Shared Services Center - Opis:
-
Artykuł jest próbą ukazania rozwoju zawodowego pracowników zatrudnionych
w centrach usług wspólnych na tle zmian, jakie zachodzą na dzisiejszym rynku pracy.
Obecnie popularne stają się koncepcje nowych karier: proteańska, kariera bez granic, kalejdoskopowa,
niestandardowa czy postkorporacyjna. Przegląd literatury i przeprowadzone
The article shows the professional development process of employees in shared services centers in the context of changes that occur in today’s labor market. Nowadays new career concept is becoming popular: protean, boundaryless, kaleidoscope, customized or post-corporate career. Conducted literature reviews and research have confirmed that shared services center employees are increasingly pursuing new careers models. They move beyond the dimension of a single organization and often prioritize personal development goals and professional satisfaction. At the same time, profession advancement and higher salary are still significant for them. As a result, they often find a next employer in another outsourcing center. It can be assumed that new career models will be increasingly favored by young employees of shared services centers in the upcoming years. - Źródło:
