The present paper is an attempt of a synthesis of and comment on the consonance of both Testaments. There are two trends of exegesis in this matter: one is closely connected with the biblical paralelisms method, based on the ,style anthologique’ or, procedimiento imitativo’. This method has proved very useful in interpretation of more difficult texts of the New Testament, and especially so in biblical theology. The other trend could be called that of the literary consonance of both Testaments: with this method we first study literary structures of a Gospel as a whole and its models in the Old Testament, and then concrete examples of various literary forms in the Gospels, in the light of the Old Testament, e. g. Annuciation, the Gospel of Infancy. This method of investigation has on one hand stressed the remarkable unity and harmony of both Testaments, but, as it is based on evidence strictly internal and often subjective, it has weakened the historical valour of certain episodes of the Gospel of Infancy (Luc 1— 2 i Mat 1—2) on the other. From the point of view of Catholic hermeneutics its great lack is its neglect to confront its findings with inerrancy and inspiration of the Bible, as well as its complete disregard of the testimony of the Tradition of the Church.

At the moment we are observing some disturbing phenomena in our country: social pathologies in different varieties (they are more and more often understood and treated like social problems by those who are astonished and angry with everyday life; crisis of authorities in many spheres of interhuman life is more and more often defined as a testimony of what is “going wrong in the Danish state.” The number of people affected by progressive pauperisation is growing, there is a large group of unemployed the population of people living in the fringes of the society is going up. Such disturbing circumstances become factors of the climate that adds to the feeling of dissatisfaction and leads to “social unrest” and “social outbursts.” For the time being, the society is silent, it utters murmurs and manifests single acts of protest. This kind of silence should in no way be an evidence that people have no wishes (which they may easily turn into unconditional demands) and that they do not pass judgements on the elite, establishment and institution as they deserve it. One of the ways to predict the directions and contents of the events to come within the global society is to analyse and interpret the “basic problem” – the main social problem. The continuity of stabilisation or destabilisation of the system of communal life depends on whether this problem is solve or not. Without solving the “basic problem” it is impossible to continue the hitherto social order with its elite governing and leading the masses. I claim that in Poland now the “basic problem” is unemployment. The reason for this is as follows: the scale of unemployment as a social phenomenon and the tendency for the people without work to grow, the increasing number of the percentage of unemployed intellectuals. The latter factor adds to the significance of the problem, for it reveals the truth that there are many people with diplomas – they testify to their knowledge and skills at the highest level – and yet there is no job for such people. The results of long-term unemployment is socially very harmful. I claim that the political elite 1) cannot turn the system of communal life into such a world in which a man with a university diploma is appreciated and respectively used in the system of the “division of social work”; 2) it wastes a large part of the mental capital of our society, a fact that has a negative effect on the state of culture. In the future (rather sooner than later) “structural unemployment” will result in a hotbed of anti-elite (alternative elite). Unemployed and revolted intellectuals find their place in it. In the circumstances of a progressive crisis that affects the system they may be useful as ideologists and leaders of the movement on behalf of a radical change of the political system. Part of them that do not work as “traditional intelligentsia” (technicians – specialists who have their jobs under various political elites and accept the status quo formula and style of their acting) become “critical intelligentsia” and “revolted intelligentsia.” These people eagerly and easily turn into the movement of “limited intelligentsia” on behalf of the change of the political system. They join the new “historical block,” i.e. the alliance of social forces acting on behalf of the replacement of the status quo by an alternative order with an alternative elite. In the case of Poland what comes into play here is the movement of behalf of the transformation of society with respect to economy and political system – the movement on behalf of the defence of national interests and aspirations, on behalf of keeping Poles in their identity that stems from Christian and Latin values. At the moment in Poland there is no intelligentsia as a form of ethos. It is worth reflecting whether this movement of national regeneration is capable of bringing about a new intelligentsia as an ethos-like vanguard of the reform that draws on tradition.

The author briefly summarises her considerations on the area of cosmoecology that she is developing. Therefore she has indicated the most important influences of the cosmic environment on the earthly life, a fact justifies by the hypothesis of Gaia-Uranos. She has also shortly discussed what features there must have characterised the cosmic environment so that in a place of the Universe life could begin and evolve. The problem of physical parameters of the cosmic environment necessary for life to come to existence has been noticed for ages. It culminated in the anthropic principle. Here I mention the most general features in Aristotle’s understanding of the category of being which the cosmic environment had to possess: harmony, diversity, imbalance, and rhythm of phenomena.

The article presents Konrad Zacharias Lorenz’s views concerning man’s axiological space. According to Lorenz the origin of the cognitive apparatus is defined by the need to maintain orientation in the world. The apparatus is determined (ambiguously) by the biological and cultural factors. Also tendencies to accept a given type of values are dependent on inborn instincts. The harmony of mutual coexistence of biological and cultural norms is a manifestation of a ‘healthy functioning of the world of values’. In recognizing values an important role is attributed to emotions. The specificity of the act of valuation results from its subjectivity outside a direct control of acts of consciousness.

