Opis:
Przy zaburzeniu parametrów rytmicznych (podczas względnie poprawnej artykulacji) rozumienie mowy jest znacznie trudniejsze. Nie fonem, lecz rytm oraz intonacja stają się podstawą pomyślnej komunikacji. Rytm jest pierwotną właściwością poezji i muzyki, bez którego nie mogą one istnieć. Wykorzystanie piosenki i wiersza na zajęciach ze studentami nie tylko stwarza możliwość wypracowania tempa i rytmu mowy, jest to również efektywna metoda umożliwiająca opanowanie suprasegmentalnych jednostek języka. Dzięki piosence i wierszowi, istotnym komponentom kultury, studenci poznają także historię, zwyczaje i tradycje kraju, którego języka się uczą.
When the rhythmical parameters are abnormal (even the articulation is relatively correct) the speech understanding is much more difficult. Not the phoneme, but the rhythm and intonation are the guarantee of successful communication. The rhythm is the original property of poetry and music, they cannot exist without it. The use of songs and poems in classes with Polish students gives not only the opportunity to develop the tempo and the rhythm of speech, it is also an effective method to master suprasegmental language units. Through song and poetry, important components of culture, students will also learn the history, customs and traditions of the country whose language they learn.

A person, who lives in a constantly changing geo-economic and geo-cultural context, should be able to engage in a mutually rewarding dialogue with all the subjects in the context. A person should be able to build up humanitarian and inter-cultural bridges between countries and cultures. Language has an important role in the process, and sometimes it becomes the only tool for mutual understanding of different lingua-ethnical communities. A person and his/her language are inseparable. A person does not exist without a language, and a language is only alive if a person is there. Language reflects the world we have created, and also our history, and culture. And this fact serves as an argument for the claim that a foreign language (including Russian language, as a second language (in Lithuania) should not be taught in a separated from the culture, history, and traditions of its native country. It is evident that lingua-didactical and methodical researches have to be re-orientated to the field of intercultural communication. Therefore recently the discussions about the new discipline in philology – lingua-culturology – became more intensive. This discipline focuses on communication processes of emergence and development of the language itself, provided the systemic picture of language, and also, focuses on the educational and intellectual functions of language. While studying a foreign language, it is insufficient to learn new words, or grammar rules, it is of utmost importance to know: 1) the type of address, under which circumstance what and where could be said; 2) that any concept, meaning, phrase also lives in a reality of the language learnt. While studying Russian language as a second language, it is imperative to relate it to lingua-ethnoculture and the Russian culture. However, all the facts and data should be treated as an integral part of the lingua-mental culture of the humankind at its interface with the culture of the certain nation, the carrier of the language.

В статье рассмотрены задачи информационного общества, поставленные перед педагогами для достижения открытости образования, его гибкости в построении индивидуальных траекторий обучения и возможностей инклюзивного образования с использованием Интернет-технологий. Определена роль электронной образовательной сети в усовершенствовании системы обучения студентов с проблемами слуха и развитии их жизненных компетентностей. Описана модель эффективного управления электронными ресурсами, виртуальной средой и мотивацией обучаемых. Представлены результаты семинаров, направленных на подготовку тьюторов электронного обучения молодежи с особыми потребностями.
The article discusses the challenges of information society faced by educatorson the way towards achieving the openness of education, its flexibility in the construction of individual learning paths (trajectories) and opportunities for inclusive education with the use of Internet technologies. It defines the role of eLearning network aimed at improving the system of teaching students with hearing impairments and developing their life competences. The model of effective management of eLearning resources, the virtual environment and the learners’ motivation is described. The article also presents the results of workshops aimed at training tutors able to conduct eLearning for young people with special needs.

С этой целью Министерством образования и науки Украины разработана Концепция новой украинской школы, которая базируется на платформе гуманистической педагогики. Основные идеи реформирования системы образования очень созвучны с идеями французского педагога Селестена Френе. Стратегической целью новой школы станет формирование жизненно важных компетентностей личности. Изменится структура школы, содержание обучения, методы преподавания, продолжительность обучения, система управления, механизмы финансирования.
Innovational changes have been waiting in Ukrainian system of education. That’s why the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine has developed the Conception of new Ukrainian school which is based on the platform of humanistic pedagogy. The main ideas of education system reformation are very consonant with the ideas of French scientist Selesten Freneu. Life important competences of a person will be the strategic aim of new school. The school structure, education content, teaching methods, education continuity, management system and financing mechanisms will be changed.
Ukraiński system edukacji czekają innowacyjne przemiany. W tym celu jest opracowana przez Ministerstwo Edukacji i Nauki Ukrainy Koncepcja nowej ukraińskiej szkoły, która bazuje się na platformie humanistycznej pedagogiki. Główne idee reformowania systemu edukacji są bardzo współbrzmiące z ideami francuskiego pedagoga Celestyna Freinet. Strategicznym celem nowej szkoły stanie się kształtowanie życiowo ważnych kompetencje osobowości. Zmieni się struktura szkoły, treść nauczania, metody wykładania, trwanie nauczania, system kierowania, mechanizmy finansowania.

