Opis:: Szacunki światowego parku osobowych samochodów hybrydowych (HEV), hybrydowych typu plug - in (PHEV), w pełni elektrycznych (BEV). Łącznie liczbę wyprodukowanych na świecie do chwili obecnej hybrydowych samochodów elektrycznych (HEV) szacuje się na około 12,5 mln sztuk (Japonia ok. 4,3 mln sztuk, USA ok. 4 mln sztuk, Europa 1,1 mln sztuk, Polska ok 21 tys. zarejestrowanych sztuk). Liczba zarejestrowanych samochodów hybrydowych typu plug-in (PHEV) na świecie to ok. 500 tys. sztuk (2015 r.). Spośród 2,1 mln zarejestrowanych na świecie samochodów w pełni elektrycznych BEV (wraz z PHEV) w Europie było ok. 650 tys. sztuk (ok. 450 tys. sztuk w krajach UE).
Estimates of global hybrid car park (HEV), hybrid plug-in (PHEV), fully electric (BEV). Overall, the number of hybrid electric vehicles (HEVs) produced in the world is estimated to be around 12.5 million (Japan about 4.3 million, USA about 4 million, Europe with 1.1 million, Poland about 21 thousand registered cars). The number of registered plug-in hybrids (PHEVs) in the world is around 500,000 (2015). Of the 2.1 million registered worldwide BEV electric vehicles (including PHEV) in Europe was, around 650,000 (about 450 thousand in EU countries).

Opis:: Vibrations have become an important factor of vehicles. Vibration tests help identify, and then tune the automotive vehicle to improve the structural strength. Due to the increasing development of vehicles and machines and their widespread use. Increased research-using vibrations due to their low or zero interference with the vehicle under test. Vibration testing is often carried out using Laser Doppler Vibrometry (LDV), a device that is used for contactless measurement of vibration on the surface. The laser beam is directed from the device to the surface of interest, and the amplitude and frequency of vibration are extracted from the Doppler shift frequency of the reflected laser beam due to the movement surface. High values of vibration transmitted from the engine, and the way significantly affect the body of the vehicle and the driver. Article presents results of research carried out on vehicles powered by three different engines and rpm. Tests were carried out on an engine dynamometer in the same environmental conditions. Two of engines were with spark ignition, including one with a supercharged engine and compression ignition engine. The measurements were made using the Laser Doppler Vibrometry using Fast Fourier Transform. The spectrum obtained is used for further analysis to determine the acceleration level at various frequencies. Obtained from Fast Fourier Transform readings used for drawing graphs of frequency V acceleration. The results of the study are interesting and promising, as they show a significant difference in the velocity for spark ignition engines and compression-ignition.

Opis:: A new approach to solving realistic car assembly scheduling problems for mixed model assembly line is presented. It is proposed to decompose the problem into two subproblems: 1) a sequencing problem that generates admissible car sequences fulfilling capacity constraints for all car models in the production plan, 2) a scheduling problem that determines an admissible car sequence with shortest makespan. The details of this approach are illustrated by a simple numerical example.

The efficiency of each drive as well as advantages and disadvantages for both the environment and the user are well as the development prospects for each of the solutions, their opportunities and threats are indicated.

W kolejnym etapie badań wyniki analizy numerycznej zostaną skonfrontowane z wynikami pomiarów tensometrycznych.
The purpose of the project was the construction of a laboratory unit, which will allow testing and simulation of forces that may affect the cargo box of the Eaos 408W wagon. The Institute of Process Technology and Integrated Manufacturing Systems is currently conducting research on the use of various types of laminates for industrial wagons sidewalls construction. In the next stage of the research, the numerical analysis results will be compare with the results of strain gauges measurements.

Opis:: W artykule zaprezentowano wyniki badań zainteresowania mieszkańców polskichaglomeracji nabywaniem i eksploatacją samochodów elektrycznych w perspektywie nadchodzących lat. Badania wykonano w Instytucie Transportu Samochodowego w ramach projektu europejskiego „e-MAP”. Wywiady przeprowadzono w 370 losowo wybranych gospodarstwach domowych na postawie anonimowej ankiety, której wzór przygotowano w INFAS A.G. i uzupełniono w wersji polskiej w ITS. Pytania i odpowiedzi dotyczyły m.in. posiadania i wykorzystywania samochodów osobowych i kryteriów wyboru pojazdów. Pytania ankiety badały wiedzę ankietowanych i ich postawy wobec elektromobilności. Pytano o przyszłościowe preferencje wyboru samochodów osobowych, o gotowość do ponoszenia kosztów związanych z zakupem samochodu elektrycznego, a także podatność obecnych użytkowników samochodów osobowych na oddziaływania o charakterze propagandowym, administracyjnym i ekonomicznym wpływających na decyzje o zakupach samochodów elektrycznych.
The article presents the results of survey conducted on the interest of the inhabitants of Polish agglomerations in the acquisition and operation of electric cars in the years ahead. The study was performed at the Motor Transport Institute as part of the European "e-MAP" project. The interviews were conducted in 370 randomly selected households based on an anonymous questionnaire, the specimen of which was prepared at INFAS A.G. and converted into the Polish version at ITS. Questions and answers were related, among the others, to the ownership and use of passenger cars and criteria for the selection of vehicles. Survey questions explored respondents’ knowledge and their attitudes towards electromobility. The questions asked concerned also future preferences choice of passenger cars, a willingness to incur costs associated with the purchase of an electric car, as well as the vulnerability of current users of passenger cars on the impact of propaganda, administrative and economic character influencing the purchasing decisions of electric cars.

