory requirements for each component of the system, a key efficiency indicator can be identified. This allows to control the process and make appropriate decisions to improve the system. The application of the proposed methodology for the development and implementation of an integrated management system reduce the cost of resources and significantly improve the quality of the implementation of processes.

The stages of an implementation of an IMS, the benefits and the problems connected with implementing an IMS and with maintaining the implemented system were indicated. Moreover, the project of implementation of an IMS in selected company was presented.

Opis:
Safety is an integral part of the management process of an organisation. The effectiveness of safety is related to the safety management system of the organisation, and the organisation’s management system as a whole. Both systems are connected to the general principles of management. These general management principles were used to establish an integrated approach to the process of safety management through the integration of Integrated Management Systems (IMS), which work on the principles and rules of standardised management control systems, and which are possible to add to the already established management control systems, with the goal of the elimination of duplication in safety management, including reducing the cost of safety management itself. One benefit for the field of science is the creation of new universal algorithm steps for building integrated safety, which is applicable for managing any area of safety under any organisation’s conditions, regardless of the size and subject of activity of the given organisation. A benefit in practice is that it brings closer the general objective or aim, which is the effective approach to the integration process of the organisation management system.
Bezpieczeństwo jest integralną częścią procesu zarządzania organizacją. Skuteczność bezpieczeństwa związana jest z systemem zarządzania bezpieczeństwem organizacji i systemem zarządzania organizacją jako całością. Oba systemy połączone są ogólnymi zasadami zarządzania. Te ogólne zasady zarządzania zostały wykorzystane do stworzenia zintegrowanego podejścia do procesu zarządzania bezpieczeństwem poprzez integrację Zintegrowanych Systemów Zarządzania (ZSZ), które działają na zasadach i regułach standaryzowanych systemów kontroli zarządzania, a które można dodać do już ustanowionych systemów kontroli zarządzania, mając na celu eliminację powielania w ramach zarządzania bezpieczeństwem, w tym redukcję kosztów samego zarządzania bezpieczeństwem. Korzyścią dla tej dziedziny nauki jest tworzenie nowych uniwersalnych kroków algorytmu do budowania zintegrowanego bezpieczeństwa, które ma zastosowanie do zarządzania dowolnym obszarem bezpieczeństwa w warunkach każdej organizacji, niezależnie od wielkości i przedmiotu działalności danej organizacji. Korzyścią w praktyce jest to, że przybliża to ogólny cel lub cel, jakim jest skuteczne podejście do procesu integracji systemu zarządzania organizacją.

Quality management is the task of all managers to perform management functions in relation to the quality of the managed system and the quality of its components. At present, effective management of public administration requires defining the strategy of the office’s objectives, aimed at an efficient system of work organization and shaping a positive image. The aim of the article is to present the management of the quality policy in administration, including the integrated management system (IMS) in the organization and its impact on the implementation of the office’s tasks. The goal was achieved by means of literature studies, analysis of source documentation and empirical research in which the operating environment of IMS in the office was analyzed. The article presents the opinions of the employees of the office, taking into account their seniority on the subject of their knowledge, competence and commitment to implementing an integrated management system in the organization. It also takes into account the conditions for the implementation of this system in the office. The conclusions from the research indicate that a common understanding of quality problems, its common definition and creation of a friendly environment is key – through a pro-quality organizational culture, which will allow to build a pro-quality orientation of work.

Organizations are becoming more aware of the importance of integrated management systems (IMS). Interest in this subject indicates that IMS are seen as "management systems of the future“. The problem is that the methodology of integration of management systems does not exist. Integrated management systems in enterprises are of interest to researchers, but at higher education institutions (HEIs) this issue has not been the subject of in-depth research to date. The main purpose of this article is to explore the integration process of standardized management systems (MS), namely quality MS (compliant with ISO 9001), environmental MS (ISO 14001) and energy MS (ISO 50001) at HEIs. The objectives are: (1) examining the reasons for integrating standardized MSs at HEIs, and (2) identifying the stages of the standardized MS integration process at HEIs corresponding to the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle. To achieve this goal, a case study research strategy was adopted. One case, namely the University of Applied Sciences in Nysa, Poland, was analyzed. Multiple sources were used to obtain the data, and these were documentation, archives, interviews and participant observations. It was concluded that the main reason why the authorities of the analyzed HEI made the decision to integrate quality, environmental and energy MSs was to improve the university’s performance. This research made it possible to identify activities carried out at the HEI in the process of MS integration which correspond to all stages of the PDCA cycle.

In the contemporary world, in the era of an omnipresent competition, ever-rising expectations of citizens related to the improvement of the life quality, the approach to city management is changing. One can observe specific for new public management changes in the administration functioning. The aim of the paper is presented management models in modern administration and selected quality management models used in cities, based on the web/desk research. Additionally, the paper presents the use of integrated management systems in Polish town offices.

In order to fully adapt to market requirements, mining enterprises in recent years have implemented standardized systems for quality, safety and health at work and environmental management. The standards for individual systems define the requirements of applying specific procedures and actions to implement the adopted policy aimed at achieving the assumed goals. The combination of business procedures and practices is more effective in the case of their integration than the activities carried out under separate systems. They then function under the name of an integrated management system (IMS). Properly implemented IMSs most often contributes to a more harmonious functioning of the enterprise and the elimination of recurring activities in the areas concerning individual systems, and thus to the optimization of costs related to their implementation and maintenance. Improving the operational efficiency of the mining enterprise and mines included in it, while maintaining the requirements of work safety and environmental protection. In the conditions of a market economy, improving the efficiency of functioning and providing sources of business financing is a key necefity for mining enterprise (Bąk 2007, 2008). Mines need to be properly managed to survive. The key problem is the design and implementation of an efficient management system and its continuous improvement based on the adequacy of system solutions. This is an answer to the question whether the management system of a mining enterprise (mine) corresponds to its real needs in the process of achieving objectives. Improvement of management systems must be based on an appropriate diagnosis. The aim of the article is to present the original solution, which is a tool for improving the integrated management system in Polish mining enterprises.
Chcąc w pełni dostosować się do wymogów rynku, przedsiębiorstwa górnicze w ostatnich latach wdrożyły do stosowania znormalizowane systemy zarządzania jakością, bezpieczeństwem i higieną pracy oraz środowiskowego. Normy dotyczące poszczególnych systemów definiują wymogi stosowania określonych procedur i działań, służących wdrażaniu przyjętej polityki. Połączenie procedur i praktyk działania stosowanych w przedsiębiorstwie jest bardziej skuteczne w przypadku ich scalenia, niż działań realizowanych w ramach oddzielnych systemów. Funkcjonują one wtedy pod nazwą zintegrowanego systemu zarządzania (ZSZ). Prawidłowo wdrożony ZSZ przyczynia się najczęściej do bardziej harmonijnego funkcjonowania przedsiębiorstwa oraz eliminacji powtarzających się działań w obszarach dotyczących poszczególnych systemów, a przez to do optymalizacji kosztów związanych z ich wdrażaniem i utrzymywaniem. Poprawia sprawności funkcjonowania przedsiębiorstwa górniczego i kopalń wchodzących w jego skład, przy zachowaniu wymogów bezpieczeństwa pracy i ochrony środowiska. W warunkach gospodarki rynkowej podnoszenie efektywności funkcjonowania i zapewnienie źródeł finansowania działalności jest dla przedsiębiorstw górniczych pierwszoplanową koniecznością (Bąk 2007, 2008). Kluczowym problemem jest zaprojektowanie i wdrożenie sprawnego systemu zarządzania oraz jego ciągłe doskonalenie, oparte na adekwatności rozwiązań systemowych. Chodzi o odpowiedź na pytanie, czy system zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem górniczym (kopalnią) odpowiada jego rzeczywistym potrzebom w procesie realizacji celów. Doskonalenie systemów zarządzania musi być oparte na odpowiedniej diagnozie. Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie autorskiego rozwiązania, które stanowi narzędzie doskonalenia zintegrowanego systemu zarządzania w polskich przedsiębiorstwach górniczych.