Zagadnienia poruszane w artykule są związane z wieloletnimi badaniami autorki prowadzonymi w dziedzinie kształtowania kolorystyki w architekturze i krajobrazie wsi, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem obszaru Polski Południowej. Autorka stara sie udzielić odpowiedzi na pytanie, czy tradycyjne rozwiązania kolorystycznomateriałowe stosowane w architekturze wiejskiej są możliwe do zastosowania współcześnie, czy też stanowią element dziedzictwa kulturowego mającego wartość jedynie historyczną. Wyniki analiz kompozycji kolorystycznej tradycyjnego zespołu wiejskiego oraz skonfrontowanie ich ze współczesnym zjawiskiem „chaosu kolorystycznego” na terenach wiejskich w Polsce pozwalają na sformułowanie wniosku, że tradycja stosowania koloru w architekturze ma długą tradycję, jak również element inspiracji, stanowiący bazę do stworzenia profesjonalnej i efektywnej metody doboru koloru w tworzonej współcześnie architekturze polskiej wsi.
Main goal of this article was to select and define those attributes of color use in traditional rural architecture, which were responsible for their high aesthetic value. Author tried to answer to the question, if some traditional color - material solutions are possible to be used today. Analysis of the traditional color compositions were based on professional literature descriptions, archive materials from PIBSzL (National Institute on Folk Art Research), XIX c. paintings and photographs of buildings found in open-air museums or in situ. Author tried also to find some analogies between so called Great Art and Folk Art through: comparison of contemporary abstract paintings and color compositions of traditional facades and creation of abstract compositions based on colors of rural houses. Results of those analyses and it’s confrontation with “color chaos” effect of present polish rural areas, enables to formulate conclusion, that traditions of color use in regional architecture could be treated as inspiration and base for professional color design method for modern rural settlements. To be in accordance with traditional solutions, we don’t need to copy past color selections. We only need to follow universal rules of composing – admitted in contemporary Great Art and present also in Folk Art. Using of this rules widens the spectrum of formal solutions, which may be used in color design in the future.

Na podstawie obserwacji terenowych, analizy materiałów archiwalnych i kwerendy literatury dokonano próby oceny harmonii krajobrazu wsi tradycyjnej Pogórzy Karpackich. Wskazano na zróżnicowanie przestrzenne morfologicznych typów wsi. Stwierdzono, że w ostatnim półwieczu świadomie, na dużą skalę, w szybkim tempie niszczona jest istniejąca tu jeszcze do niedawna, harmonia krajobrazu polegająca m.in. na dopasowaniu budownictwa i układu przestrzennego zabudowy wsi do lokalnych warunków przyrodniczych. Współcześnie z krajobrazu wiejskiego ginie ład przestrzenny i estetyczny. Dzieje się to na skutek zmian układu przestrzennego wsi i rozproszenia zabudowy mieszkalnej, zmiany funkcji części wsi tego regionu z wsi rolniczej na podmiejską, odejścia od architektury zastanej na rzecz architektury przypadkowej zarówno w formie jak i w proporcji brył budynków.
On base of local observation, analyses of archival materials and literature it performsestimate of harmony in landscape of village in the traditional Carpathian Foothills. What has been indicated is spatial disparity of morphological type of villages, which is connected with history of people in the area and natural conditions. It has been ascertained, that in last half-century, on big scale, it is being destroyed consciously and in fast rate the harmony of landscape on adjusting construction for local natural conditions match of building of spatial dimension villages. Harmonious landscape of agricultural village in traditional Carpathian Foothills assured inhabitants the safeties and the feeling of being “their own”. Nowadays the spatial order disappears from country landscape and it becomes mismatching and unaesthetic. It happens as a result of changes in spatial match of villages and dispersions of habitable buildings, changes in functions from agricultural village to suburban village in this region, departures from architecture in favor of accidental architecture as well as in proportion of lump of building. What is foreign culturally is new architectonic details and the usage of coloring in the building constructions.

The paper presents research related to the domain of Computer Generated Music [1], namely it deals with the harmonic sequence generation. The goal of the research is obtained with an application of neural networks. Data preparation was conducted using MIDI mechanisms and a music synthesizer. The paper includes also a discussion of the obtained results with respect to the actual process of music composition.
Artykuł prezentuje badania dotyczące dziedziny Computer Generated Music, a w szczególności dotyczy generacji sekwencji harmonicznych. W tym konkretnym przypadku, problem następstw harmonicznych został ograniczony do następstwa akordowego przy założeniu stosowania akordów trójdźwiękowych. Podstawą rozważań jest harmonia tonalna. Do rozwiązania zagadnienia zostały użyte sieci neuronowe i sposób ich użycia jest nowym ich zastosowaniem. Zostały przebadane różne konfiguracje i metody uczenia. Dane zostały przygotowane przy wykorzystaniu mechanizmów MIDI. Artykuł zawiera dyskusje uzyskanych wyników w odniesieniu do procesu kompozycji. W przeprowadzonej dyskusji pojawiają się także propozycje rozwiązania niektórych problemów, co w zestawieniu z pewnymi wcześniejszymi pracami autora pokazuje skuteczność przyjętych rozwiązań. W opracowaniu został zamieszczony wygenerowany efekt muzyczny, w postaci zapisu nutowego, jako dowód na poprawność działania w zgodzie z zasadami harmonii tonalnej.

