Sieci międzyorganizacyjne w modelu business to business (B2B) charakteryzują się dużą liczbą uczestników, co wiąże się z szeregiem czynników ryzyka, które mogą wpłynąć na procesy biznesowe w tych sieciach. Z tego względu ważne jest, aby dokładnie zbadać te determinanty i opracować odpowiednie strategie minimalizacji zagrożeń. Introduction and objective. E2F transcription factor 2 (E2F2) protein is the transcription factor that plays an important role in tumorigenesis. E2F2 effects the cell cycle, tumor suppressor proteins, and can also be transformed by proteins of small DNA tumor viruses. The objective of the study is to provide a summary of the current knowledge on the neoplastic pathways that involve E2F2. State of knowledge. Numerous studies have demonstrated a role for E2F2 in various signaling pathways. Certain components of these pathways may serve as potential targets for oncological therapy. E2F2 has been shown to be associated with neoplasms of various locations and histological types (breast, colon, gastric, laryngeal, liver, lung, ovarian, pancreatic, and prostate cancers). Conclusions. Further investigations of E2F2 pathways are warranted for a clearer understanding of neoplastic processes and to identify novel pharmacological treatments.

The article concerns the opinion on stationary and remote examinations carried out during a pandemic, perceived from the perspective of examiners. The aim of the study was to find out about the perspective of academic teachers on remote examination at The Maria Grzegorzewska University and to compare it with the traditional, stationary exams. The subject of the research were, inter alia, the forms of checking knowledge and skills used by lecturers, the motivations driving their choice, problems arising during the exams, as well as the way of taking into account the special needs of the examinees. The research used the method of diagnostic survey. The obtained results indicate that, according to the lecturers, the students' independence during remote exams is smaller and the intensity of using unauthorized help by them is greater. Remote exams generate more problems - technical and related to the dishonesty of students. Lecturers hardly recognize and take into account the special educational needs of students during remote exams.

Opis:
Coronavirus disease 2019 caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) has affected 235.6 million people worldwide. In the present study, RNA-dependent RNA polymerase (RdRp) (PDB Id: 6M71) of SARS-CoV-2, an essential enzyme needed for subgenomic replication and amplification of RNA, was selected. Similar to other RdRps, it is a conserved protein and a popular target for antiviral drug therapy. Based on a computational approach, potential RdRp inhibitors were identified. The absorption, distribution, metabolism, excretion, and toxicity (ADMET) of selected molecules were determined using computation tools. The potential inhibitors were docked to the RdRp and later confirmed by Molecular Dynamics (MD) using the “Flare” module of Cresset software. Drummondin E and Flinderole B had higher drug similarity scores among the compounds selected in this study. Both these compounds are noncarcinogenic, nonirritant, nontumorigenic, and nonmutagenic. Molecular docking studies showed that both compounds can bind to RdRp. The best ligand interaction patterns were validated by MD using the “Flare” module. MD was performed for the period of 100 ns with the time step of 1 fs. The simulation results suggest that Thr-680, Arg-624, Lys-676, and Val-557 are key interacting partners in the Drummondin E-RdRp complex, while Asp-618, Asp-760, Asp-623, Arg-624, and Asp-761 are the interacting partners in the Flinderole B-RdRp complex. Based on the in silico drug-likeness score; ADMET properties; and molecular simulation result, we surmise that Flinderole B and Drummondin E could impede SARS-CoV-2 genome replication and transcription by targeting the RdRp protein.

Opis:
Water quality modelling can be a way to determine the potential pollutant load capacity in the river water. As the number of population and intensity of activities around the river increased, it is possible that the water quality in the river will be negatively impacted. The Rambut river, which located in Pemalang and Tegal, Indonesia, has an important role as a water source in both areas. However, this demand is not accompanied by the availability of river capacity information yet. Five points from different segments along the upstream and downstream of Rambut River were assessed with the QUAL2E model. There were four different parameters in the research, e.g., BOD, fecal coliform, nitrite, and nitrate. The results showed that some segments did not comply with the minimum requirements by the local government. Additionally, the BOD and fecal coliform value were predicted to be increased in 2023 due to higher population number living near the river. The values for all parameters fluctuated between the different segments.

The article concerns the opinion on stationary and remote examinations carried out during the COVID-19 pandemic, perceived from the perspective of the assessed students. The study aimed to find out about the students' perspective on remote final and midterm exams at The Maria Grzegorzewska University and to attempt to compare it with the traditional examination. The subject of the research was, among others, the forms of checking knowledge and skills, problems arising during the exams, as well as the way of taking into account the special needs of the exam-takers. The students' opinions on the above-mentioned issues and their preferences regarding the examination situation were taken into account. The research used the method of diagnostic survey. The obtained results indicate that students during remote exams declare a higher level of stress related to potential technical problems, and in the case of stationary examinations the problem is chaos, noise and distraction. Regardless of the form of the exam, a similar percentage of students declare that they do not cheat - 73.53% during full-time exams, 68.49% pass fair during remote exams. The most common form of cheating during remote examinations is the use of previously prepared notes (21.85%), and 2.52% use the help of colleagues.