Currently, the processing and transmission of the vast amount of information accompanying material flows are performed using modern computer and telecommunications technologies. However, the achieved results differ depending on the company's preparation to receive a specific information technology (IT). One of the main problems, that need to be solved before starting the implementation of an integrated management system, is to set up all the rules for indexing and labeling information contained in databases. This issue is of key importance because it unifies records in databases making them unique based on their features and/or parameters, furthermore it enables qualification and selection of information according to specific criteria. Moreover, it facilitates data accumulation process. The research conducted on the content of databases showed items inactive for over 5 years, in an amount of 28% to 45%, in the majority of the surveyed enterprises. This situation requires database cleaning and only active index files can be used for generating a new database. The database cleaning process should aim to organize information in current materials management databases for present data processing needs, furthermore it should also prepare existing resources for transfer to the new IT system.
Aktualnie przetwarzanie i przesyłanie ogromu informacji towarzyszących przepływom materialnym realizowane jest za pomocą nowoczesnych technologii komputerowych i telekomunikacyjnych. Jednak uzyskiwane efekty są bardzo różne w zależności od przygotowania przedsiębiorstwa do przyjęcia określonej techniki informatycznej. Jednym z zasadniczych problemów, z jakimi należy uporać się przed rozpoczęciem wdrożenia zintegrowanego systemu zarządzania, jest ustalenie wszelkich zasad indeksowania i znakowania informacji zawartych w bazach danych. Zagadnienie to ma kluczowe znaczenie, bowiem z jednej strony ujednolica zapisy informacyjne w bazach i czyni je unikalnymi ze względu na cechy czy parametry, z drugiej zaś, umożliwia selekcjonowanie i wybieranie informacji według określonych kryteriów oraz agregowanie danych. Wykonane badania zawartości baz danych wykazały, że w większości badanych przedsiębiorstw występowały pozycje nieaktywne od ponad 5 lat, w ilości od 28 do 45%. Sytuacja taka wymaga oczyszczenia bazy danych i dopiero pliki aktywnych indeksów mogą być podstawą utworzenia nowej bazy materiałowej. Istotnym efektem tej operacji ma być z jednej strony uporządkowanie informacji w aktualnych bazach związanych z gospodarką materiałową dla bieżących potrzeb przetwarzania danych, z drugiej przygotowanie istniejących zasobów do migracji do nowego systemu informatycznego.

Zintegrowany system zarządzania jest połączeniem procesów, procedur i praktyk działania stosowanych w organizacji w celu wdrożenia jej polityki, które może być bardzo skuteczne w osiąganiu celów wynikających z polityki. Jego wdrożenie jest bardzo korzystnym rozwiązaniem dla przedsiębiorstwa, które stosuje kilka różnych systemów zarządzania. Najczęściej dotyczy to zarządzania jakością, środowiskiem, bezpieczeństwem pracy oraz bezpieczeństwem informacji, postrzeganych wcześniej oddzielnie. Przyjęcie zintegrowanego systemu zarządzania umożliwiło skuteczne równoczesne zarządzanie wieloma podsystemami, poprzez ustanowienie i realizację jednolitej polityki firmy. Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie wybranych działań wdrażania zintegrowanego sytemu zarządzania w przedsiębiorstwach górniczych. Praca prezentuje podstawowe zasady wdrażania sytemu oraz kolejne jego etapy. Pokazano również przegląd zarządzania, który stanowi raport na temat działania zintegrowanych systemów zarządzania.
An integrated management system is a combination of processes, procedures and practices used in the organization to implement its policy, which can be very effective in achieving policy objectives. Its implementation is a very advantageous solution for a company that uses several different management systems. Most often, it concerns quality management, environment, work safety and information security, previously seen separately. The adoption of an integrated management system has enabled the effective simultaneous management of many subsystems, through the establishment and implementation of a single company policy. The aim of this paper is to present selected activities of implementing an integrated management system in mining enterprises. The work presents the basic principles of implementation of the system and its subsequent stages. An overview of management is also presented, which is a report on the operation of integrated management systems.

W celu usprawnienia i optymalizacji systemów zarządzania realizowanych w przedsiębiorstwie oraz zapewnienia współdziałania poszczególnych systemów, często jest w nich wdrażany zintegrowany system zarządzania (ZSZ). Implementacja zintegrowanych systemów zarządzania to trend, który coraz mocniej zaznacza swoją obecność w przemyśle. Wdrażanie tego rodzaju rozwiązania w przedsiębiorstwach górniczych jest pożądane i wpływa w istotny sposób na możliwość doskonalenia planowania i realizacji procesów produkcji górniczej. W artykule przedstawiono najistotniejsze aspekty skutecznego wdrażania poszczególnych systemów, wskazując na potencjalne korzyści praktycznego ich stosowania. Szczególną uwagę zwrócono na system zarządzania bezpieczeństwem i higieną pracy.
Due to the strategic importance of hard coal as a raw material decisive for the energy security of the state, the effective functioning of the mining enterprises producing it is extremely important. Obtaining and maintaining it, while maintaining the requirements of work safety and environmental protection, is a key problem in the management process of these enterprises and their mines. In order to improve and optimize management systems implemented in the enterprise and to ensure co- -operation of individual systems, often an integrated management system is implemented for them. The implementation of integrated management systems is a trend that is increasingly making its presence felt in the industry. The implementation of this type of solution in mining enterprises is desirable and has a significant impact on the possibility to improve planning and implementation of mining production processes. This paper presents the most important aspects of effective implementation of individual systems, indicating the potential benefits of their practical application. Particular attention has been paid to the occupational safety and health management system.

The article focused on the role of quality control methods in designing and production processes, on the example of the automotive company, in providing a product's parameters in accordance with a client’s requirements. Methods and tools used in a process of production, which are instruments controlling and diagnosing quality during production, were analyzed. Much attention was paid to SPC methods that statistically describe a production process.
W artykule zwrócono uwagę na rolę metod kontroli jakości w procesie projektowania i produkcji, na przykładzie przedsiębiorstwa branży motoryzacyjnej, w zapewnieniu parametrów wyrobu zgodnych z wymaganiami klienta. Przeanalizowano zastosowanie metod i narzędzi w procesie produkcji, które są instrumentami nadzorowania i diagnozowania jakości podczas produkcji wyrobu. Zwrócono uwagę na metody SPC, które opisują w sposób statystyczny proces produkcji.

