Показники динаміки росту прибутковості туризму значно випереджають показники динаміки росту прибутковості інших галузей економіки.

Opis:: В статье акцентируется внимание на необходимости обоснование новой парадигмы, которая бы детерминировала формирование концептуальных и методических подходов, механизмов, моделей стратегического развития корпораций в системе координат евроинтеграции страны в европейское пространство.Предлагается концептуальный подход к стратегическому управлению развитием корпораций в контексте региона, где система включает такие подсистемы как стратегическое планирование потенциала корпорации и потенциала региона, управление стратегией инновационного роста предприятий региона, анализа эффективности стратегии и принятия решений. Знание всех указанных величин даст возможность определить долю свободной энергии для дальнейшего развития и реализации соответствующей стратегии, которая направлена на оптимальное формирование, эффективное использование и развитие совокупного экономического потенциалa, как отдельной корпорации, так и региона в целом, способствовать повышению гибкости управленческой системы и инновационно-инвестиционному развитию в контексте евроинтеграции. В результате проведенного исследования качества управления в Днепрепропетровском и Запорожском регионах определено, что два основных фактора – экономический рост и темпы роста иностранных инвестиций являются важнейшими факторами влияния на темпы инновационно-инвестиционного экономического роста в регионе и повышения ефективности евроинтеграционных процессов. Поэтому, следует акцентировать внимание и определить стратегические направления развития именно этих факторов, которые будут способствовать наращиванию потенциала, как региона, так и субъектов хозяйствования, которые в нем функционируют. Ускорение евроинтеграции, реализация европейского вектора развития Украины, регионов и корпораций как каркаса экономики невозможно без наличия соответствующего интеллектуального потенциала и достаточного интеллектуального капитала как овеществленной формы предварительной реализации соответствующего потенциала.
W artykule zwrócono uwagę na konieczność opracowania nowego paradygmatu, objaśniającego konceptualnie oraz metodologicznie mechanizmy oraz model funkcjonowania korporacji w warunkach pogłębiającej się integracji między krajami europejskimi. W artykule zaproponowano konceptualne podejście do strategicznego zarządzania korporacjami w kontekście regionalnym. Opisany system składa się z następujących elementów: strategiczne planowanie zdolności oraz potencjału, tak korporacji, jak i regionu, opracowanie strategii podnoszenia innowacyjności przedsiębiorstw w regionie, analiza efektywności strategii. Identyfikacja wszystkich powyższych parametrów pozwoli ustalić zakres tzw. „wolnej energii” dla dalszego rozwoju i realizacji adekwatnej strategii zmierzającej do optymalnego kształtowania, efektywnego wykorzystania i rozwoju potencjału gospodarczego zarówno korporacji, jak i regionu jako całości, ja również zwiększenia elastyczności sytemu innowacyjnego w warunkach integracji europejskiej. Wyniki przeprowadzonych badań w dwóch ukraińskich regionach (Dnipropetrovsk oraz Zaporizhzhya) wskazują, że wzrost gospodarczy i tempo wzrostu inwestycji zagranicznych to najważniejsze czynniki wpływające na tempo innowacji i wzrostu inwestycji w regionie oraz zwiększenia efektywności europejskich procesów integracyjnych. Dlatego konieczne określenie strategicznych kierunków rozwoju tych czynników, które przyczyniają się do budowania potencjału tak regionu, jak i podmiotów gospodarczych, które w nim działają.
The article focuses on the necessity of foundation the new paradigm that determine development of conceptual and methodological approaches, mechanisms, models for corporations in the coordinate system of the European integration of the country into the European space. Has been proposed the conceptual approach to strategic management of corporations in the context of the region. In this context, the system includes next subsystem: strategic planning capacity of corporations and potential of the region, the management strategy for innovative growth companies in the region, analyzing the effectiveness of the strategy and decision-making. Identification of all these parameters will allow us to determine the percentage of the “free energy” for the further development and for the implementation of the appropriate strategy that aims at optimal formation, efficient use and development of aggregate economic potential as a separate corporation and the region in general, enhance the flexibility of the management system and innovation investment development in the context of European integration. The study of quality control has been developed in two regions: Dnipropetrovsk Region and Zaporizhzhya Region. Has been determined two main factors - economic growth and growth rate of foreign investment. These factors are the most important factors that influence on the rates of innovation and investment growth in the region and enhance the effectivity of European integration processes. Therefore, it is necessary to focus the attention and define strategic directions of development of these factors that will facilitate the capacity building, as a region, as well as business entities that operate in it. Acceleration of European integration, the implementation of the European vector of Ukraine's development, regions and corporations as a framework of the economy is impossible without the appropriate intellectual capacity and sufficient intellectual capital as a reified form of a preliminary implementation of capacity.

