Opis:
Brick sewers were designed as egg-shaped, pear-shaped, bell-shaped, vaulted, and even rectangular (sometimes with granite ceilings and floor slabs). In exceptional cases, circular sections were also made of brick. Efforts were made in order to ensure optimal flow conditions, and also that the cross-section was adapted to the shape of the rock mass pressure line. This is due to the fact that the most advantageous shapes for masonry collectors are shapes in which no tensile stresses will occur in any part of the cross-section under the influence of external loads. Nevertheless, sewage conduits degrade over time. The boundary conditions of their use also change, which affects the magnitude of mechanical and hydraulic loads. Further use of a sewer in such a case requires its renewal, and less frequently, modernization that results from the necessity to change its function. This is usually done by introducing a new conduit into the interior of the renovated or modernized sewer, which in literature is called a liner. The aim of the analysis was to determine the thickness of the liners that strengthen the structures of brick channels with an inverted egg cross-section and with dimensions of 1050 × 700 mm, which are intended for gravitational sewage systems. The analysis included the performance of variant static and strength calculations for the assumption that the conduit after its modernization will be replaced with a conduit operating in the pressure system, which is a very rare requirement. It was assumed that the best solution would be to use a CIPP (Cured In Place Pipe) liner.

Opis:
Results of load capacity tests of concrete pipes DN 200 and 300 and vitrified clay pipes DN 200, 250 and 300 with liners and without them were shown together with results of ring stiffness tests of PVC pipes DN 200, 250 and 315 and CIPP liners DN 200, 250 and 315. All pipes and liners used to produce samples were brand new. The tested liners were made of polyester tube saturated with epoxy resin. Preliners were not installed between liners and pipes. The liners were introduced to the pipes using compressed air and cured with hot water. Main aim of the research was to find out if there is any correlation between roughness of the pipe surface (depending on the pipe material) and load capacity growth after pipe rehabilitation due to the sticky properties ofthe resin used for tube impregnation. Another subject discussed in this paper is the influence of adhesion level between liner and PVC pipe to ring stiffness growth of this pipe. Relationship between adhesion level and growth of load capacity/ring stiffness will be proven. Adhesion level should be taken into consideration when designing the reconstructive liner designed not only to seal and protect the pipeline, but also to strengthen construction of the pipe.

Opis:
The study is research and development by utilizing the ex post facto approach. The research area is at the KM. Gunung Dempo. The research information was collected using a questionnaire method and then analyzed using evaluative analysis techniques via descriptive-quantitative analysis. This study is evaluative research with N-Gain. The data were collected through questionnaires and interviews. Valid data in the validity test results can be used for research. Two items of data were found to be invalid during the validity test. Result of N-Gain was 0.766 which was in high category, meaning that implementation of system model changed into suitable and powerful to enhance understanding. Result of t-test showed that t for statistical test was 93.398 with significance level = 0.000 (p<0.05), meaning that the model was effective. Drill Program implemented is in a good category. Correlation coefficient of pre-test and post-test was 0.878. Result of N-Gain was 0.766 which was in high category, meaning that implementation of Training application system version turned into top and powerful to enhance learning. Result of t-test showed that t for statistical test was 93.398 with significance level = 0.000 (p<0.05), meaning that the model was effective.