Based on a sociological survey conducted within the framework of the Swiss-Ukrainian project, the article analyses the state of citizenship of Ukrainians through the prism of developing their patriotic attitudes. The authors make a theoretical attempt to combine the notions of «citizenship » and «patriotism» with a view to their mutual informative reinforcement in the new model of citizenship patriotism. It is determined that the most integrative potential for the successful completion of democratic transit in Ukraine is a model of citizenship patriotism, based on a high level of citizenship competence of individuals (which implies a well-grounded positive assessment of the national realities, the attitude of conscious fulfilment of civil duties and active position of citizens in the field of protection of public interest).
На основі соціологічного дослідження, про- веденого в рамках швейцарсько-українського проєкту, у статті аналізується стан громадянства українців через призму розвитку їх патріотичних настроїв. Зроблено теоретичну спробу поєднання понять «громадянство» та «патріотизм» з метою їх взаємного інформативного під- кріплення в новій моделі громадянського патріотизму. Визначено, що найбільш інтегративним потенціалом для успішного завершення демократичного транзиту в Україні є модель громадянського патріотизму, засно- вана на високому рівні громадянської компетентності особистості (що передбачає обґрунтовану позитивну оцінку національних реалій, свідомого виконання громадянських обов’язків та активної позиції громадян у сфері захисту суспільних інтересів).

Opis:
Nebezpečenstvo je stav alebo charakteru pracovného procesu, ktorý môže poškodiť zdravie študenta alebo zamestnanca. To je dôvod, prečo prevencia - vo forme pravidelných stretnutí organizovaných ako súčasť vzdelávacieho procesu - je nevyhnutná. Cieľom pravidelne organizovaných stretnutí (napr. odborné semináre, prednášky a praktické cvičenia) pre študentov je zoznámiť sa s dôležitosťou vzdelávania v oblasti BOZP (vrátane chemickej bezpečnosti, správnej manipulácie s chemickými látkami, poskytnutím prvej pomoci pri ohrození života a zdravia a neodkladným zásahom pri záchrane majetku). Príspevok poukazuje na dôležitosť vzdelávania v oblasti dodržiavania zásad bezpečnej práce a ochrany zdravia študentov - budúcich učiteľov chémie.
The danger is the state or the characteristics of working process that can damage the health of a student or an employee. That is why the prevention – in the form of regular organized sessions as a part of educational process – is inevitable. The aim of the sessions (such as seminars, lectures and as well as practical trainings) for students is to become familiar with the importance of OHS education (including chemical safety, proper manipulation with chemical substances, providing first aid when life-threatening situations take place, as well as immediate intervention when material assets are in danger). The article proves the importance of education in field of respecting the safe work and the prevention of students health – future teachers of chemistry.

The conducted research relates to the interest in the personal and professional development of the Prison Service officers. The research was carried out using the diagnostic survey method, applying the Professional Development Orientation Scale (ZPR) by Gaś and the survey respondents were 72 officers of the Prison Service from the Lublin Custody Suite and the Penal Institution in Siedlce. The results indicate that the surveyed officers obtained a slightly higher average result in terms of their attitude towards developing professional competences than their personal characteristics. The personal variables include education and the job position determine the interest in professional development, with the most development-oriented are guards and respondents with secondary education.
Przeprowadzone badania dotyczą zainteresowania rozwojem osobowościowym i profesjonalnym funkcjonariuszy Służby Więziennej. Badania przeprowadzono metodą sondażu diagnostycznego przy pomocy Skali Zorientowania na Rozwój Profesjonalny (ZPR) autorstwa Zbigniewa B. Gasia. Objęto nimi 72 funkcjonariuszy Służby Więziennej z Aresztu Śledczego w Lublinie oraz z Zakładu Karnego w Siedlcach. Wyniki wskazują, że badani funkcjonariusze uzyskali nieznacznie wyższy średni wynik w zakresie nastawienia na rozwijanie kompetencji zawodowych aniżeli w zakresie posiadanych cech osobistych. Wśród zmiennych osobowych to wykształcenie i zajmowane stanowisko pracy determinują zainteresowanie rozwojem profesjonalnym, przy czym najbardziej zorientowani na rozwój są strażnicy oraz badani legitymujący się średnim wykształceniem.