Opis:: The purpose of writing the article is presenting the results of the study of theoretical and methodological aspects of the development of the stages of strategy of sustainable development of an industrial enterprise and determining main directions of this development. The research was performed using the methods of synthesis and analysis, deduction and induction. The essence of the concept of strategy of sustainable development of an enterprise and its components was revealed. The strategy for sustainable development is proposed to be considered in two aspects: economic and social. It was established that an enterprise enters new levels of competitive management and the operational effect of synergy occurs. It was proven that the formation of development of an enterprise should be based on synergetic harmony with the terms and objectives of the enterprise as a whole and with each functional unit. Main stages of formation and implementation of the strategy of sustainable development of an industrial enterprise were characterized. The paper considered the specificity of defining strategic position, formulating an enterprise development strategy, identifying opportunities and peculiarities of application of an express test for the actual financial state, allowing detecting signs of imbalance at the enterprise without significant calculations for the diagnosis of the actual financial status. In order to ensure prompt and unbiased testing of the actual financial state, it is advisable to restore the practice of social certification in the industry. It was proven that an important aspect in the formation and implementation of balanced development strategy is the development of the concept of sustainable strategic management of industrial enterprises. The concept allows establishing methodological bases of management principles and methodological bases of management technologies and tools for individual companies. It was established that the strategy of sustainable development of industrial enterprises should be based on a long–term program of sustainable development, which is a strategic document that contains a number of steps, coordinated in space and time, to engage resources. It was proven that the implementation of a balanced strategy of development involves purposeful improvement of economic, organizational, technical, technological, production, market, social, administrative, environmental and other components of the system. Transformations that occur in the course of implementing the strategy under the influence of external factors acquire new quality, both economic efficiency and competitiveness of the enterprise in the market increase. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the development of the concept of strategic management of the balanced development of an industrial enterprise based on purposeful improvement of economic, organizational, technical, technological, production, market, social, administrative, environmental and other components of the system, which collectively provide a synergistic effect. The practical significance of the work is in the possibility to form and implement a strategy of sustainable development of an industrial enterprise as an efficient system of management, which will provide for a timely forecasting of purposeful and gradual improvement of economic, organizational, technical and technological, production, social, administrative, market, environmental and other components of this system, which will acquire new qualities during the process of implementation of the novelties.
Целью написания статьи является изложение результатов исследования теоретико-методологических аспектов разработки этапов стратегии сбалансированного развития промышленного предприятия и определение основных направлений этого развития. Исследование выполнено с помощью методов синтеза и анализа, дедукции и индукции. Раскрыта суть концепции стратегии сбалансированного развития предприятия и основных ее компонентов. Стратегию устойчивого развития предложено рассматривать в двух аспектах: экономическом и социальном. Установлено, что предприятие вступает в новый уровень конкурентного управления и возникает оперативный эффект синергии. Формирование развития предприятия должно основываться на синергетической гармонии с условиями и целями предприятия в целом и по каждой функциональной единице. Охарактеризованы этапы формирования и реализации стратегии устойчивого развития промышленного предприятия. Рассмотрена специфика определения стратегического положения, формирования стратегии развития предприятия, определения возможностей и особенностей применения экспресс-теста фактического финансового состояния. Предложено применять быстрый экспресс-тест, который позволяет выявить признаки дисбаланса на предприятии без значительных расчётов для диагностики фактического финансового состояния. Для того чтобы обеспечить быстрое и беспристрастное тестирование фактического финансового состояния, целесообразно возобновить практику социальной сертификации в области. Доказано, что важным аспектом в формировании и реализации сбалансированной стратегии развития является разработка концепции