Opis:
The main goal the Israelite sages’ activity was to transmit knowledge of wisdom and to make people base their attitudes on wisdom principles. Pr. 1-9 contains a number of texts which make it possible to reconstruct the main lines of education in wisdom, a process that began in the family, continued at school and was then completed at various centres of public education. The authors of school texts drew on education in the family (1, 8-9; 4, 3-9; 6, 20-21), where the parents would educate their son to be obedient and disciplined and imparted to him basic knowledge of his duties. The wisdom education of a pupil under the guidance of a tutor and teacher followed a set course (2-7). Its aim was to develop and consolidate the pupil’s personality on the foundations of piety, discipline and personal contact with wisdom, which manifests itself in the knowledge of God and in justice. Religious consciousness and the ability to act correctly were the practical tests of a life of wisdom, immune to temptation from sinners and fools. The two speeches of personified wisdom (1, 20-33; 8,1-36) differ in style from the school teachings and we can find in them some principles of wisdom education intended for adults, whether opponents of wisdom or people already well advanced in its ways. A preliminary condition to undertake such education was to become converted at it were, that is to abandon inveterate vices and turn to wisdom, or at least willingly to listen to wisdom teachings and to embrace the instructions received. The principal aim of these was to strengthen justice, inspire the love of virtuous conduct concordant with the principles of wisdom and to ensure a happy life for every man, which can only be attained through God’s wisdom.

On ne consacrait pas jusqu’alors assez d’attenition au Problème d’arrangement littéraire des Proverbes 1—9 en partant de ce principe qu’il s’agit ici d’une collection d’unités indépendantes juxtaposées d’après le modèle des autres tres parties de ce Livre. Certains essais de systématiser la teneur de ce Livre n’ont pas trouvé d’approbation à cause d’une motivation plutôt faible. II y a pourtant des critères indiquant que cette oeuvre c’est une composition homogène se distinguant parmi les autres parties de Proverbes. Les voilà: ainsi nommées formules introduisantes (d’avertissement, parénétiques, de conclusion), le caractère de disposition du ch. 2, la terminologie caractéristique, la base doctrinaire de l’unité, les certaines propriétés de la méthode de composition. A la base d’ordre littéraire des Prov. 1—9 repose le schéma de la structure uniforme de la composition que constituent les parties suivantes: L’introduction (1, 7-19 ): elle comprend la sentence d’entrée (7), l’appel à obeir aux exhortations données (8-9) et un advertissement contre la voie des pécheurs (10-19). La matière essentielle de l’oeuvre comprend deux parties de base terminées par deux inclusions: La première (1, 20-33) a une forme d’un discours d’accusation énoncé par la Sagesse personifiée, la teneur de laquelle se lie avec l’introduction en démontrant le tragique de la conduite des simples et des nians. L’introduction à des exhortations propres du Sage est ch. 2 qui est une disposition de la matière traitée dans les deux parties qui suivent. La première partie (3, 1-35) en trois passages d’exhortations (1-9. 10-20. 21-26) s’occupe de la description de relation qui a lieu entre la Sagesse et la crainte en face de Jahvé. Un court recueil d’exhortations détaillées (3, 27-35) continue cette partie. Son devoir est de compléter les considérations précédentes et aussi de les séparer de la teneur qui suit. La seconde partie (4—7) est plus varieé. On peut y distinguer la partie élémentaire et aussi des suppléments ultérieurs: La forme de la partie élémentaire analogiquement à la précédente comprenait trois courts passages d’exhortations (4, 10-19; 4, 20-27; 5, 1-6. 8. 21) avertissant contre la voie des pécheurs — suivie par un recueil d’instructions détaillées (6, 1-19) qui remplit la même tâche que dans la première partie. Les suppléments de la forme essentielle (4, 1-9; 5, 7. 9-20. 22-23; 6,20-25; 7,1-27) élargissent remarquablement sa sphère et son fond des observations qui préparent la conception de la Sottise personifiée dans un tel degré qu’elle croît jusqu’au rang d’une partie indépendante avec sa propre introduction (4, 1-9) et trois passages des avertissements contre la femme d’autrui (5; 6, 20-35; 7). La seconde inclusion (8, 1-36) s’exprime dans la formule d’un messager par laquelle la Sagesse personifiée résume la teneur élémentaire des considérations du Sage et la présente du point de vue de sa propre autorité. L’épilogue terminant l’oeuvre (9, 1-18) comprend la description des régals de la Sagesse (1-6) et la Sottise (13-19) que divise un court recueil de sentences et d’exhortations détaillées (7-12), Cet épilogue présente la synthèse caractéristique de la teneur de l’oeuvre et prépare à la lecture attentive et profitable des parties suivantes du Livre des Proverbes.

