W artykule został omówiony sposób działania nowego narzędzia MidJourney - skryptu generatywnego opartego na sztucznej inteligencji. Celem badań jest prezentacja potencjału narzędzia w kontekście tworzenia wstępnego szkicu koncepcji architektonicznej. W oparciu o treść zadania projektowego postawionego przed uczestnikami konkursu, którego przedmiot stanowi projekt koncepcyjny pawilonu filmowego zlokalizowanego na Islandii, wykonano serię obrazów cyfrowych materializujących ideę w oparciu o wprowadzone słowa kluczowe. Wygenerowane za pomocą skryptu wizualizacje są estetyczną interpretacją wprowadzonych fraz. Artykuł jest zapisem stanu spraw na początkowym etapie komercjalizacji narzędzia.
The article explores the performance of the MidJourney tool - an AI-based generative script. The purpose of the research is to present the potential of the tool in the framework of creating a draft of an architectural concept. On the basis of the subject matter of the design task set for participants of the competition, the purpose of which is the conceptual design of a film pavilion located in Iceland, a series of digital images materializing the idea based on the entered keywords were made. The visualizations generated with the script are an aesthetic interpretation of the phrases entered; tools based on similar mechanics of operation may in the future be part of standard architectural practice, forming the basis for the definition of a strong new stylistic trend. The article is a record of the state of affairs in the early stages of the tool's commercialization.

Born in Krakow, a journalist and a writer, Dorota Terakowska did not debut until she was over 40. Not until 50–60 years old, did she achieve her literary success. Ever since, Terakowska was awarded numerous prizes; her books enjoyed good readership and were released many times. She earned wide recognition for her focus on the themes of a human lost in the world, seeking for inalienable values; often disabled or facing the end of his or her life. Terakowska’s works constitute an attempt at systemic recognition of human condition in entirety of its psychological, sociological and cultural complexity, thus forming a generative script. Her prose and journalism provide an excellent example of how one can piece the individual and the human aspects of life with the social and cultural contexts. Depicting the lives of elderly people, in the ups and downs of the autumn of their days took a prominent place in the works of Krakow-born writer and journalist (e.g. Granny Brigid’s crazy trip round Krakow, Mr. Gryms’ Mirror, Where the Angels Fall, Chrysalis, It, To be a family…, Man is the good address, The Museum of Non-existent Things).

The ‘Numerus Clausus’ Principle for Securitiesin the Polish Legal SystemSummaryMost specialists on the doctrine of Polish private law hold that thereis a numerus clausus principle for securities in Polish law, although it hasnot been specifically put into words in any act of legislation. According tothe principle only those types of securities may be issued which are regulated by a statute. This means a prohibition on the issue of securities thathave not been legally recognised. There are only a few opinions that saythere is no numerus clausus on securities in Polish legal doctrine. Thisquestion has been the subject of a heated debate, which has attenuatedover the last years. However, many issues have neither been scrutinised  nor even noticed. There are still several points worthy of consideration.The author’s aim in this paper is to review the arguments for and againstnumerus clausus; some of them have never been examined before. Hisanalysis leads him to conclude that there is a numerus apertus (i.e. norestrictions) on some securities, such as bonds, while others such asshares, which endow their holder with special rights, are subject to legalrestrictions. The article is an offshoot of research for a dissertation onprivate law conducted on an individual research programme supervisedby Dr. M. Spyra at Collegium Invisibile in the 2013/2014 academic year.

Artykuł stanowi raport z badań prowadzonych w oparciu o koncepcję analizy transakcyjnej. Autorka szuka odpowiedzi na pytanie jakie znaczenie ma sytuacja rodzinna w okresie dzieciństwa i dorastania dla zapisów skryptowych człowieka u progu dorosłości. Badania przeprowadzono na próbie 190 osób w wieku 19-25 lat z wykorzystaniem technik kwestionariuszowych. Narzędzia badawcze (adaptację kwestionariusza Z. Łęskiego, 2018) oparto o koncepcję miniskryptu T. Kahlera i H. Capersa (1974). Główny wniosek z badań wskazuje na dominujące znaczenie charakteru relacji pomiędzy rodzicami dla rozwoju zapisów skryptowych dziecka. Nie ujawniono natomiast związku pomiędzy zapisami skryptowymi a tym czy rodzina funkcjonowała jako pełna czy niepełna.
The article is a research report based on the transactional analysis concept. The author looks for the answer to the question what is the significance of the family situation during childhood and adolescence for scripted entries of a man at the threshold of adulthood. The study was conducted on a sample of 190 people aged 19-25 and using questionnaire techniques. Research tools (adaptation of the Z. Łęski questionnaire, 2018) were based on the T. Kahler and H. Capers’ (1974) concept. The main conclusion of the study indicates the dominant importance of the nature of the relationship between parents for the development of child’s script. However, the relationship between script entries and whether the family functioned as full or incomplete was not disclosed.