сбалансированного стратегического управления промышленными предприятиями. Концепция позволяет установить методологические основы принципов управления и методологические основы управляющих технологий и инструментов для отдельных компаний. Установлено, что стратегия сбалансированного развития промышленных предприятий должна основываться на долгосрочной программе устойчивого развития, которая является стратегическим документом, содержащим ряд скоординированных в пространстве и времени действий по привлечению ресурсов. Доказано, что осуществление сбалансированной стратегии развития предполагает целенаправленное улучшение экономических, организационных, технических, технологических, производственных, рыночных, социальных, административных, экологических и других компонентов системы. Преобразования, происходящие в ходе реализации стратегии под влиянием внешних факторов, приобретают новое качество, повышается экономическая эффективность и конкурентоспособность предприятия на рынке. Научная новизна исследования заключается в разработке концепции стратегического управления сбалансированным развитием промышленного предприятия, основанной на целенаправленном улучшении экономических, организационных, технических, технологических, производственных, рыночных, социальных, административных, экологических и других компонентов системы, что в совокупности даёт синергетический эффект. Практическое значение работы заключается в возможности формирования и реализации стратегии устойчивого развития промышленного предприятия как эффективной системы управления, что позволит своевременно предусматривать целенаправленное и постепенное совершенствование экономических, организационных, технико-технологических, производственных, социальных, управленческих, рыночных, экологических и других составляющих этой системы, которые в процессе внедрения нововведений будут приобретать новые качества.
Метою написання статті є викладення результатів дослідження теоретико-методологічних аспектів розробки етапів стратегії збалансованого розвитку промислового підприємства та визначення основних напрямів цього розвитку. Дослідження виконано за допомогою методів синтезу й аналізу, дедукції та індукції. Розкрито суть концепції стратегії збалансованого розвитку підприємства та основних її компонентів. Стратегію збалансованого розвитку запропоновано розглядати у двох аспектах: економічному і соціальному. Установлено, що підприємство вступає в новий рівень конкурентного керування і виникає оперативний ефект синергії. Доведено, що формування розвитку підприємства має ґрунтуватися на синергетичній гармонії з умовами і цілями підприємства в цілому і з кожною функціональною одиницею. Охарактеризовано етапи формування та реалізації стратегії збалансованого розвитку промислового підприємства. Розглянуто специфіку визначення стратегічного положення, формування стратегії розвитку підприємства, виявлення можливостей і особливостей застосування експрес-тесту фактичного фінансового стану. Запропоновано застосовувати швидкий експрес-тест, який дозволяє виявити ознаки дисбалансу на підприємстві без значних розрахунків для діагностики фактичного фінансового стану. Для того щоб забезпечити швидке і неупереджене тестування фактичного фінансового стану, доцільно відновити практику соціальної сертифікації в галузі. Доведено, що важливим аспектом у формуванні та реалізації збалансованої стратегії розвитку є розробка концепції збалансованого стратегічного керування промисловими підприємствами. Концепція дозволяє встановити методологічні основи принципів керування та методологічні основи керувальних технологій і інструментів для окремих компаній. Установлено, що стратегія збалансованого розвитку промислових підприємств повинна ґрунтуватися на довгостроковій програмі збалансованого розвитку, яка є стратегічний документ, що містить низку скоординованих у просторі і часі дій із залучення ресурсів. Доведено, що здійснення збалансованої стратегії розвитку передбачає цілеспрямоване поліпшення економічних, організаційних, технічних, технологічних, виробничих, ринкових, соціальних, адміністративних, екологічних та інших компонентів системи. Перетворення, які відбуваються в ході реалізації стратегії під впливом зовнішніх факторів, набувають нової якості, підвищується економічна ефективність і конкурентоспроможність підприємства на ринку. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає у розробці концепції стратегічного керування збалансованим розвитком промислового підприємства, що базується на цілеспрямованому поліпшенні економічних, організаційних, технічних, технологічних, виробничих, ринкових, соціальних, адміністративних, екологічних та інших компонентів системи, що у сукупності дає синергетичний ефект. Практична значущість роботи полягає у можливості формування і реалізації стратегії збалансованого розвитку промислового підприємства як ефективної системи керування, що дозволить своєчасно передбачати цілеспрямоване й поступово удосконалення економічних, організаційних, техніко-технологічних, виробничих, соціальних, управлінських, ринкових, екологічних та інших складників цієї системи, які в процесі впровадження нововведень будуть набувати нових якостей.