Temat artykułu dotyczy procesów logistycznych w przedsiębiorstwach przemysłu obronnego w ramach zintegrowanego systemu zarządzania. Mechanizm funkcjonowania organizacji w obszarze przemysłu obronnego odniesiono m.in. do działalności logistycznej jako ważnego obszaru zintegrowanego systemu zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem. Celem artykułu jest identyfikacja i analiza wybranych procesów logistycznych w odniesieniu do ogólnego systemu procesowego przedsiębiorstwa oraz propozycja ich doskonalenia. Wprowadzeniem do problemu jest właściwe lokowanie logistyki z jej procesami, działaniami, technologią i programami w odniesieniu do polityki i celów przedsiębiorstwa w obszarze wymagań jakościowych i środowiskowych. W tym względzie możemy przyjąć założenie, iż w poprawnie zbudowanym zintegrowanym systemie zarządzania procesy logistyczne mają swoje zasadnicze i należne im miejsce. Obiektami badawczymi były firmy, które posiadają wdrożone zintegrowane systemy zarządzania jakością i środowiskiem. Obserwacja i analiza ich działalności została przeprowadzona na podstawie badań audytowych oraz oceny rocznych przeglądów i raportów. Wnioski końcowe uwzględniają specyfikę i charakter działalności logistycznej przedsiębiorstw w badanym obszarze. Poruszane zagadnienia mogą stanowić podstawę do dalszych badań w tym obszarze, istotnych z punktu widzenia wpływu logistyki na jakość wyrobu z zachowaniem ochrony środowiska naturalnego.
The article looks at logistics processes in the integrated management system of companies in the defence industry, and at how they function. This article aims to identify and analyse logistics processes in relation to the overall process system and how to assess them. The introduction to the problem is the proper placement of logistics with its processes, operations, technology, and programs in relation to the policies and objectives of the companies in the area of quality and environmental requirements. Companies that have implemented integrated quality and environmental management were used for research. Observation and analysis of their business was conducted on the basis of audit and evaluation of annual reviews and reports. The final conclusions take into account the specificity and nature of logistics enterprises in the study area. Topics covered may form the basis for further research in this area, significant from the point of view of the impact of logistics on the quality of the product while maintaining environmental protection.

Szczegółową analizę przeprowadzono na przykładzie przedsiębiorstwa produkującego wyroby chemiczne z terenu województwa śląskiego. Wprowadzenie Systemu Zarządzania BHP do Zintegrowanego Systemu Zarządzania w analizowanym Przedsiębiorstwie, powinno wpłynąć na zmniejszenie ilości wypadów przy pracy.
This article discusses problems connected with the issue of preventing the accidents at work due to introduction of The Health and Safety at Work System Management to the integrated management system. For the purpose, the particular definitions connected with the accidents at work were presented and a short analysis of accidents at work in the years 2007-2010 was made. The detailed analysis was made in the example of a company producing chemical goods in the district of Silesia. The introduction of integrated system of the management should have an influence on the reduced number of accidents at work.

Opis:
Quality management is the task of all managers to perform management functions in relation to the quality of the managed system and the quality of its components. This is an approach in which quality is the most important issue in management decisions. In times of increasing customer demand and changing management standards in public finance, bolder models and methods of improving the quality of public services are becoming increasingly bold, taking into account the expectations and needs of today’s public. The aim of this article is to present the state of quality policy management in a public finance sector unit, including the assessment of the degree of implementation of the integrated management system (IMS) in the organization and its impact on the performance of the tasks of the office. The goal was achieved through literature studies, source documentation analysis, and empirical research examining the functioning of the IMS at the office, including access to resources such as knowledge or information. The areas of competence and involvement of those in managerial positions and other employees were also assessed, particularly important in the building and improvement of IMS. Conclusions from the research indicate that it is crucial to understand common problems of quality, to define it and to create a friendly environment through a pro-quality organizational culture that will allow building a pro-quality orientation.
Zarządzanie jakością to zadanie wszystkich menedżerów polegające na wykonywaniu funkcji zarządzania w stosunku do jakości systemu zarządzanego i jakości jego składników. Jest to podejście, w którym jakość jest najważniejszą kwestią w decyzjach kierowniczych. W dobie zwiększających się wymagań klientów i zmiany standardów zarządzania w jednostkach sektora finansów publicznych coraz odważ- niej wykorzystywane są modele i metody doskonalenia jakości usług publicznych, które biorą pod uwagę oczekiwania i potrzeby współczesnego odbiorcy. Celem artykułu jest prezentacja stanu zarządzania polityką jakości w jednostce sektora finansów publicznych z uwzględnieniem oceny stopnia wdrożenia zintegrowanego systemu zarządzania (ZSZ) w organizacji i jego wpływu na realizację zadań urzędu. Cel osiągnięto za pomocą studiów literaturowych, analizy dokumentacji źródłowych oraz badań empirycznych, w których przeanalizowane zostało środowisko funkcjonowania ZSZ w urzędzie, w tym dostęp do zasobów takich jak wiedza czy informacje. Ocenione zostały ponadto obszary kompetencji i zaangażowania osób będących na stanowiskach kierowniczych i pozostałych pracowników, jako szczególnie istotne w budowaniu i doskonaleniu ZSZ. Wnioski z badań wskazują, że kluczowe jest wspólne rozumienie problemów jakości, wspólne definiowanie i stworzenie środowiska jej przyjaznego – przez projakościową kulturę organizacyjną, które pozwolą na budowanie projakościowej orientacji pracy

This paper presents selected issues concerning the safety and hygiene of work in the aspect of the integrated management system and the system of management of safety and hygiene of work. Systematics of selected collective, individual and other means of protection was described. Analysis of the safety state was conducted at the Department of Mechanical Coal Processing, among others including legal grounds and specifications, threats and the occupational risk, analyses of accidents at work.

Współczesne przedsiębiorstwo przetwarza informacje których źródło ma charakter zarówno zewnętrzny jak i wewnętrzny. W związku z tym informacja i będąca jej efektem wiedza to majątek każdej organizacji. Aby przedsiębiorstwo miało szanse na sukces powinno wykorzystywać maksymalne możliwości zintegrowanych systemów zarządzania których częścią mogą być systemy informatyczne. Systemy te stanowią kolejną, obecną na rynku, generację systemów wspomagających zarządzanie przedsiębiorstwem. W artykule na przykładzie wybranego przedsiębiorstwa przedstawiono identyfikację systemów automatycznej identyfikacji kodów kreskowych, elektronicznej wymiany danych EDI, szczególnie uwzględniając systemy klasy SAP R\3.
A modern company processes information inside and outside. Consequently, this information is the property of the enterprise. To be successful in the market, the company is required to use the maximum capabilities of integrated IT systems. These systems are the next on the market, generation of systems supporting company management. This article discusses the identification of automated barcode identification systems, EDI electronic data interchange, MRP/ERP systems, and especially SAP R\3 class systems on the example of an enterprise.

W Polsce większość odpadów komunalnych trafia na składowiska, które często nie spełniają podstawowych wymogów bezpieczeństwa dla ludzi i środowiska. Do osiągnięcia wymaganego przez dyrektywy UE poziomu recyklingu odpadów potrzeba efektywnego systemu ich zbiórki, instalacji przetwarzających odpady, a także systematycznie prowadzonej edukacji społecznej. Celem pracy jest zaprezentowanie poziomu i stanu segregacji odpadów pochodzących z gospodarstw domowych na obszarach wiejskich w gminach Wielkopolski. W pracy przedstawiono, obok teoretycznych wiadomości na temat gospodarowania odpadami, wyniki badań, które autorka przeprowadziła w gminach Wielkopolski. Ankiety zostały skierowane do gospodarstw domowych, a ich głównym celem była ocena stopnia prowadzenia segregacji odpadów przez te gospodarstwa. Okazało się, że około 62% z przebadanych gospodarstw segreguje odpady. Pozostałe 38% gospodarstw nie segreguje odpadów, a powody takiego postępowania są różne.
Most household wastes in Poland are delivered to landfills which often do not meet basic safety standards for people and environment. To obtain the level of recycling required by the EU directives, the effective system of collection, installations to utilise wastes and systematic public education are necessary. The aim of this article is to present the level and status of household wastes' segregation in rural areas of the communes in Wielkopolska. Apart from theoretical information on waste management, the results of empirical study performed in Wielkopolska communities are presented in the paper. The questionnaires directed to households were aimed at estimating the degree of wastes segregation in these households. It was shown that about 62% examined households segregated wastes. The remaining 38% of households did not segregate wastes for various reasons.

