Opis:
An algorithm for solving the inverse problem of subsurface radiolocation using data from ground penetrating radar is presented in this paper. Experimental research was carried out using the geophysical device "Loza B" in field conditions; a part of airfield runway, located on the territory of Almaty region (Kazakhstan), was investigated. The conclusion concerning the reasons of occurrence of defects on the surface of the runway is given.

Opis:
Electrochemical double-layer capacitor (also called supercapacitor) is an electrochemical energy storage device with a high power density, which could be used in application such as pulse power devices or electric vehicles. The paper describes construction of an electrochemical double-layer capacitor that consists of two electrodes immersed in an electrolyte with a separator between them. One electrode consists of a current collector in contact with the active material, while the other one is a counter electrode. Commercially available activated carbon (AC) material, composite $RuO_{2}$ + AC and natural copper sulfides are used as the active electrode material. Characterization has been performed by an electrochemical system fully developed at Technical Faculty in Bor. The system is based on a PC P4, a commercially available ADDA converter and an external interface for analog signal processing. The software platform is LabVIEW 8.2 package and application software is adapted to investigations of the systems containing high capacitances.

The paper presents engineering methods for the interpretation of georadarograms. For this purpose experimental research using ground-penetrating radar "Zond-12c" were carried out, in which artificial objects, placed in the training laboratory ground, were studied. The aim of the research is the geophysical investigation of the structure of lower layers and presence of artificial objects for obtaining of analogy georadarograms. The experiments allow developing of technology for the interpretation of real ground-penetrating radar data from unknown objects. Experiments also allow us to solve the inverse problem of determining the geoelectric properties of environments [S.I. Kabanihin, K.T. Iskakov, M.A. Bektemesov, M.A. Shishlenin, Algorithms and numerical methods for the solution of inverse and ill-posed problems, Astana 2011 (in Russian)]. Application of ground-penetrating radar in restoring of the structure of the underground environment can be reduced to the solution of ill-posed problems for hyperbolic and parabolic types of equations. Many researchers describe algorithms for this kind of problems. At present, methods of interpretation of georadarograms can be improved by new achievements of the inverse problems theory. The bottleneck of application of the ground-penetrating radar is the complexity of interpreted data, requiring at the present stage to attract highly qualified professionals. Forming of own methods of interpreting ground-penetrating radar data contributes to preservation of confidential geophysical information.

This paper addresses the pragmatic and semantic meaning of the term privacy by establishing a new method methodology of proceeding pragmatic, semantic and conceptual or combinations instances of privacy in relation to technology. The analysis of construct definition based on information published in the literature, for example Dictionaries are investigated under various conditions, for example semiotics. The new hybrid-privacy method is lexica-technical that investigates chronological definition of terms in relation to technology in distributed systems (DS); the method also looks at the impact of technological advancement on a particular innovation, polythematic or progress in pragmatic, semantic and conceptual characteristics of perception of privacy. The method's use is verified in an analysis of the unique meanings that underlie the term's usage both as a single word and in combination such as privacy law, privacy attack, privacy breach, and so forth. Literal (denotative) definitions and metaphoric (connotative) associations are examined to explain the use of privacy to refer to a physical entity and/or a mental representation, conceptual and perception. The method is also tentatively grounded in the disciplines of philology, cognition, information technology, and the philosophy of science. The lexica-technical analysis method is applied to the meanings of privacy starting with its original usage in the twenty first century and culminating with the definitions used by authors, IT developers and peoples in this paper. Finally, the paper aims at proposing a pragmatic, semantic and conceptual framework for measuring privacy. In this, technically introducing an extra button on the keyboard to indicate; whatever typed next is private to establish new link between cognition and neuron-computation systems.