Opis:: The article analyzes the statistical information of the main economic indicators of the “Asian tigers” countries for the period from 2012 to 2017. The analysis of the rating of the world’s largest companies was also provided. Opis:: Мета роботи: Дослідити наявні підходи типологізації стратегій відповідального інвестування на основі оцінки основних тенденцій розвитку відповідального інвестування у світовому вимірі; аналізу видового розподілу існуючих стратегій відповідального інвестування та їх ранжування відповідно до найбільшої затребуваності за різними географічними регіонами. Дизайн / Метод / Підхід дослідження: Системно-структурний з метою узагальнення підходів до типологізації стратегій відповідального інвестування відповідно до сучасної структури активів, що знаходяться в управлінні інвестиційними менеджерами, у т. ч. за географічними регіонами; системний аналіз для виявлення сучасних тенденцій та закономірностей у розвитку інвестиційних процесів відповідно до цілей сталого розвитку; статистичний і графічний методи для кількісної та візуальної презентації результатів аналізу. Результати дослідження: Охарактеризовано механізм поширення ВІ у співставленні з традиційними активами в сучасних умовах розвитку фінансових ринків; оцінено глобальні тренди у сфері ВІ; узагальнено типологізацію стратегій відповідального інвестування відповідно до загально-наукових підходів та класифікацій міжнародних інвестиційних організацій, що здійснюють діяльність в контексті досягнення Цілей сталого розвитку на глобальному рівні. Теоретична цінність дослідження: проведена комплексна оцінка світових інвестиційних процесів в контексті відповідального інвестування та досягнення Цілей сталого розвитку; визначено найоптимальніші підходи до типологізації стратегій ВІ на основі сучасних трендів по їх використанню в різних регіонах світу з метою застосування них у процесі розробки програм по залученні імпакт-інвестицій, проектуванні профайлу країни як інвестиційного донора. Обмеження дослідження / Майбутні дослідження: ринку України на основі відповідальної траєкторії та фрактального аналізу. Також виокремлені стратегії відповідального інвестування можуть слугувати основою для розробки інвестиційного профайлу країни-донора імпакт-інвестицій, а також при ідентифікації пріоритетних сфер для залучення інвестицій для відновленні економіки країни після криз, військових конфліктів та інших факторів макроекономічної дестабілізації. Дослідження виконане у рамках держбюджетної НДР «Фрактальна модель трансформації фондового ринку України: соціально-відповідальне інвестування для досягнення Цілей сталого розвитку» № 0121U100473
Purpose: To generalize a taxonomy of responsible investment strategies based on assessing the main trends in the development of SRI at the global level and by major geographical regions. Analyse the types of existing SRI strategies and rank them according to their leading positions and active use in different geographical regions. Design/Method/Approach: System-structural in order to generalize approaches to the typology of socially responsible investment strategies in accordance with the current assets structure managed by investment managers, including by geographical regions; systematic analysis to identify current trends and patterns in the investment processes in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs); statistical and graphical methods for quantitative and visual presentation of analysis results. Findings: The current mechanism of socially responsible investments distribution in comparison with traditional assets is characterized; global trends in the field of SRI are assessed; the taxonomy of SRI strategies in accordance with general scientific approaches and classifications of international investment organizations aimed at achieving the Sustainable Development Goals at the global level has been formed and generalized. Theoretical Implications: A comprehensive assessment of global investment processes is carried out in the context of responsible investment and achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals; the most optimal approaches to the RI strategies typology have been determined based on its current trends, the level of attraction of them in different regions in order to apply them in the impact investments programs, developing the country's profile as an investment donor. Research Limitations/Future Research: The the obtained results will be used in the further study of the transformation of the stock market in Ukraine based on the responsible trajectory and fractal analysis. Also, identified responsible investment strategies can serve as a basis for developing the investment profile of the impact investment donor country, as well as for highlighting priority areas for attracting investments to restore the country's economy after crises, military conflicts and other macroeconomic destabilization factors. Opis:: Introduction. The European Union strategy for sustainable development is a multidimensional approach to policy making. It assures a coherent development of all areas of social life, including public health, education and physical culture. It