Uwarunkowania formalnoprawne, rynkowe oraz demograficzne sprawiają, że wiele uczelni w Polsce stoi przed koniecznością modernizacji swojego modelu zarządzania. W artykule zaprezentowano podejście do tej zmiany przyjęte w Uniwersytecie Ekonomicznym w Katowicach. Autorzy przedstawiają podjęte działania, osiągnięte korzyści oraz doświadczenia z wdrożenia zintegrowanego systemu zarządzania uczelnią.
Formal and legal, as well as market and demographic conditions cause, that many of Polish universities faces the necessity of modernization of established management model. The article presents the approach to this change chosen at the University of Economics in Katowice. In the article authors describe taken actions, achieved benefits and experiences gained during the process of implementation of university management system.

Artykuł jest próbą odpowiedzi na pytanie jak zaawansowane technologie zastosowane we współczesnych autobusach miejskich znajdują odzwierciedlenie w rzeczywistej redukcji liczby zdarzeń drogowych i polepszeniu bezpieczeństwa użytkowania. Analiza dotyczy okresu 2013-2017 r. wdrażania i eksploatacji zrównoważonego transportu publicznego w mieście. Wprowadzono nowoczesne autobusy Autosan Sancity 10LF i Mercedes-Benz Citaro 12 CNG ale eksploatowane były wciąż starsze konstrukcje typu Jelcz 120 M/4 12 CNG i Solaris Urbino 12 CNG. Zbadano poziom zagrożenia bezpieczeństwa transportu miejskiego wynikający z liczby kolizji i wypadków. Ocenę przeprowadzono za pomocą wskaźnika W3 charakteryzującego poziom zagrożenia bezpieczeństwa systemu transportowego wywołany także intensywnością uszkodzeń układów autobusu w ciągu jednego roku. Oceniano prawdopodobieństwo wystąpienia uszkodzenia analizowanego układu P(U*) oraz istotność wpływu uszkodzeń tych systemów autobusów na zagrożenie bezpieczeństwa transportu miejskiego O.
The article is an attempt to answer the question how advanced technologies used in modern city buses, are reflected in the actual reduction of the number of road accidents and improving the safety of use. The analysis concerns the period 2013-2017 of implementation and exploitation of sustainable public transport in the city. These were modern buses Autosan Sancity 10LF and Mercedes-Benz Citaro 12 CNG as well as conventional structures Jelcz 120 M/4 12 CNG and Solaris Urbino 12 CNG. The level of threat to the safety of urban transport resulting from the number of collisions and accidents was examined. The assessment was carried out using the W3 indicator characterizing the level of transport system security risk caused also by the damage of bus systems in one year assessed: probability of failure of the analyzed P system (U*) and significance of damage to these bus systems to the risk of urban transport security O.

W ostatnim czasie do ustawodawstwa polskiego zostały wprowadzone dwa akty prawne związane z efektywnością energetyczną oraz gospodarką odpadami komunalnymi. Są to: ustawa o efektywności energetycznej oraz ustawa o zachowaniu czystości i porządku w gminach. Trwają prace legislacyjne nad projektem ustawy o odnawialnych źródłach energii oraz projektem zmiany ustawy o odpadach. Wymienione akty prawne stanowią implementację do polskiego porządku prawnego regulacji prawnych wynikających z obowiązujących w Unii Europejskiej dokumentów kierunkowych (tj. programów i strategii), dokumentów o charakterze wiążącym (tj. dyrektyw) oraz polityki klimatyczno_energetycznej i polityki ekologicznej. Analiza wymienionych dokumentów na poziomie legislacyjnym Unii Europejskiej oraz implementacji ich zapisów w warunkach krajowych wskazuje na wystąpienie współzależności części przepisów w zakresie energetyki odnawialnej, efektywności energetycznej oraz gospodarki odpadami komunalnymi. W niniejszym artykule podjęto próbę przeprowadzenia analizy wskazanych w dokumentach krajowych modeli gospodarki odpadami komunalnymi w ujęciu przepisów znowelizowanej ustawy o utrzymaniu czystości i porządku w gminie w kontekście wprowadzanych przepisów o efektywności energetycznej i energetyce odnawialnej. Wykorzystując mechanizmy ekonomiczne i ekologiczne zdefiniowane w analizowanych przepisach oraz specyficzne uwarunkowania społeczno-gospodarcze w Polsce, zaproponowano modyfikację modelu gospodarki odpadami, zdefiniowanego w Krajowym Planie Gospodarki Odpadami, dla regionów zamieszkałych przez 150-300 tysięcy mieszkańców. Wskazane rozwiązanie stanowi optymalny ekonomicznie kierunek dla budowy zintegrowanych systemów gospodarki odpadami komunalnymi w polskich gminach. Jednocześnie pozwala Polsce na osiągnięcie nałożonych przez Unię Europejską celów ekologicznych.
Recently, the Polish legislature were introduced two legal acts related to energy efficiency and municipal waste management. These are the Energy Efficiency Act and the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order within municipalities. Legislative work is underway on the draft law on renewable energy sources and the draft amendment on Waste Law. These acts are related to the implementation of the Polish legal regulations related to existing EU directional documents (i.e. programs and strategies), a binding document (i.e. directives), and climate, energy and environmental policy. Analysis of these documents at the legislative level of the European Union and the implementation of its provisions under national conditions indicate a correlation of legislation on renewable energy, energy efficiency and municipal waste management. This article analyzes the documents referred to in the national models of waste management in terms of the provisions of the amended Act on cleanliness and order within the municipality together with legislation on energy efficiency and renewable energy. Using economic and ecological mechanisms defined in the analyzed regulations and specific socioeconomic changes in Poland, the article proposes modification of the waste management system, as defined in the National Waste Management Plan for a region inhabited by 150-300 thousand people. The solution represents the optimal economic direction for the development of integrated municipal waste management in Polish municipalities. It simultaneously allows Poland to achieve the ecological objectives imposed by the European Union.

W artykule zasygnalizowano problem oszczędzania energii przy jednoczesnym zachowaniu wymagań środowiskowych w budynkach. Podjęcie decyzji zmierzających do oszczędzenia energii wymaga wykonania kompleksowej analizy parametrów środowiskowych i eksploatacyjnych budynku. Przedstawiono uwzględniane elementy i korzyści z realizacji wdrożonego programu modernizacyjnego, w tym zastosowania zintegrowanego zarządzania gospodarką energetyczną na przykładzie budynków użyteczności publicznej. Kompleksowe podejście przynosi wymierne korzyści nie tylko w zakresie zużycia energii, ale i poprawę parametrów środowiskowych.
The intention of the article is to pay attention to possibilities of energy conservation in an architecture sector, provided that all present environmental requirements are met. It is possible to gain rational economic profits as a result of some investment and organizational efforts. So as to make appropriate decisions in order to succeed in making the above mentioned actions it is necessary to do a complex analysis of environmental and operating parameters of a building. The paper presents profits gained from implementation of a modernization program and application of an integrated management system of energy with reference to public utility buildings. A specific type of Internet based information systems (IBIS) [1] realization and enterprise integrated management systems (EIMS) [2] - are considered. This paper describes the first stage of EIMS design - enterprise modeling. A unique enterprise structure is suggested for its application when enterprise modeling. Basic concepts of enterprise functioning are specified. Extensible document model (EDM) and business process (BP) models are suggested for realization of enterprise informational and functional infrastructures development, their analysis and improvement. A real example of a business process is described.
W artykule przedstawiono realizację systemu informacyjnego opartego na internecie (IBIS) oraz zintegrowanych systemów zarządzania przedsiębiorstwami EIMS) [1]. Przedsiębiorstwo o złożonej strukturze, o różnych powiązaniach produkcyjnych i serwisowych, którego działalność jest oparta na Internecie, jest bardzo złożonym obiektem sterowania. Funkcjonowanie nowoczesnego przedsiębiorstwa wymaga zamodelowania przynajmniej dwu głównych elementów: przepływu dokumentów funkcjonowania przedsiębiorstwa i procesów biznesowych. W pracy przedstawiono pierwszy etap projektu EIMS, tj. modelowanie przedsiębiorstwa. Proponowana jest unikatowa struktura zadania do jego modelowania. Wyszczególnione są podstawowe elementy funkcjonowania przedsiębiorstwa. Zaproponowano rozszerzalny model dokumentu (EDM) oraz model procesu biznesowego (BP) do realizacji, rozwoju analizy i udoskonalania infrastruktury informacyjnej i funkcjonalnej. Metodykę zilustrowano przykładem rzeczywistego procesu biznesowego. Jako środowisko działania systemu IBIS wybrano księgarnię internetową, prowadzącą sprzedaż książek przez Internet.