Opis:
The optimization studies of the epoxidation process of (1Z,5E,9E)-1,5,9-cyclododecatriene (CDT) with tert-buthyl hydroperoxide (TBHP) over the molybdenum catalyst Mo(CO)6 were performed. The reaction was examined in terms of a uniform-rotatable design. Three factors were analyzed: the reaction time, CDT:TBHP molar ratio, and the molar concentration of the catalyst (Mo(CO)6). According to the design 20 experiments were performed at the constant temperature of 70°C.

Opis:
An influence of the molar ratio of cis, trans, trans-1,5,9-cyclododecatriene to tert-butyl hydroperoxide, the concentration of the catalyst and the reaction time on the performance of the epoxidation process of cis, trans, trans-1,5,9-cyclodecatriene with tert-butyl hydroperoxide at the presence of molybdenum hexacarbonyl Mo(CO)6 was examined. Examinations were performed using statistical methods of the design of experiments. A mathematical model describing the influence of the parameters on conversion cis, trans, trans-1,5,9-cyclododecatriene was obtained. An analysis of the data and rests was performed and an optimal value of conversion of cis, trans, trans-1,5,9-cyclododecatriene was established.

Opis:
Increase in the steam parameters, the so-called supercritical parameters, resulted not only in the growth of efficiency of power units, or reduction in the emission of pollutants into the atmosphere, but also it has contributed to the development of heat-resisting steels and cast steels. One of the newly developed and implemented cast steels in the power industry is martensitic GX12CrMoVNbN9-1 (GP91) cast steel, created on the basis of chemical composition of P91 steel. The cast steel of a microstructure and properties similar to the base material replaces in the power industry the grades of steel used previously which do not meet the increasingly high requirements. A study has been made with regard to the effects of ageing at 550 and 600 degree Celsjus and time up to 6000 hrs on the changes in microstructure and mechanical properties of GX12CrMoVNbN9-1 (GP91) cast steel. A detailed microstructural research and the analysis of secondary phases was carried out using the electron microscopy technique, whilst the research on mechanical properties included a hardness test, static tensile test and impact strength measurement. The microstructural observations showed that the lath martensite microstructure was maintained after 6000 hrs. The coarsening of M23C6 carbides was revealed. Ageing of the investigated cast steel resulted in a slight decrease in the strength properties (Rp0:2, TS and HV30), i.e. of around 6%, which was accompanied by a significant decrease in impact strength KV. Moreover, in the microstructure of investigated cast steel there were the processes of recovery and polygonization of the matrix observed.
Wzrost parametrów pary do tzw. parametrów nadkrytycznych skutkował nie tylko wzrostem sprawności bloków energetycznych, czy też zmniejszeniem emisji zanieczyszczeń do atmosfery, ale również przyczynił się do rozwoju stali i staliw żarowytrzymałych. Jednym z nowoopracowanych i wdrożonych do energetyki staliw było martenzytyczne staliwo GX12CrMoVNbN9-1 (GP91), które powstało na bazie składu chemicznego stali P91. Staliwo to o mikrostrukturze i właściwościach zbliżonych do materiału bazowego zastępuje w energetyce dotychczas stosowane gatunki staliw, które nie spełniają coraz to wyższych wymagań. W pracy przedstawiono badania wpływu starzenia w temperaturze 550 i 600 stopni Celsjusza oraz czasach wytrzymania do 6000 godzin na zmiany w mikrostrukturze i właściwościach mechanicznych staliwa GX12CrMoVNbN9-1 (GP91). Badania mikrostruktury staliwa GP91 w stanie wyjściowym oraz po starzeniu przeprowadzono za pomocą mikroskopii świetlnej i elektronowej. Wpływ temperatury i czasu starzenia na właściwości badanego staliwa określono za pomocą pomiaru twardości, statycznej próby rozciągania oraz próby udarności. Przeprowadzone badania wykazały: proces zdrowienia i poligonizacji osnowy oraz koagulacje wydzieleń M23C6. Zmiany w mikrostrukturze zachodzące w czasie starzenia w niewielkim stopniu wpłynęły na właściwości wytrzymałościowe (HV30, Rp0;2, Rm), natomiast przyczyniły sie do znacznego spadku udarności KV badanego staliwa.