is implemented globally through projects developed and co-financed by the EU. In local terms each Member State is responsible for organizational and economic aspects of these projects and consists primarily in adapting its operation to general EU standards. The aim of the study was to determine the environmental diversity of recreational physical activity among lower secondary school students, which allows an indirect insight into sustainable rural and urban development of the south-west of Poland in the analyzed aspects of social life. Material and methods. A diagnostic survey with the use of questionnaires was applied to collect factual material. The research tool was a standardized survey questionnaire developed as part of the research problem financed from the grant in the Czech Republic. A group of secondary school students, 3500 girls and boys from rural and urban environment, from the south-west of Poland participated in the study. Results. Quantitative structures of organized and spontaneous physical activity are highly diversified in the subjects’ environment. Almost twice as many young people takes up spontaneous exercise as those involved in organized activities. Living environment does not diversify general physical activity among female subjects. Boys who engage in organized exercise are nearly twice as many as those taking up spontaneous physical activity. Living environment is determining only in the case of boys participating in organized activities; the percentage is significantly higher in the rural environment. Conclusion. The study confirmed a sustainable development in the studied environments. There is certain diversity in the collected data, yet it reflects the specific character of rural and urban environments, not a developmental disproportion.

Opis:: The new development policy paradigm has significantly redefined its territorial dimension towards the perception of internal diversity of regions, multi-level management, creating integrated programs dedicated to the strategic intervention areas (National Strategy for Regional Development, p. 15). In this article I am analyzing the development policy in relation to the territories of two Polish counties – Janów Lubelski and Miechów. Although both areas are similar in statistical terms, they differ considerably in terms of development policy. This is due to the differences in the policy of regional authorities as well as local governments, especially the counties authorities. The differences are evident both when comparing the strategic documents of both counties as well as the statements of representatives of both units gathered during field research. Based on the analysis, it can be stated that the local authorities of some units are increasingly aware of their actions in the wider development context. But still, there are places where development policy is understood to mean the acquisition of external means.

Przede wszystkim muszą być dostosowane do potrzeb różnych państw członkowskich i regionów, pozbawiane aspektów apriorycznych, nierealnych, nie mogą być zbiurokratyzowane i nadmiernie rygorystyczne dla podmiotów gospodarczych, w tym rolników.
The EU Sustainable Development Strategy is involved in important undertakings which is beginning in complex and multifarious approach towards economic development which fit the social and economic needs. Regarding the necessity of implementing the assumed tasks including the realization of the Lisbon Strategy for Growth & Jobs, the new editions of this strategy must be improved in order to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the strategy implementation. These new editions should be adopted the to different needs of various countries and regions. It is necessary to eliminate excessive bureaucracy and high requirements and economic units including farmers.

Opis:: The concept of sustainable development can be defined and interpreted in many ways, but at its core lies an approach to development that balances different, and often competing, needs against an awareness of the environmental, social, and economic boundaries the society faces. The aim of the paper is to discuss the issue of turning the idea into practice, presenting environmental priorities of the EU’s Sustainable Development Strategy, their implementation and monitoring. The sustainable development indicators in the theme of climate change and energy, namely greenhouse gas emissions and primary energy consumption, are analyzed and described.
Koncepcja zrównoważonego rozwoju może być definiowana i interpretowana na wiele różnych sposobów. Jednak w swej istocie polega ona na rozwoju, który równoważy różne – i często sprzeczne – wymagania środowiskowe, społeczne i gospodarcze. Podstawowym celem artykułu jest przedstawienie istoty koncepcji zrównoważonego rozwoju ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem jej wymiaru środowiskowego, zarówno w aspekcie teoretycznym, jak i na przykładzie Strategii Zrównoważonego Rozwoju Unii Europejskiej. Analizie poddane zostały dwa wskaźniki wiodące Strategii Zrównoważonego Rozwoju, czyli emisja gazów cieplarnianych oraz zużycie energii pierwotnej.
