Opis:
Purpose: The aim of the article is to answer the question if Erasmus+ project leaders’ organizational learning potential can support them in sustaining their transnational cooperation during turbulent and challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic. Design/methodology/approach: The research uses a composite index to define Erasmus+ project leaders’ learning potential and seeks the relations between the results from this index and the sustainability of Erasmus+ projects. Additionally, predictive analysis in the form of logistic regression in relation to Erasmus+ project leaders’ proactiveness, innovation and openness is carried out. Findings: The obtained results prove that Erasmus+ project leaders’ learning potential, their pro-activeness and the ability to adapt to new conditions facilitate the sustainability of Erasmus+ projects in the times of COVID-19 pandemic. Research limitations/implications: The research is based on a large sample of Erasmus+ leaders but the researched group is very specific. The research sheds a new light on Erasmus+ projects’ organizational potential. Practical implications: The research proves useful for practitioners who manage European educational cooperation projects. Social implications: The research proves the importance of learning potential within networks. Originality/value: The discussion is placed in the broader context of relational and network approach to management of modern organizations. The discussion fills in a research gap in the research on organizational aspects of Erasmus+ projects.

W niniejszym artykule dokonano przeglądu ewolucji planowania, a także podjęto próbę udzielenia odpowiedzi na pytanie jak powinno wyglądać podejście do budżetowania w sytuacji niepewności. Problem ten zdaniem autora, nabrał szczególnego znaczenia w okresie trwającego kryzysu, a także doświadczenia wojny, a wcześniej pandemii. Szukając odpowiedzi na pytanie jaki modeli organizacji jest najbardziej adekwatny w obecnej sytuacji kryzysowej wykorzystano typologię paradygmatów organizacji Laluxa oraz teorię rozwoju świadomości Vilbera. Modele organizacji zostały przedstawione przy pomocy nazw kolorów – od czerwonego do fioletowego. Typologia Laluxa, która kończy się na organizacji turkusowej, została przez autora rozszerzona o koncepcję organizacji fioletowej. Potrzeba wskazania nowego modelu organizacji wynika zdaniem autora ze skutków obecnego kryzysu, z jakim musi się mierzyć człowiek. W pracy badano jak poszczególne paradygmaty organizacji przekładają się na podejście do budżetowania.
This article reviews the evolution of planning and considers the answer to the question of what the approach to budgeting in uncertain times should look like. According to the author, this problem has gained particular importance during the ongoing crisis, as well as the experience of war, and earlier the pandemic. Looking for an answer to the question of which organizational model is most adequate in the current crisis, Lalux’s typology of organization paradigms and Vilber’s theory of consciousness development were used. Organizational models are represented by colour names – from red to violet. Lalux’s typology, which ends with turquoise organization, was extended by the author with the concept of violet organization. According to the author, the need to indicate a new model of organization results from the effects of the current crisis that a human being must face. The work examines how individual organizational paradigms translate into the approach to budgeting.

Głównym autorem, do którego nawiązujemy w artykule, jest Piero Bertolini, znany uczony i praktyk reedukacji we Włoszech.
In this article we address the problem of social maladjustment and re-education of children and adolescents living in problematic educational situations or even critical developmental conditions, and their possibilities to change for the better. The theoretical framework of the whole article is the phenomenological vision, which recognises every human individual capable of building and changing his or her own vision of the world. According to this vision, the educator in his action starts from an observation of what is directly given, that is the pupil's behavior, in order to propose to him, with his active participation, changes for the better. The main author to whom we refer in this article will be Piero Bertolini, a well-known scholar and practitioner of re-education in the field of action in ltaly.

The objective of this article is to provide an answer to the question as to how to philosophize within the context of science, which constitutes a more specific version of one of the essential metaphilosophical questions: how should one philosophize? A compelling answer to such inquiries was proposed at the end of the 20th century by the Cracow philosophers of nature and went under the name of „philosophy in science” research program. In this elaboration, on the basis of findings originating in the cosmological domain, I analyze to what extent this is indeed an innovative answer to the metaphilosophical question stated above – that is how to philosophize within the context of science.