Opis:
This article investigates the ascension accounts (Luke 24:50-53 and Acts 1:9-11) in a narrative way. The main analysis point will be the question: why is one event recounted twice: at the end of the first Lukan volume and the beginning of the second? The second question concerns the meaning of the discrepancies between the two pericopes. We argue that all differences can be explained by Luke’s literary and narrative strategy. Luke 24:50-53 recounts the recognition of Jesus. Acts 1:9-11 marks the end of the period (between resurrection and ascension) needed for the disciples to become the legitimate and authoritative successors of Jesus.

The influence of the technological parameters on the epoxidation of 1,5,9-cyclododecatriene (CDT) to 1,2- epoxy-5,9-cyclododecadiene (ECDD) by the phase-transfer catalysis method (PTC) in the presence of tungstophosphoric heteropolyacid (H3PW12O40) and hydrogen peroxide as the oxidizing agent has been presented. The phase-transfer catalyst was AliquatŽ 336 (methyltrioctylammonium chloride). The epoxidation of CDT to ECDD in the PTC system proceed under the relatively mild condition: low temperature, lack of solvent, short reaction time. The effect of: the mixing velocity, the molar ratio of CDT:H2O2 and H2O2:H3PW12O40, the nature of the solvent and its concentration, was studied. The most advantageous technological parameters were: the mixing rate 400 – 600 rpm, the molar ratio of CDT:H2O2= 3:1 – 1.5:1, the molar ratio of H2O2:H3PW12O40= 200:1 – 400:1, the temperature 40 – 50°C, solvent: dichloromethane or lack of the solvent, dichloromethane concentration: 10 – 50 vol%, reaction time 35 – 50 min. The application of the above-mentioned parameters allows to achieve the yield of 44 – 47% ECDD in relation to introduced CDT.

Opis:
Ferrtic/martensitic and ODS steels were fabricated by the mechanical alloying process, and their microstructures and mechanical properties were investigated. The 9Cr-1W and 9Cr-1W-0.3Ti-0.35Y2 O3 (in wt.%) steels were prepared by the same fabrication process such as mechanical alloying, hot isostatic pressing, and hot rolling processes. A microstructural observation of these steels indicated that the Ti and Y2 O3 additions to 9Cr-1W steel were significantly effective to refine the grain size and form nano-sized Y-Ti-O oxide particles. As a result, the tensile strengths at room and elevated temperatures were considerably enhanced. Considerable improvement of the creep resistances at 700°C was also evaluated. It is thus concluded that 9Cr-1W ODS steel with Ti and Y2 O3 additions would be very effective in improving the mechanical properties especially at elevated temperatures.