Celem artykułu jest uzasadnienie celowości wykorzystania metod jakie daje controlling operacyjny w kreacji strategii rozwoju współczesnych organizacji opartych o wiedzę, innowacyjność i szerokie kompendium informacji zarządczych. Są to źródła zasilania zintegrowanych systemów informatycznych zarządzania wspomagających realizację tak wielu procesów zarządczo - decyzyjnych współczesnych organizacji. Dynamiczny rozwój technologii informatycznych stwarza nowe możliwości zastosowania tych rozwiązań we współczesnych metodach i technikach zarządzania takich jak Business Process Reengineering, Business Intelligence i Data mining czy Business Process Management. Pozwala to na efektywne wykorzystanie repozytoriów informacji zarządczych a w nich pełną integrację informacyjną tak niezbędną dla menedżerów w zakresie tworzenia wielowymiarowych analiz i bieżącego raportowania. Aby zapewnić efektywne ich wykorzystanie, współczesne organizacje mają do dyspozycji różnorodność metod zarządzania procesami biznesowymi. Jedną z nowocześniejszych metod zarządzania, umożliwiającą szybkie reagowanie na zmiany otoczenia i antycypacje jest koncepcja controllingu operacyjnego. Controlling, który jest zorientowany na przyszłość jest jednym z instrumentów nowoczesnego zarządzania a zarazem źródłem informacji zarządczych dla kierownictwa. Różnorodność oraz bogactwo tych informacji wymaga stosowania nowoczesnych metod ułatwiających tworzenie repozytoriów danych ułatwiających i przyspieszających analizę informacji zarządczej i dostarczanie na określone centra decyzyjne. Trudno jest zatem dziś mówić o efektywnie funkcjonującej organizacji, a w niej controllingu jako instrumentu oceny i tworzenia przyszłej strategii bez analizy procesów i wspomagających ich realizację systemów informacyjnych. Dlatego też tak istotne jest wykorzystanie funkcjonalności hurtowni danych jako centralnego repozytorium danych zarządczych wraz z metodyką Business Process Management jako instrumentu wspomagającego controlling. Jej wykorzystanie może być więc efektywnym czynnikiem w automatyzacji i mapowaniu procesów controllingu operacyjnego w przedsiębiorstwie.
The subject article aims to prove the importance of new methods in operational controlling, stimulating corporate strategy creation, based on innovation and extended management information. These two are key factors for various kinds of integrated management systems of today’s organizations. The dynamic technology development in few recent years, covering also integrated management systems, discovered new effective solutions for real time corporate governance, such as Process Reengineering, Business Intelligence, Data Mining or Business Process Management. All these stands for fully integrated and harmonized IT ecosystem that is highly required by corporate managers for any Big Data analysis, reporting and decisioning processes. The concept of controlling is a key element in proper and effective business management and financial governance. It significantly helps organizations in real-time decisioning and risk mitigation. At the same moment the critical element for successful decision is cleanness of data sets, central repository and data warehouse configuration. Corporate Governance should have solid data process management policy, highly educated data analysts and correctly applied Business Process Management methods. All above significantly improves operational controlling appliance, controlling process mapping and process automation in modern enterprises. We should consider then Business Process Management as key element for corporate growth within competitive markets.

Opis:
Currently, business analytics uses computerized platforms containing ready-made reporting formulas in the field of Business Intelligence. In recent years, software companies supporting enterprise management offer advanced applications of information-analytical Business Intelligence class systems consisting of modular development of these systems and combining business intelligence software with platforms that use data warehouse technology, multidimensional analytical processing software and data mining and processing applications. This article describes an example of this type of computerized analytical platform for business entities, which is included in analytical applications that allow quick access to necessary, aggregated and multicriteria processed information. The software allows entrepreneurs and corporate managers as well as entities from the SME sector on the one hand to use embedded patterns of reports or analyzes, and on the other hand to self-develop and configure analyzes carried out, tailored to the specifics of a specific entity. Such analytical applications make it possible to build integrated risk management systems in the organization.
Obecnie w analityce biznesowej wykorzystywane są zinformatyzowane platformy zawierające gotowe formuły raportowania w zakresie Business Intelligence. W ostatnich latach producenci oprogramowania wspomagającego zarządzanie przedsiębiorstwem oferują zawansowane zastosowania informacyjno-analitycznych systemów klasy Business Intelligence polegające na modułowej rozbudowie tych systemów i łączeniu oprogramowania analityki biznesowej z platformami wykorzystującymi technologię hurtowni danych, oprogramowaniem wielowymiarowego przetwarzania analitycznego oraz aplikacjami eksploracji i przetwarzania danych. W niniejszym artykule opisano przykład tego typu zinformatyzowanej platformy analitycznej dla podmiotów gospodarczych, która zalicza się do aplikacji analitycznych umożliwiających szybki dostęp do niezbędnych, zagregowanych i wielokryterialnie przetwarzanych informacji. Oprogramowanie to pozwala przedsiębiorcom i menadżerom korporacji jak również podmiotów z sektora MSP z jednej strony na korzystanie z wbudowanych wzorców raportów czy analiz, a z drugiej na samodzielne opracowywanie i konfigurowanie przeprowadzanych analiz, dostosowanych do specyfiki konkretnego podmiotu. Tego typu aplikacje analityczne umożliwiają zbudowanie w organizacji systemów zintegrowanego zarządzania ryzykiem

W artykule omówiony został przykład zastosowania systemu ERP w przedsiębiorstwie logistycznym. W części teoretycznej scharakteryzowano działanie zintegrowanych systemów informatycznych, ich funkcje oraz korzyści, które wynikają z implementacji. W części praktycznej przedstawiono wdrożenie systemu, na przykładzie badanej organizacji. Zidentyfikowano podstawowe problemy działu spedycji oraz zobrazowano schemat funkcjonowania poszczególnych modułów. Na zakończenie wskazano czynniki, które przyczyniły się do usprawnienia działania całej firmy i wpłynęły pozytywnie na efektywność realizowanych w niej procesów.
Paper discussed an example of the use the ERP system in the logistics enterprise. In the theoretical part characterizes the operation of integrated information systems, their functions and benefits from implementation. The practical part presents the implementation of the system, for example the organization. Identified the basic problems in freight forwarding department and illustrated the operation diagram of the individual modules. At the end indicated effects, which have contributed to improving the company and had a positive impact on the effectiveness of the implemented processes.