Artykuł stanowi recenzję książki Krzysztofa Kopczyńskiego zatytułowanej Paradygmat polskiego romantyzmu w uniwersum filmowym (2021). Celem publikacji jest ponowne, aktualizujące odczytanie polskiego paradygmatu romantycznego unikające jego redukcji do wymiaru patriotyczno-narodowego. Autor książki szuka inspiracji w romantyzmie europejskim, by pochylić się nad zagadnieniami właściwymi dla romantyzmu wysokiego, które dotyczą kwestii poznania, wiodącej roli sztuki, indywidualizmu, filozofii egzystencji, epistemologii i historiozofii. Następnie przedstawia stanowiska ujmujące sztukę filmową jako narzędzie wypowiedzi filozoficznej, przytaczając koncepcje m. in Gilles’a Deleuze’a, Stanleya Cavella, Roberta Sinnerbrinka czy Daniela Framptona. Badacze ci stają się rzecznikami tezy, że film jest zdolny do uprawiania refleksji w sposób zbliżony do rozważań filozofów. Idąc za tą tezą, Kopczyński za punkt wyjścia przyjmuje bogactwo myślowe ukrytej części paradygmatu romantycznego, co pozwala mu wniknąć w przesłanie analizowanych filmów, a także wskazać, że kino może prowadzić do przekształcenia wspomnianego wzorca i zmiany jego roli w kulturze.
The article is a review of Krzysztof Kopczyński’s book Paradygmat polskiego romantyzmu w uniwersum filmowym [The Paradigm of Polish Romanticism in the World of Film] (2021). The work aims to offer an updated reading of the Polish Romantic paradigm, avoiding its reduction to patriotic and national dimensions. The author seeks inspiration in European Romanticism in order to inquire into typical issues of High Romanticism, which concern the questions of cognition, the leading role of art, individualism, the philosophy of existence, epistemology, and the philosophy of history. He then presents theoretical positions that view film art as a mode of philosophical expression, citing concepts proposed by Gilles Deleuze, Stanley Cavell, Robert Sinnerbrink, Daniel Frampton, and others. These authors become advocates of the proposition that film can be a means of reflection in a manner akin to the work of philosophers. Following this argument, Kopczyński starts from the abundance of thought contained in the Romantic paradigm’s hidden part, which allows him to penetrate the meaning of the analysed films as well as indicate that cinema can transform this pattern and changing its role in culture.

Cieľom príspevku je riešiť otázku, akým spôsobom možno realizovať službu diakonov tak, aby napĺňala ideu sociálnej spravodlivosti v praxi. Príspevok si taktiež kladie otázku, akým spôsobom môže služba diakonov prepojiť službu sociálnej spravodlivosti v ekleziálnom prostredí v uskutočňovaní sociálnej spravodlivosti v spoločnosti, ktorá sa čoraz viac profiluje ako nenáboženská. Pozornosť sa obracia do dejín diakonátu v 20. storočí. Príspevok poukazuje na jeho vývoj v kontexte zamerania na sociálnu spravodlivosť. Opisuje paradigmy, v ktorých sa diakonát chápal, a na záver vyvodzuje perspektívu pre prax. Tematicky sa príspevok situuje do teológie služieb s presahom do praktickej teológie a ekleziológie.
The aim of the paper is to address the question of how the diaconate can be implemented so that it fulfills the idea of social justice in practice. The paper also raises the question of how the diaconate can link the service of social justice in an ecclesial environment in the administration of social justice in a society that is increasingly profiled as non-religious. Attention is drawn to the history of the diaconate in the XX. century. The paper points to its development in the context of the focus on social justice. It describes the paradigms in which this ministry was understood, and concludes with a perspective for practice. Thematically, the paper focuses on the theology of services with an overlap into practical theology and ecclesiology.

Academic discourse has in recent years emphasised the importance of an integrative approach to foreign language learning and teaching in which affective factors are treated equally to cognitive ones. These components are characterised by dynamic interaction where emotions are not viewed as an addition but as an important component of the language learning process that act as a catalyst. The aim of this article is to review theoretical approaches based on the assumption that affective and cognitive processes cannot be perceived as two separate areas of the human psyche, as both jointly shape human actions, including those in language. This view is the starting point of an analysis of the potential use of the affective-cognitive paradigm in preparing for specialist communication. It is assumed that it can become a theoretical framework for empirical research that will allow for a better understanding of the specificity and functioning of individual differences in language communication and allow for a more complete picture of specific factors, taking into account their multidimensional nature, dynamics and embeddedness in the context of specialist communication.