Opis:
Autor prezentuje dotychczasowy dorobek orzeczniczy dotyczący unijnej instytucji decyzji zobowiązującej. W pierwszej kolejności nakreślony został ogólny zarys instytucji oraz przytoczone statystyki jej stosowania przez Komisję. Następnie zaprezentowano wyroki Trybunału Sprawiedliwości Unii Europejskiej dotyczące decyzji zobowiązujących. Sednem pracy była analiza obecnego podejścia TSUE do stosowania zasady proporcjonalności na potrzeby wydawania decyzji zobowiązujących oraz zaprezentowanie potencjalnych implikacji tego podejścia dla egzekwowania reguł prawa konkurencji w UE. Poruszono także kwestie dopuszczalności odwołań od decyzji zobowiązujących oraz kontroli takich decyzji, a także inne kwestie poboczne, które były przedmiotem dotychczasowego orzecznictwa.
The author presents current EU case-law on commitment decisions. Presented first are an overview of the institution and the statistics of its application. Then, judgments of the CJEU relating to commitment decisions are debated. The essence of the article is the analysis of the current interpretation of the principle of proportionality in the context of commitment decisions by EU courts, and the consideration of its possible implications. The article also discusses the admissibility of appeals against commitment decisions and the scope of their judicial review, as well as other issues raised in case-law.

The process of the epoxidation of cis,trans,trans- 1,5,9-cyclododecatriene (CDT) to 1.2-epoxy-5,9-cyclododecadiene (ECDD) with the 30% aqueous hydrogen peroxide under the phase transfer conditions and with /tert-butyl hydroperoxide under the homogeneous conditions was investigated. Onium salts such as AliquatŽ 336, ArquadŽ 2HT, methyltrioctylammonium bromide and the Na2WO4/H3PO4 catalyst system are very active under the phase transfer catalysis (PTC) conditions for the selective epoxidation of cis,trans,trans-1,5,9-cyclododecatiene (PTC method). These catalytic systems were found to be as active and selective as the homogeneous phase system Mo(CO)6/TBHP (hydroperoxide method).

Opis:
Triacetone triperoxide (3,3,6,6,9,9-hexamethyl-1,2,4,5,7,8-hexoxonane; TATP) is one of the most frequently used improvised explosives, often misused worldwide. In our previous studies, we had observed that the kind of acid used to catalyse its formation has a significant influence on TATP's properties. TATP was prepared using five different acids that are often used in improvised conditions. All of the samples were subjected to natural ageing in both open and closed vials at laboratory temperature. During ageing, TATP sublimes and decomposes. The changes in crystal size and shape after ageing were documented by optical microscopy. The mass loss was monitored about every third day during ageing. Samples prepared using sulphuric and perchloric acids lose weight more quickly than the others due to chemical decomposition. The friction sensitivity was determined for all samples before and after ageing. Neither the type of acid used nor the influence of closing the vials had any significant influence on the friction sensitivity after ageing. The friction sensitivity of all tested samples of TATP was about the same ? between that of lead azide and that of mercury fulminate.

Ten krótki tekst przedstawia czterech aniołów, ich postrzeganie nieszczęśliwego stanu ludzkości i przyjęcie ludzkiej skargi skierowanej do Boga. Pozytywna prezentacja czterech aniołów może zostać skontrastowana przez negatywną prezentację poległych Czuwających w 1Hen 6,2-3,7-8. Z drugiej strony, 1Hen 9,1-3 odnosi się do 1Hen 10, 1-16, gdzie ci sami czterej aniołowie otrzymują od Boga boskie zlecenie. Ponieważ stanowi decydujący zwrot w narracji mitu, 1Hen 9,1-3 dzieli go na dwie części, co implikuje symetryczny układ mitu.
The article analyses the structure of 1 En. 9:1-3 and its function within the larger structure of the myth of the fallen Watchers (1 En. 6–11). The short text introduces the four angels on the scene, their perception of the miserable state of humanity, and the reception of human complaint directed to God. The positive presentation of the four angels can be contrasted by the negative presentation of the fallen Watchers in 6,2-3.7-8. On the other hand, 1 En. 9:1-3 is related to 1 En 10:1-16 where the same four angels receive from God the divine commissioning. Since it introduces the decisive turn in the myth narrative thread, 1 En 9:1-3 divides the myth into two parts, which implies the symmetric disposition of the myth.