Działalność przedsiębiorstwa budowlanego związana z wytwarzaniem wyrobu lub obiektu budowlanego oddziałuje na środowisko naturalne oraz bezpieczeństwo pracowników. Obecnie podstawowym, nowoczesnym narzędziem pozwalającym na zarządzanie działalnością przedsiębiorstwa budowlanego jest zintegrowany system zarządzania, realizowany w oparciu o normy: PN-EN ISO 9001:2009, PN-EN ISO 14001:2005 i PN-EN ISO 18001:2004. Przy tworzeniu zintegrowanego systemu zarządzania należy w pierwszej kolejności zidentyfikować wszelkie procesy i aspekty związane ze specyfiką działalności firmy realizującej prace budowlane. Model zintegrowanego systemu zarządzania w przedsiębiorstwie budowlanym, oprócz systemu zarządzania jakością, powinien również uwzględniać system zarządzania środowiskowego oraz system zarządzania bezpieczeństwem i higieną pracy. Cele dotyczące jakości, określone do realizacji przez organizację, powinny być uzupełnione o cele przedsiębiorstwa w zakresie rozwoju, finansowania, zyskowności, ochrony środowiska oraz bezpieczeństwa i higieny pracy. Specyfika funkcjonowania przedsiębiorstwa budowlanego jest ściśle związana z oddziaływaniem na środowisko. Prowadzone prace budowlane wymagają także zwrócenia szczególnej uwagi na bezpieczeństwo i higienę pracy, w celu zmniejszenia liczby wypadków przy pracy, które w dużej mierze dotyczą właśnie przedsiębiorstw budowlanych. Wdrożenie zintegrowanego systemu zarządzania pozwala na optymalizację kosztów, podniesienie efektywności i konkurencyjności firmy, a także podniesienie poziomu bezpieczeństwa pracowników. Realizacja zintegrowanego systemu, zgodnie z normalizacją międzynarodową, wpływa pozytywnie na podniesienie jakości i wiarygodności przedsiębiorstwa budowlanego.
A construction company activities connected with the materials production or building construction influenced on the environment and safety of workers. Currently, the basic, modern tool to manage the business of building an integrated management system, implemented based on the following standards: PN-EN ISO 9001:2009, PN-EN ISO 14001:2005, PN-EN ISO 18001:2004 (OHAS 18001). During creating of the integrated management system, all processes and aspects related to the specifics of business related to the execution of construction works should be identified at first. Model of an integrated management system the construction company, in addition to the quality management system should also take into account, the environmental management system as well as safety management system and occupational health. Quality objectives specified for implementation by the organization, should be supplemented by the companies objectives in the range of development, financing, profitability, environmental protection, occupational health and safety. The specificity of the construction company functioning is closely related to the impact on the environment. Carried out construction work also require the special attention to health and safety in order to reduce the number of accidents in work that largely relate to what the construction companies. Implementation of the integrated management system allows to optimize costs, increase of the efficiency and competitiveness of the company, as well as the safety of workers. The implementation of the integrated system in accordance with the international standardization, has the positive effect on improving the quality and reliability of the construction company.

This paper aims at presenting a concept of an integrated computer system of management in logistics, particularly in supply and distribution chains. The platform which integrates computer-aided management systems is that of electronic data interchange.
Celem niniejszego referatu jest zaprezentowanie koncepcji zintegrowanego systemu informatycznego zarządzania w logistyce, a w szczególności w łańcuchach zaopatrzenia i dystrybucji. Ze względu na tak przedstawiony cel referatu zawarte w nim zostaną między innymi: istota koncepcji zintegrowanego systemu informatycznego zarządzania w logistyce, komponenty tego systemu, a w tym: systemy CAM i CIM w procesach produkcyjnych, systemy zarządzania gospodarką magazynową, systemy zarządzania przepływem materiałowym, systemy zarządzania firmami logistycznymi. Platformą integrującą systemy informatyczne zarządzania jest elektroniczna wymiana informacji.

Eggplant is a vegetable that is widely cultivated in Indonesia. Fertilization is one of the most influential factors to increase eggplant productivity. The research to improve the eggplant productivity through the application of various nitrogen nutrient sources in an integrated nutrient management system and an intercropping system with cabbage was carried out from June to December 2019 in Wonorejo, Poncokusumo-Malang. The study was conducted using a randomized block design (RBD) with 21 treatments and was repeated 3 times. The treatments were D0 = Control (180 kg N) and (D1–D20), which were various combinations of inorganic N fertilizers, manure, and microbes (EM and PGPR). Observations included the number of leaves and stem diameter of eggplant, number of cabbage leaves, number of fruit per plant, fruit weight (per plant, per hectare, and per fruit), and Land Equivalent Ratio (LER), soil analysis before and after the research. The results showed that the combination of 75% inorganic fertilizer + 20–30 t·ha-1 manure + 10–20 ml·l-1 microbe (EM / PGPR) in the eggplant – cabbage intercropping system increased the growth and yield of eggplant, with fruit weights ranging 1.86–2.35 kg·plant-1 or 40.88–53.17 t·ha-1, and LER value was 1.94–2.04.

The definition of the structure of knowledge in controlling sub-system in integrated management computer support system is presented in this paper.In the first part of the article, a controlling sub-system is characterized. Next, the formal definition of knowledge structure is presented. This structure can be used, for example, to verify and compare heterogenous knowledge generated by using different methods of analysis. The final part describes an example of use of elaborated structure in practice, related to the operation of the prototype of controlling subsystem in the enterprise operating in the financial sector, which focusses on deleveraging of hospitals.

Opis:
Software reliability prediction is very important to minimize cost and improve software development effectiveness, especially in a spacecraft’s software system. In this paper, a new spacecraft software system reliability definition is given and a new reliability prognostics-oriented life cycle integrated system health management for a spacecraft software system is focused on. Adaptive genetic algorithms are then combined with a support vector machine to build an adaptive genetic algorithm support vector machine reliability prediction model. This model attempts to overcome the genetic algorithm weaknesses, such as the local minima and premature convergence problems, and solves the parameter selection difficulties often encountered in a support vector machine. After construction, the proposed adaptive genetic algorithm support vector machine model is employed to predict the reliability of a spacecraft software system. Finally, a numerical example is given to show how the proposed approach has a superior prediction performance compared to a standard support vector machine and artificial neural network.
Przewidywanie niezawodności oprogramowania odgrywa ważną rolę w minimalizowaniu kosztów i poprawie efektywności tworzenia oprogramowania, zwłaszcza w odniesieniu do systemów oprogramowania statków kosmicznych. W niniejszej pracy, podano nową definicję niezawodności systemu oprogramowania statku kosmicznego koncentrując uwagę na opartym na prognozowaniu niezawodności oraz cyklu życia modelu zintegrowanego zarządzania kondycją systemu opracowanego dla systemu oprogramowania statku kosmicznego. Skonstruowano następnie model przewidywania niezawodności oparty na połączeniu adaptacyjnych algorytmów genetycznych oraz maszyny wektorów nośnych. Model ten stanowi próbę przezwyciężenia słabości algorytmów genetycznych, takich jak problem minimów lokalnych czy problem przedwczesnej zbieżności, a także rozwiązania trudności związanych z doborem parametrów, jakie często występują przy zastosowaniu maszyny wektorów nośnych. Skonstruowany model opartej na adaptacyjnym algorytmie genetycznym maszyny wektorów nośnych zastosowano do przewidywania niezawodności systemu oprogramowania statku kosmicznego. Wreszcie, przedstawiono przykład liczbowy, który pokazuje że opracowany model charakteryzuje się wyższą dokładnością prognozowania w porównaniu do standardowej maszyny wektorów nośnych oraz sztucznej sieci neuronowej.

This article presents an integrated approach towards building a simulation model of the transportation network. The proposed method is based on the recommendations of the Blue Book for Sector of Public Transport in cities, agglomerations and regions issued by Jaspers (Joint Assistance to Support Projects in European Regions). It comprises six steps with such elements as econometric modelling, artificial neural networks and mathematical model. It is dedicated to developing simulation models for the purpose of picturing present situation and dependencies dominating in the transportation network, easily reflecting effects of potential modifications and providing forecasts for the future. The described hybrid method was verified in practice by building the simulation model which is presented in the next article in this series entitled: An Integrated Approach towards Building a Simulation Model Supporting the Management of the Passenger Transportation System. Part 2 – Case Study.