Scientific knowledge is acquired according to some paradigm. Galileo wrote that the “book of nature” was written in mathematical language and could not be understood unless one first understood the language and recognized the characters with which it was written. It is argued that Turing planted the seeds of a new paradigm. According to the Turing Paradigm, the “book of nature” is written in algorithmic language, and science aims to learn how the algorithms change the physical, social, and human universe. Some sources of the Turing Paradigm are pointed out, and a few examples of the application of the Turing Paradigm are discussed.

The article is an attempt to characterize the methodology of multidisciplinary empirical research, designed and implemented within technical, exact, natural, social, and humanistic sciences. Three paradigms have been characterized: Education 4.0, Industry 4.0, and Society 5.0. The author’s attention was drawn to the need for a clear formulation of detailed concepts as well as their content and context. The types of possible empirical research and the methods and techniques used in them were presented, attention was also drawn to the importance of the model used in the research. It was considered necessary to disseminate methodological knowledge for the reliable execution of empirical research, allowing for its repeatability, verification, and evaluation.

The 2020 survey found that adult Poles place the environment high in the hierarchy of life values. However, deeper analysis of the survey revealed a gap between declarations and the realization of these values. Among the more than 50% of adult Poles assigning a high value to the environment in the first part of the survey, in the final, only about 2% admit that it is the most important life value they follow in their daily life choices. The purpose of this article is to answer the question of where the mentioned gap between the declaration and realization of values comes from by analyzing the phenomenon of the existence of worldviews in general and the values correlated with them. This analysis is based not only on the classical answers of Kant, Dilthey or Scheler on the phenomenon of paradigms of reality, but also includes Dawkins’ meme theory and vMEME, or values meme by Beck and Cowan. On this base, conclusions about possible directions for educational changes regarding raising to the ecological paradigm were drawn. The novelty of the article is the proposal to design the change, using modern sources of information and knowledge acquisition, often rejected by the education system.

In this paper, we examine the meta-ontology of AI systems with human-level intelligence, with us denoting such AI systems as AIE. Meta-ontology in philosophy is a discourse centered on ontology, ontological commitment, and the truth condition of ontological theories. We therefore discuss how meta-ontology is conceptualized for AIE systems. We posit that the meta-ontology of AIE systems is not concerned with computational representations of reality in the form of structures, data constructs, or computational concepts, while the ontological commitment of AIE systems is directed toward what exists in the outside world. Furthermore, the truth condition of the ontology (which is meta-ontological assumption) of AIE systems does not require consistency with closed conceptual schema or ontological theories but rather with reality, or in other words, “what is the world” (Smith, 2019, p.57). In addition, the truth condition of AIE systems is verified through operational success rather than by coherence with theories. This work builds on ontological postulates about AI systems that were formulated by Brian Cantwell Smith (2019).

The aim of the article is to show the correlation between the subject-participatory paradigm and the basic features of qualitative pedagogical research in practical terms. The choice of this research topic can be justified by the insufficient range of literature in the field. Therefore, the subject-participatory paradigm will be explored from the personalistic perspective, with reference to the constitutive features of pedagogical qualitative research in order to address the research problem while taking into account the above-mentioned correlation. The starting point is the concept of the subject-participatory paradigm grounded in the thought of Karol Wojtyła. Then, in conducting a hermeneutic analysis, the author refers to the concepts of scientists such as Dariusz Kubinowski, Krzysztof Szmidt, Marcella Kelly, Maura Dowling, Michelle Millar, Matthew de Carlo, and others. Also, references are made to the research stages, mainly embedded in the creative methodology, which can facilitate the emergence of the correlation between the aforementioned paradigm and the constitutive features of pedagogical qualitative research.

