Opis:: This paper presents the research results of identifying and analyzing key requirements for the ESABALT system based on pre-defined user profile groups. These requirements have been identified through multiple sources, which include an electronic survey of potential users of the system, interviews with specialists in navigation, law and computer science, analysis of state-of-the-art in maritime safety procedures, and study of past R&D projects in this field. Finally, these requirements are classified into user level, domain level and system level requirements for easy interpretation while designing the system architecture and its function-al specifications. The presented system specification is discussed.

Opis:: Pod pojęciem identyfikacji stanu zdatności operatora środków transportu rozumiemy relacje C ⊂ W (zbiór cech C zawiera się w zbiorze wymagań W). Cechy mogą być zdeterminowane - c, zmienne losowe - C, procesy losowe - C(t). Wymagania mogą być zdeterminowane - w, zmienne losowe W, procesy losowe W(t). Zbiór cech i zbiór wymagań wyznaczają dziewięć różnych relacji. W artykule omówiono możliwe relacje, podając ich modele matematyczne oraz interpretację.
Under the notion of identification of the ability state of the operator type transportation system we understand the relations C ⊂ W (the set of characteristics C is included in the set of requirements W). The characteristics can be: determined - c, random variables - C, random processes - C(t). The operation requirements of the man-device set can be: determined - w, random variables W, random processes W(t). The set of characteristics and the set of requirements determine nine different relations. All the relations have been considered in the paper, as well as their mathematical models and interpretation have been given.