Wzory osobowe mają duży wpływ na formowanie się młodego człowieka, w tym również kandydata do zawodu nauczyciela. Wynika to z rozwojowej potrzeby posiadania wzorca w zakresie formowanego systemu wartości, postaw, zachowań i cech osobowych. Posiadanie wzorców osobowych jest też ważne z perspektywy kształcenia do zawodu nauczyciela, rozwoju kompetencji zawodowych oraz kształtowania się tożsamości. W artykule skoncentrowano się na wzorach osobowych nauczycieli obecnych w doświadczeniach osobistych kandydatów do tego zawodu. Celem badań było określenie wzorca nauczyciela (kategorie i cechy w obrębie celów życiowych, motywów działań i zachowań oraz cech osobowych) obecnego w życiu przyszłych nauczycieli szkół artystycznych. Z przeprowadzonych badań wynika, że studenci uczelni artystycznej posiadają wciąż obecne i warunkujące rozwój wzorce osobowe w postaci nauczycieli ze szkół artystycznych.
Personal patterns have a great influence on the formation of a young person, including a candidate for the teaching profession. This is effect to the developmental need to have a pattern in the formed system of values, attitudes, behaviours and personal characteristics. Having personal patterns is also important from the perspective of training for the teaching profession, developing professional competences and shaping identity. The article focuses on the personal models of teachers present in the personal experiences of candidates for this profession. The aim of the research was to determine the teacher’s pattern (categories and characteristics within life goals, motives for actions and behaviours and personal characteristics) present in the lives of future teachers of art schools. The conducted research shows that students of an art university still have the current personal patterns that determine their development in the form of teachers from art schools.

Podjęta w tym artykule problematyka wsparcia społecznego cieszy się dużą popularnością wśród wielu dyscyplin naukowych takich jak psychologia, pedagogika, a wsparcie społeczne należy do kluczowych terminów z zakresu promocji i ochrony zdrowia oraz działalności terapeutycznej. Jednak okazuje się, że posługiwanie się wsparciem, które stanowi rodzaj lekarstwa na różne dylematy i trudności życiowe nie jest powszechne w wyniku, czego wiele osób samotnie rozwiązuje swoje problemy Samopoczucie współczesnego człowieka wydaje się zagrożone szczególnie, że w obecnych czasach narażony jest na odbiór wielu bodźców płynących ze świata zewnętrznego i wewnętrznego. Sprawiają one, że kiedy pojawiają się sytuacje trudne, pozbawione wsparcia społecznego, często towarzyszy im stres. Brak wiedzy i umiejętności radzenia sobie w tych sytuacjach stanowi niebezpieczeństwo dla zdrowa i samopoczucia człowieka.
The issue of social support in this article is very popular among many scientific disciplines such as psychology, pedagogy, social support, as well as key terms of promotion and health care and therapeutic activities. However, it turns out that the use of support that is a kind of cure for various dilemmas and life difficulties is not widespread as a result of which many people solved their problems alone. The well-being of the modern man seems to be threatened especially as it is exposed to many stimuli coming from the outside and in the present. They make it difficult for them when they are in a difficult situation without social support, often with stress. Lack of knowledge and ability to cope in these situations poses a danger to human health and well-being.

Opis:
Changes made to the administration system in Poland in the years 1989–1990 were aimed at decentralising state government and increasing the importance of local government bodies. The author of this article reckons that this idea has not been reflected in the Polish body of law yet. There are no legal regulations provided in the provisions of law – not only in terms of the legal situation of historic preservation offices but also with regard to deciding what should fall under the authority of local government bodies. Scope of duties of local government historic preservation officers working in separate offices should be similar to the one that individual departments have. Moreover, authority should no longer be granted on discretionary basis. A principle should be therefore formulated that everything what comes within the competence of historic preservation officers must comply with statutory legislation. If a local government body wants to be delegated either full or partial authority, it should prove that it has both organisational and financial capacity to exercise it. We should therefore work towards a complete solution which would be practical and possible to adopt on both state and regional scale.