Since the Declaration of Salamanca and the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, we have moved to an inclusive paradigm with regard to school. Mainstream schooling has become the rule. Thus, teachers in regular classes must work with all students, including those with special educational needs. It is not easy; many teachers face dilemmas in accommodating all types of students in the same classroom. This conceptual paper proposes a framework based on Mezirow’s transformative learning for understanding the transformations in teacher pedagogy needed to work in an inclusive school. It can be used as a basis for developing training mechanisms to support teachers in their transformation to work in an inclusive school.

W historii dzieła misyjnego Kościoła, realizowanego nieprzerwanie od dwóch tysięcy lat, wiele razy pojawiały się kolejne paradygmaty misyjności, a w konsekwencji nowe metody misyjne oraz innowacyjne środki odziaływania misyjnego. Znajomość zakresu i znaczenia owych paradygmatów oraz metod pozwala dostrzec dynamiczność realizacji dzieła misyjnego Kościoła nie tylko w wymiarze geograficznym, ale nade wszystko zrozumieć wymiar kreatywnej operatywności Kościoła w odniesieniu do zmieniających się uwarunkowań społeczno-kulturowych, czyli nowych wyzwań o charakterze misyjno-ewangelizacyjnym, z jakimi Kościół musi się zmierzyć w każdej epoce.
In the missionary activities of the Church, carried out continuously for over two thousand years, we can find a successive chain of paradigms that initiated new ways of missionary approach to evangelization. This newness each time in the changing socio-cultural world innovated new methods for the missionary activities of the Church, new ways of proclaiming the Gospel to the nations. The right understanding of these paradigms reveals dynamism and creative operability of the Church in its mission activities not only in the geographical dimension but helps us too in understanding the ways the Church faced the challenges of the continuously changing world in its socio-cultural aspects.

Opis:
Простежено наголошування іменників, прикметників, числівників, займенників в українських говірках через призму наголошування рухомого / нерухомого наголосу. Зауважено, що моделі, принципи вивчення й опису діалектної акцентної системи певною мірою корелюють із принципами, методами дослідження акцентної системи літературного стандарту, водночас мають свою специфіку, яка полягає передусім в обізнаності, орієнтації дослідника в просторі та часі; необхідності брати до уваги не тільки кодифіковану норму, а й ареал досліджуваної діалектної системи, історію його формування, вікову характеристику мовців. Виявлено, що кожна частина мови має свої риси в граматичній структурі; це передбачило застосування різних прийомів дослідження наголошування до кожної з них. Проаналізовано функціонування фіксованого наголосу на другому складі з кінця слова – парокситонного, що виразно протиставлений вільному рухомому наголосу; запропоновано удокладнене визначення парокситонного наголошування: фіксоване наголошування на другому складі з кінця слова, що може бути постійною ознакою, та парокситонеза на тлі вільного рухомого наголосу. Представлено акцентуаційні портрети українських зон, з’ясовано, що акцентуація є важливим аргументом у визначенні материнської основи новожитніх, перехідних та переселенських (острівних) говірок. Запропоновано південно-західний тип наголошування кваліфікувати як територіальний літературно-нормативний варіант. Підкреслено, що такий тип наголосу – це типова південно-західна риса, один iз лінгвальних маркерів цього регіону.
The article views the accent in nouns, adjectives, numerals and pronouns in Ukrainian dialects from the perspective of accent types (fixed / lexical stress). Namely, to some extent the models, the principles of studying and describing the dialectal accent system correlate with the principles, methods of studying the accent system of the literary standard. At the same time, the latter have their own specifics, primarily awareness and researcher orientation in space and time. We need to take into account not only the codified norm but also an area of the dialectal system study, the history of its formation and the age-related characteristics of the speakers.Emphasis Has been placed on the fact that every part of speech has its traits in a grammatical structure, which involves the use of different methods of emphasis. The study analyzes fixed stress placed on the penultimate syllable of a word – a paroxiton, which is definitely opposed to lexical stress. The proposed identified determination of paroxitonic emphasis: fixed stress on the penultimate composition of a word, which may be a constant feature, and paroxitonosis against lexical stress. In the accentuational portraits of Ukrainian zones it was found out that accentuation is an important argument in determining the maternal basis of new-life, transitional and resettlement (island) dialects. The Southwest type of stress is proposed as a territorial literary-normative variant. It is emphasized that this type of akcent is a typical southwestern feature, one of the lingual markers of the region In question.
