Wavelet transform - Opis:
- Conducted by demographers research and analysis indicate that lasted for several years, a decline in fertility has not stopped and it applies increasingly to another youth. Among the reasons for this phenomenon are mentioned: increased interest in acquiring education, difficulties in the labor market, reducing social benefits for the family, lack of social policy philosophy of family strengthening, and the difficult socio-economic, etc. factors. Therefore, because of the importance of the scale of the problem which is the fertility rate in the study attempts to predict fertility rate based on the authors' model based on the properties of wavelet analysis taking into account the effect on fertility of such factors as the number of marriages, number of divorces, the average monthly gross wages and emigration. It should be noted that the declining fertility and increasing life expectancy cause aging and steadily reducing the number of young people aged 16-24 years. The aim of the imaging problem in the article quoted some statistics related to study the problem from previous years.