Opis:
In this work, Cr3C2-NiCr ceramic coating with NiCr content of 30% was created on E355 (St 52-3)/1.0060 alloy steel substrate by air plasma thermal spraying (APS) method. The adhesion, tensile strength of the coating were studied in relation to spray parameters including current intensity, powder feed rate, and stand-off distance according to experimental planning. Experiments were designed based on Central Composite Design method. The adhesion and tensile strength of the coatings were measured by a tensile-compression machine. Analysis of variance (ANOVA) were used to build regression functions expressing the relationship between each property and spray parameters. The experimental results showed that those spray parameters significantly influence the properties of the coating. ANOVA results indicated that the spray parameters have different influences for each coating properties. In addition, regression model of the properties gives prediction results very close to experimental results. The optimization problem was solved in order to achieve the maximum value of adhesion and tensile strength of the coating. Values of the spray parameters for Cr3C2 – NiCr coating to achieve the above criteria have been determined and proposed in this study.

Rift Valley fever (RVF) disease is an emerging viral zoonotic disease caused by Rift Valley fever virus (RVFV). RVF disease is seemingly becoming more severe in endemic populations and in areas of new outbreak. RVF disease is listed by WHO as requiring urgent research and development attention. There is no therapeutics or licensed vaccine for human use in the case of an eventual outbreak. There is a need to clone RVFV genes in cloning vectors which may be useful to produce antigens in plant cells or may be tested directly as DNA vaccines. A synthesized Rift Valley fever virus fusion gene was cloned in a bean yellow dwarf virus derived replicon vector; PBYR2e3K2Mc-GFP by removing and replacing the GFP gene. The cloned PBYR2e3K2Mc-RVFV fusion gene was confirmed by PCR, restriction digestion and DNA sequencing. This cloned RVFV fusion gene in plant virus vector can be used for subsequent protein expression in plants cells or used directly tested as DNA vaccines in future studies.

The article presents the results of the questionnaire research carried out after the first and repeated after the second semester of crisis distance education, conducted at the Academy of Special Education. Academic lecturers participating in the study indicate a significant decrease in the level of commitment, activity, the regularity of work and the quality of performing tasks presented by students. Lecturers benefit from training and technical support organized by the university. They feel an acute inability to contact students personally, but appreciate the time savings and no need to travel to work. The respondents point to the problem of controlling student integrity during remote examinations. Growing experience in remote education results in higher IT competences and conviction to this type of teaching.

The article presents the results of the questionnaire research carried out after the first and repeated after the second semester of crisis remote education, conducted at The Maria Grzegorzewska University. Students participating in the study indicate a significant increase in their IT competences and the level of remote education. They declare a similar, high level of commitment and independence during classes. They indicate that commitment, activity, contact with the lecturers, regularity and quality of work, as well as the adequacy of the grades given are better during traditional education, although their timeliness is higher during distance education. The computer equipment of students and the way of accessing the Internet have not changed significantly. 20% of respondents admitted to using unauthorized assistance during exams. In the statements of students, on the one hand, there is a desire to return to social contacts and traditional classes, and on the other hand, a desire to maintain remote education, associated with the comfort of home-based learning and independence.

SCIENTIFIC OBJECTIVE: The aim of the article is to find out the opinions of parents and guardians on the organization and course of remote education during the SARS-CoV-2 virus pandemic in Poland. PROBLEM AND RESEARCH METHODS: In the presented article, parents’ statements regarding remote education during the pandemic were analyzed. An analysis of the available reports and publications was performed, as well as own (questionnaire) research. THE PROCESS OF ARGUMENTATION: The key concepts for the analysis were defined and the results of the questionnaire were presented. RESULTS OF SCIENTIFIC ANALYSIS: The conducted analysis showed not only a low evaluation of the activities carried out, but also indicated specific areas where it is necessary to introduce new solutions, and even substantive or psychological systemic support. CONCLUSIONS, INNOVATIONS, RECOMMENDATIONS: The research results presented in the paper confirm the thesis about increasing the number of tasks and responsibilities imposed on parents by remote education. The research results provide information on the specific needs of both students covered by remote education and those who organize care at home.

Opis:
Celem niniejszego opracowania jest prezentacja dorobku naukowego Janusza Wojciecha Libickiego – ekonomisty, oficera Wojska Polskiego i „katyńczyka”. Jako zwolennik szkoły neoklasycznej oraz stosowania metody matematycznej zajmował się manipulowaniem pieniądza przez bank centralny, kryzysami agrarnymi, nowoczesną teorią kosztów produkcji, równowagą przedsiębiorstwa i rentą producenta, teorią opodatkowania i wydatków publicznych. Był uznawany za nadzieję polskiej ekonomii okresu międzywojennego. Niestety, został zamordowany w okolicach Katynia i szybko zapomniany przez polskich ekonomistów.
The aim of this study is to present the scientific output of Janusz Wojciech Libicki, an economist, Polish Army officer, and Katyń victim. As an advocate of the neoclassical school and of the application of the mathematical method, he dealt with the manipulation of money by the central bank, agrarian crises, modern production cost theory, company balance and producer’s rent, taxation and public expenditure theory. In the interwar period, he was considered to be the hope of Polish economics. Tragically, he was murdered near Katyń and quickly forgotten by Polish economists.

A case study was used. The research was limited to one institution and the method of a diagnostic survey based on the questionnaire technique was used. Recommendations for further development were made, based on disclosed advantages, disadvantages, problems and opportunities connected with crisis remote education conclusions reported by academic teachers.

The aim of the study was to find out the experiences of students of The Maria Grzegorzewska University, related to crisis remote education (remote teaching and distance learning in conditions of forced social isolation caused by SARS-CoV-2 pandemic). A case study was used. The research was limited to one institution and the method of a diagnostic survey based on the questionnaire technique was used. Recommendations for further development were made, based on disclosed advantages, disadvantages, problems and opportunities connected with crisis remote education conclusions reported by students.