The paper presents research related to domain of Computer Generated Music [1], namely it treats on accords sequence generation. The goal of the research is obtained with application of neural networks. Data preparation was conducted according to the tonal harmony theory. The paper also includes a discussion of the obtained results with respect to the actual process of music composition.
Artykuł prezentuje badania dotyczące dziedziny pt. Computer Generated Music, a dokładnie generacji sekwencji akordowych. Przyjęto założenie, że akord to trójdźwięk. Pod uwagę brane były akordy w postaci zasadniczej wraz z pierwszym i drugim przewrotem w układzie skupionym. Do rozważań brano pod uwagę tonację C-dur jak podstawę odniesienia do przyszłej generalizacji wniosków i rozwiązań. Do rozwiązania zagadnienia zostały użyte sieci neuronowe w formie kaskady i sposób ich użycia jest nowym ich zastosowaniem. W rozwiązaniu zostały użyte także metody umożliwiające losowy wybór rozwiązania w celu uatrakcyjnienia powstałych sekwencji.. Przedstawiono algorytm, zgodnie z którym następuje finalne tworzenie i dobór trójdźwięków. Uzyskane w wyniku działania algorytmu produkcje, zostały przedstawione w postaci tradycyjnego zapisu nutowego w metrum 3/8. Do prezentowanej produkcji wykorzystano różne wartości rytmiczne w celu uatrakcyjnienia brzmieniowo-rytmicznego. Dane zostały przygotowane na podstawie zasad teorii harmonii tonalnej. Artykuł zawiera dyskusje uzyskanych wyników w odniesieniu do procesu kompozycji. Przedstawiono także dyskusję skuteczności sieci neuronowych do zastosowania w tworzeniu muzyki tonalnej.

In this paper the inverse heat conduction problem with boundary condition of the third kind is solved by applying the recently invented Harmony Search algorithm belonging to the group of optimization algorithms inspired by the natural behaviors or processes. Celem niniejszego artykułu jest rozwiązanie odwrotnego zagadnienia przewodnictwa ciepła z warunkiem brzegowym trzeciego rodza- ju przy użyciu niedawno zaproponowanego algorytmu „Harmony Search” (poszukiwania harmonii). Zastosowany algorytm należy do grupy algoryt- mów optymalizacyjnych inspirowanych zachowaniami bądź procesami za- chodzącymi w rzeczywistym świecie, w szczególności imituje proces poszu- kiwania harmonii dźwięków podczas improwizacji jazzowej.

Winkina komunikacija je utvrđivanje uzajamnih odnosa i zajedničkih vrijednosti te dokazivanje pripadnosti jednoj kulturi. Ovako shvaćen prijevod je otkrivanje novoga te utvrđivanje postojećega (već upoznatog, urođenog) simboličnog poretka. U članku se na osnovi poljskog prijevoda romana Dubravke Ugrešić "Ministarstvo boli" raspravlja o problematici interpretacije i komunikacije kultura „u” i „preko” prijevoda.
Translation relies on the recontextualisation and interpretation of the original text. Different cultural, linguistic and historical impacts determine the foundation of the translator’s interpretation. Translation enables cross-cultural communication as it mediates between two cultures and two semantic universes. The aim of such a dialog is to experience the understanding of different sensitivity and to learn new forms of expression as well as ways of perceiving the world. The object is to develope one’s own interpretations of reality. According to Y. Winkin communication is a confirmation of collective values and relations of the group members belonging to the same culture. his statement results in understanding translation as a new symbolic order discovery and affirmation of the existing one. The issue of interpretation and culture communication „in” and „through” the translation is discussed in the article on the basis of the Polish translation of a novel written by Dubravka Ugrešić titled "The Ministry of Pain".

Opis:
The main problem of electrical distribution systems is the reactive power flow. It causes reduction of active power transmission, diminishes power losses, and augments the drop voltage. In this research we described an efficiency approach FLC-HSO to solve the optimal power flow (OPF) combinatorial problem. The proposed approach employ tow algorithms, Fuzzy logic controller (FLC) algorithm for nodal detection and harmony search optimization (HSO) algorithm for optimal seizing capacitor of OPF combinatorial problem control variables. HSO method is more proficient in improving combinatory problem. The proposed approach has been examined and tested on the standard IEEE 57-bus test system with different objectives that reflect cost function minimization, voltage profile improvement, and voltage stability enhancement. The proposed approach results have been compared to those that reported in the literature recently. The results are promising and show the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed approach.