Opis:: Electronic anti-theft security systems have been installed in cars for more than 20 years. Despite technological development and ever newer anti-theft car security devices, criminals continue their efforts to defeat all kinds of obstacles with the intention to unlawfully take possession of property. If they want to steal modern cars, thieves must demonstrate profi- ciency in electronics rather than mechanics, for unlocking and starting motor vehicles is today controlled by electronic systems. This paper presents the main methods of car theft, as well as measures to prevent it. Further in this paper, the author presents how thieves exploit rules of law and discusses a de lege ferenda proposal to improve Article 289 of the Penal Code by clarifying the length of time for which property may be possessed by an unauthorised person for that act to be considered as property taking and not a theft or burglary.

Opis:: W artykule przedstawiono koncepcję nowej metody umożliwiającej identyfikację stanu technicznego amortyzatora. Z uwagi na złożoność układu zawieszenia pojazdu, którego elementem jest amortyzator, i wynikającą z tego problematyką odseparowania jego symptomów diagnostycznych, koncepcję postanowiono rozszerzyć o cały system diagnostyczny. W ramach badań przeprowadzono serie pomiarów w stacjach kontroli pojazdów w celu zebrania dostatecznej bazy wiedzy. W projekcie systemu zastosowano algorytmy matematyczne i klasyfikatory neuronowe zaimplementowane do programu Matlab.
The paper presents conception of new shock-absorber technical condition identification method. Due to complexity of vehicle suspension, which part is shock-absorber, there is a problem with separate of diagnostics symptoms. That is the reason to increase conception to whole diagnostic system. It were measures research conducted in vehicle research station to create usefully data base. It were used mathematics algorithms and neural network classificatory implementation to Matlab.

Opis:: This article presents theoretical studies of methods for assessing car quality indicators in the operation stage. Important criteria for determining the quality indicators of cars during the operation phase are the following: functional stability, ecology, comfort, technical solutions, and traffic safety. The problem of converting a multicriteria quality assessment to a single criterion is proposed to be solved by the method of determining a quality index. The methodology for the practical and actual implementation of this research is based on the evaluation of the quality index established on the average vehicle speed then the basic methodological principles are formulated. The quality index of a car is significantly dependent on the operating conditions. This article presents the correction coefficients for the quality index of base, hybrid, and electric vehicles, depending on the operating conditions. The studies and the proposed car quality index provide timely information on the characteristics of operating conditions, creating the necessary conditions and opportunities for automakers to improve the design of cars, promote the image of car brands, and increase sales.

Opis:: The implementation of the sustainable transport policy in cities aims at finding various solutions that support the use of ‘clean energy’ in urban logistics. One of current global sustainable transport trends involves various measures related to electromobility. An example of electromobility in urban logistics is the e-car-sharing, or a short-term electric car rental. Since electric car-sharing is rather new to the transport market, operators and cities and metropolises may face various difficulties while implementing such services. Based on still operating and discontinued e-car-sharing systems, the authors analysed strengths and weaknesses of those systems with the focus on implementation and maintenance issues. The goal of the article is to determine strengths and challenges for e-car-sharing in urban logistics. The article is designed to assist stakeholders interested in the implementation of e-car-sharing. The analysis was provided under the international research project of ‘Electric travelling platform to support the implementation of electromobility in Smart Cities based on ICT applications’ funded from the National Research and Development Centre as a part of the ERA-NET CoFund Electric Mobility Europe Programme.

Opis:: The mandatory management systems implemented since 2008 in rail transport resulting from legal requirements [1-8], very often (especially in the first years of implementing the requirements) functioned independently of the optional procedural approach - ISO standard [9-10]. Currently, the integration of requirements in both the mandatory and voluntary areas has become common practice. Legal requirements and recommendations do not define or suggest any specific form of extending the existing management systems. Regulation EC 402/2013 in Article 3 point 7 [8] defines only the obligation of interaction between systems (interfaces mean all interaction points during the system or subsystem life cycle). The publication describes the relationship between the requirements in the field of management systems currently used in the railway system resulting from legal requirements (Safety Management System - SMS) and voluntary implementations (Quality Management and Environmental Management System).