The rules and guidelines for integrated pest management specified in Annex III, sections 2 and 3, state “General principles of integrated pest management”: Harmful organisms must be monitored by adequate methods and tools, where available. Such adequate tools should include observations in the field as well as scientifically sound warnings, forecasting and early diagnostic systems, where feasible, as well as advice from professionally qualified advisors. As part of Multiannual Programs, the Institute of Plant Protection – NRI in Poznań has been carrying out work and research for many years to develop or modify guidelines for monitoring short- and long-term forecasting of pest occurrence on crops. These guidelines are extremely helpful for farmers and advisers in determining the optimum date of chemical control of pests on plants. Regularly revised and improved the guidelines deal with pests which currently pose a threat to crops. They are developed according to the latest scientific findings and are successfully promoted among professional users and agricultural advisors. These guidelines are standardized to include descriptions of species, life cycles, symptoms of damage/infestation of crops, methods of observation targeted at warning of the need for plant protection treatments, and threshold values of harmfulness. All guidelines include extensive photographic material. Guidelines for the monitoring of pests on orchard plants, vegetables and others are prepared at the Institute of Soil Science and Plant Cultivation − NRI in Puławy and the Institute of Pomology in Skierniewice. Guidelines for about 80 pests of crops are available for public use in the on-line Pest Warning System (Platforma Sygnalizacji Agrofagów, www.agrofagi.com.pl).

The aim of the work is to present relation between the structure of farm organization, determined according to the economic system and the system of integrated production in a large-scale farm 2004–2011. The material for investigation originated from farm accounting data and from the charts of fields history. It was worked out with the use of vertical and horizontal analysis, as well as synthetic analysis 1st degree by B. Kopeć. Many- -year-lasting analysis proved that the farm maintained animal breeding – plant production, namely rape – bee, highly intensive system, which is friendly to the environment. The rules of integrated production have been followed by that farm for more than 10 years and they involve: combination of pesticide treatments with mineral fertilization, appropriate crop rotation, which improves soil richness, application of liming and organic fertilization on the area of more than 25% of arable land. The economic system allows to apply integrated production.
Celem pracy jest zbadanie zależności między strukturą organizacji gospodarstwa, określoną za pomocą systemu gospodarczego, a systemem integrowanej produkcji w gospodarstwie wielkoobszarowym w latach 2004–2011. Materiał do badań pochodził z danych księgowych gospodarstwa oraz kart historii pól, a opracowano go, stosując metodę analizy pionowej i poziomej oraz analizy syntetycznej I stopnia B. Kopcia. Wieloletnia analiza wykazała, że gospodarstwo utrzymuje system gospodarczy hodowlano-roślinny, rzepakowo-buraczany, wysokointensywny, który jest przyjazny środowisku. Zasady integrowanej produkcji badane gospodarstwo stosuje od ponad 10 lat, a są to: łączenie zabiegów pestycydowych z nawożeniem mineralnym, odpowiednie zmianowanie poprawiające żyzność gleby, stosowanie wapnowania i nawożenia organicznego ponad 25% gruntów ornych. System gospodarczy pozwala na stosowanie integrowanej produkcji.

An offer of the existing expert systems (ES) for crop production in our country is presented. It was established that the recommendation decision support systems in plant protection are ES-like, since they comprise components typical of ES. The DSS formulate recommendations solving problems concerning justification of protective treatments. Thus such DSS behave similarly to the ES. The availability of the information from the ES in plant protection is still scant in our country. It is necessary to develop new ES for the most important crops. Interpretation of the EU provisions allowed stating the need of presenting the integrated pest management issues in a wider scope of the integrated crop production. The multifaceted scope of these issues calls for a multidisciplinary handling of the ES development: cooperation of agronomists, phytopathologists, plant-protection specialists, meteorologists, economists, agricultural advisers, farmers as well as specialists in databases, software engineering, artificial intelligence, etc.
Przedstawiono istniejącą w kraju ofertę systemów ekspertowych (SE) dla produkcji roślinnej. Stwierdzono, że rekomendacyjne systemy wspomagania decyzji (SWD) w ochronie roślin są SE-podobne, ponieważ wykorzystują komponenty właściwe systemom ekspertowym. SWD formułują zalecenia rozwiązując problemy dotyczące zasadności wykonania zabiegu ochronnego, zachowują się więc podobnie jak SE. Dostępność informacji pochodzącej z SE w zakresie integrowanej ochrony roślin jest jeszcze w naszym kraju niewielka. Konieczne jest opracowanie nowych SE dla najważniejszych upraw. Interpretacja przepisów UE pozwoliła stwierdzić potrzebę ujęcia zagadnień integrowanej ochrony roślin w szerszym kontekście integrowanej produkcji roślinnej. Wieloaspektowość zagadnień integrowanej produkcji roślinnej wymagać będzie multidyscyplinarnego podejścia do budowy SE: współpracy agronomów, fitopatologów, specjalistów od ochrony roślin, meteorologów, ekonomistów, doradców rolniczych, producentów rolnych, a także specjalistów od baz danych, inżynierii oprogramowania, sztucznej inteligencji, itd.

Rozwój technologiczny otoczenia organizacji, produktów i procesów produkcyjnych przebiega impulsowo i asynchronicznie. Pojawiające się rozwiązania, możliwości techniczne w obszarze technologii informacyjnej otwierają obszary różnego rodzaju potencjalnych innowacji. Sfera zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi, a w szczególności zadania związane z zarządzaniem wiedzą i kompetencjami pracowników nie są współcześnie nasycone kompleksowymi rozwiązaniami informatycznymi wykorzystującymi dostępną technologię i wiedzę. Artykuł porusza zagadnienia związane z projektowaniem zmiennych, adaptujących się, dynamicznych systemów informatycznych wspomagających i porządkujących procesy zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi i wspomagających komplementarnie funkcje w zakresie definiowania i zarządzania kompetencjami pracowników. Celem opracowania jest wskazanie na możliwości w zakresie modelowania i integracji ważnych procesów HR (ang. Human Resources) w ramach systemów informatycznych. Intencją autora jest podjęcie dyskusji nad potrzebami współczesnych organizacji, możliwościami technologicznymi i dojrzałością teoriopoznawczą w tym zakresie. Technological development of organizations environment, products and your processes excited and runs asynchronously. Emerging solutions, technical capabilities in the area of information technology opens all sorts of potential innovations. The sphere of human resource management, and in particular the processes of managing knowledge and skills of workers today are not saturated of complex IT solutions, based on available technology and knowledge. The article covers the issues related to the variables data modeling processes adapted to dynamic human resources management systems supporting and ordering processes of and complementary functions in the definition and management competence of employees. The publication main idea is to point on modeling and integration potential for of important HR processes adapted to integrated IT software systems. The article is a try of opening the discussion about modern organizations needs, the technological and cognitive-theoretic maturity on this field. Literature analysis method as well as designing a model of integrated IT solutions of human resource management area were used in the publication.

The team of authors is engaged in the IMO corresponding group on INS / Alert Management and in national task groups primarily specialising in “Navigational Alert Management” matters. This presentation is based on the outcome of serious discussions carried out at different work group sessions in Germany and has been widely used as a guideline when details of an Alert Management concept are analysed (e.g. alert related communication and de-escalation strategies). A separate paragraph of definitions within this presentation describes “Function Alerts” which are not relevant for the navigational tasks carried out by the officer of the watch. Alerts appear to be nonrelevant became the subject under discussion whether their announcement should be automatically filtered out by a navigational module within an INS. This could be one effective method of resolution to minimise (the number of high priority) alerts.

West Polesie Biosphere Reserve was established in April 2002 in an area of 139 000 ha in Łęczyńsko-Włodawskie Lake District in Lublin Voivodeship. Poleski National Park is in the centre of the Reserve, in its western part - the Landscape Park of Łęczyńskie Lake District, and in the east - Sobibor Landscape Park. The main characteristic feature of the Reserve is the fine-mosaic ecological structure of the landscape with numerous lakes, peat bogs, meadows and forests in depressions and patches of fields on higlands of limestone substratum. From the 1950's to the 1980's the area of Łęczyńsko-Włodawskie Lake District was subjected to large scale draining. 61.2 per cent of all marshy grounds were drained. Seven out of sixty- eight lakes have dried up. From the mid-70's the remaining lakes of the Disctrict have been affected by rapidly spreading recreational development of the land. By the end of the 20th century the majority of the lakes made available for recreation had had their tourist carrying capacity exceeded, and, in several cases, it was over fourfold. To prevent degradation of nature, tourist and aesthetic values of the region a number of protective measures have been taken. Initially, in the 60's and 70's, they took the form of conventional local conservation (creation of nature reserves), then, in the 80's, nearly the whole area of Łęczyńsko Włodawskie Lake District was recognised as a part of the regional "Ecological System of Protected Areas". Granting the status of Biosphere Reserves to the whole region by UNESCO has started a new chapter in natural resources management. It is oriented towards revival of degraded areas with simultaneous revitalization of rural settlement, as well as development of agricultural production in harmony with nature. Natural resources management system of the Biosphere Reserve involves four interrelated subsystems: diagnostic, planning, decision-making and control. Both the cooperation of nature protection service with local governments and a holistic approach to all of the components of the landscape are of special importance for these actions. This paper presents the chosen methods and techniques of natural space resources management of the Reserve, which constitute the above mentioned system. Furthermore, it describes the effects of their application.

After a decade-long evolution, the use of coal for energy production is growing again. Carbon is still an important source of energy in Europe, covering about one-fourth of electricity production. There are plans to open around 50 new coal-fired power plants. But the continued use of coal has a price, we pay all, mainly with our health can be affected by excessive environmental pollution Today more and more emphasis on the concept of „green economy” that should be reflected in improving people’s lives through effective management of environmental issues and reducing environmental risks Thus, through the present paper we aim to highlight those aspects that would allow the improvement of the environmental performance of coal-fired power plants in Romania by improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the Environmental Management System (EMS) as a component of the Integrated Management System along with the Quality, Health and Safety Management System . We start from the premise that the development and implementation of an effective and efficient environmental management system (EMS) becomes a priority for all companies in the field , especially since their activities based on coal burning , are considered among the most polluting.
Po trwającej lata ewolucji wykorzystanie węgla do produkcji energii ponownie rośnie. Węgiel jest nadal ważnym źródłem energii w Europie, pokrywając około jednej czwartej produkcji energii elektrycznej. Istnieją plany otwarcia około 50 nowych elektrowni węglowych. Ale energetyczne wykorzystanie węgla ma swoją cenę, płacimy głównie naszym zdrowiem wskutek nadmiernego za- nieczyszczenia środowiska. Obecnie coraz większy nacisk kładzie się na koncepcję „zielonej gospodarki”, która powinna znaleźć odzwierciedlenie w poprawie życia ludzi poprzez skuteczne zarządzanie środowiskowe i zmniejszanie zagrożeń środowiskowych. W artykule przedstawiono aspektów, które mogą pozwolić na poprawę efektywności środowiskowej elektrowni węglowych w Rumunii poprzez poprawę wydajności i skuteczności Systemu Zarządzania Środowiskowego (EMS) jako elementu Zintegrowanego Systemu Zarządzania wraz z Systemem Zarządzania Jakością i Bezpieczeństwem. Przyjęto założenie, że opracowanie i wdrożenie skutecznego i wydajnego systemu zarządzania środowiskiem (EMS) staje się priorytetem dla wszystkich firm w tej dziedzinie, zwłaszcza że ich działalność oparta na spalaniu węgla jest uważana za najbardziej zanieczyszczającą środowisko.

Celem pracy jest określenie koncepcji i ocena możliwości wdrożenia zintegrowanego systemu zarządzania jakością i bezpieczeństwem żywności w aspekcie determinantów jego skutecznej implementacji. Materiał i metody: Zastosowano metodę analizy i konstrukcji logicznej. Problem zintegrowanego systemu zarządzania jakością i bezpieczeństwem żywności i jego modelowania przeprowadzono w oparciu o krytyczną literaturę przedmiotu i własne doświadczenia autorów. Wyniki: Wynikiem opracowania jest proinnowacyjny model zarządzania jakością i bezpieczeństwem żywności uwzględniający kompleksowo spełnianie innych, określonych w międzynarodowych wzorcach, wymagań zapewniających produkcję i przetwarzanie żywności o gwarantowanej jakości i bezpiecznej zdrowotnie. Wniosek: Jako oryginalną wartość można uznać autorski model proinnowacyjnego systemu zarządzania jakością i bezpieczeństwem żywności, który zaimplementowany do przedsiębiorstw rolno-przetwórczych zapewni wysoka jakość i bezpieczną żywność dla konsumentów na europejskim i globalnym rynku.
Introduction and aim: Food security is a situation in which all people have constant physical, social and economic access to sufficient food that is safe and valuable, and which meets their needs and food preferences so that they can lead an active, healthy lifestyle. The purpose of discussion is to define the concept and assess the possibility of implementing an integrated system of quality management and food safety in terms of the determinants of its successful implementation. Material and methods: Used method of analysis and logical construction. The problem of an integrated system of quality management and food safety, and its modeling was based on the critical literature of the subject and the authors’ own experience. The results: The result of the study is to pro-innovative model of quality management and food safety into account comprehensively meet certain other international patterns, requirements to ensure the production and processing of food quality assured and safe to health. Conclusion: As the original value can be considered an original model of innovation-oriented quality management system and food safety, which is implemented in the agro-processing companies provide high quality and safety food for consumers on the European and global market.

Opis:
Modern ship bridges are highly-automated man-machine systems. Safe and efficient ship operations are dependent on the communication between humans and machines. This paper is dedicated to the general subject of integrated navigation and the specific field of the alert management on a ship's navigational bridge. It deals with investigations into the present situation on board of ships regarding the frequency and type of triggered alarms under real conditions. The conduction of empirical field studies is introduced and some of the gained results are presented and discussed. Finally the alert management concept of the performance standards for Integrated Navigation Systems (INS) is introduced and an approach for the reduction of CPA/TCPA alarm frequencies within INS/IBS is described.

The problem of simulation in integrated management information systems is presented. At the same time, a solution has been suggested that uses modular modeling techniques in simulators in the system-dynamic presentation.

Opis:
Operatorzy suwnic podczas wykonywania pracy są narażeni na oddziaływania czynne i bierne. Stanowiska pracy operatorów poddanych badaniom różniły się stopniem trudności, a więc też stopniem podatności na stres związany z wykonywanymi czynnościami. Badania przeprowadzono dla operatorów obsługujących trzy rodzaje suwnic: lejniczą, remontową i kleszczową. W badaniach wykorzystano technikę holterowską oraz testy psychofizyczne według tzw. Listy Dortmundzkiej.
Cranes operators are exposed both to active and passive influences during work. Work positions of the operators, who were put through examinations, differed in a degree of complexity, therefore also in a degree of susceptibility to stress connected with the executed activities. Examinations were carried out for operators manning three kinds of cranes: teeming crane, repair crane and ingot mould stripper crane. The Holter technique and psychophysical tests according to the so-called Dortmund List were used.