Pomimo rosnącej obecności komputerów w procesie kształcenia ich zastosowanie w prze-ciętnej szkole wciąż znacząco odbiega od możliwości, jakie te urządzenia oferują. Autor przyczyn takiego stanu rzeczy upatruje w niedocenianiu przez badaczy problematyki relacyjnego charakteru człowiek–media, a także w istnieniu pewnego przekazywanego z pokolenia na pokolenie skryptu szkoły. Analiza transakcyjna jest tu propozycją koncepcji, która dzięki swej dostępności, przejrzy-stej terminologii oraz narzędziom może w znacznej mierze ułatwić przeprowadzenie badań uwzględniających powyższe problemy.
Despite an increasing presence of computers in the educational process, their use in an aver-age school is still significantly different from the possibilities that these devices offer. The author sees the causes of such a situation in the fact that issues connected with the relationship between a person and a computer are underestimated by researchers, as well as in the existence of a certain school script, which is passed from generation to generation. Transactional analysis constitutes a concept which, due to its accessibility, clear terminology and tools, can greatly facilitate research that accounts for the problems mentioned above.

In the theoretical part, the article discusses the foundations of the theory of connetivism and presents the use of new technologies in modern education. In the practical part, it presents the process of preparing a summary of course lectures at the B2 level in the Polish Language and Culture Centre for Polish People from Abroad and Foreigners UMCS in Lublin.

Celem artykułu jest prezentacja zjawiska feminizacji nieaktywności zarobkowej, rozumianego jako zbiór procesów utrudniających kobietom w wieku aktywności zawodowej podejmowanie i utrzymywanie pracy zarobkowej. Autorzy odpowiadają na pytanie, czym charakteryzuje się zjawisko nieaktywności zarobkowej kobiet i na jakie problemy (kulturowe, funkcjonalne, instytucjonalne) napotykają kobiety w podejmowaniu lub utrzymywaniu pracy zarobkowej. Autorzy egzemplifikują fakt, że feminizacja nieaktywności zarobkowej wynika z genderowych norm opiekuńczych oraz słabości państwa jako dostarczyciela dóbr i usług (także strażnika stanowionych norm). Tekst uwzględnia definicję kluczowego zjawiska, prezentację istotnych treści literatury przedmiotu i zarys kontekstów ważnych dla odczytywania aktywności kobiet na rynku pracy, informacje o zrealizowanych projektach, które dostarczyły podstawy empirycznej dla podjętych analiz oraz omówienie tego materiału wraz z konkluzjami uwzględniającymi zbiór cech feminizacji nieaktywności zarobkowej.
The aim of this article is to present the phenomenon of economic inactivity feminization understood as a set of processes hindering women of working age from entering and remaining at labour market. The text offers a definition of this phenomenon and provides literature review on the subject. The empirical material for the analysis has been collected within the two projects (one involving a diary competition and the other – interviews with mothers of children with disabilities). The authors explore the characteristics of the women’s economic inactivity, they describe and analyse the problems (cultural, functional, institutional) that women encounter when they attempt to enter labour market and stay employed. Having undertaken the analysis of various aspects of the phenomenon, the authors provide evidence that economic inactivity feminization results from gendered welfare norms as well as from weakness of the state.

The article analyses the influence of a particular name on the individual's life and the development of his script. It contains the examples taken from psychotherapeutic practice and the results of the study conducted on a group of students, which reveal that most of them believe that their name have been chosen purposefully (56,4%). Thus, it can be assumed that when parents chose names for their children, they have a concrete intention in mind, which may include the performance of certain tasks, the pressure to adopt certain roles or the expectations of certain behaviours. All this leads to the development of a particular life script.

The paper presents capabilities of Enterprise Dynamics software in modelling and simulation of production process in job-shop conditions. The modelled production process was conducted on the total of 8 machine tools representing 5 different types. The conducted simulation represented production of three types of parts in an alternating sequence of jobs according to the technological machine sequence. The production process of the developed model was controlled by means of 4D Script programming language.

Z perspektywy analizy transakcyjnej człowiek, aby móc funkcjonować i rozwijać się optymalnie, powinien dysponować właściwie ukształtowanymi, pozostającymi w równowadze trzema stanami osobowości – wewnętrznym Rodzicem, Dorosłym i Dzieckiem. Przy czym o równowadze tej w przeważającej mierze decyduje wewnętrzny Dorosły. Celem artykułu jest ukazanie punktów wspólnych analizy transakcyjnej i podejścia skoncentrowanego na rozwiązaniach jako orientacji pracy pomocowej i edukacyjnej z osobą dorosłą oraz możliwości włączania zasobów obu podejść w pracy nad osiąganiem przez klientów celów życiowych poprzez wzmacnianie stanu Ja-Dorosły. Wykorzystywanie w pracy z klientem technik AT i PSR sprzyja wzmacnianiu i aktualizowaniu potencjału i sprawczości osoby, co przekłada się na poczucie satysfakcji, zadowolenia i szczęścia. Przedstawione w niniejszym opracowaniu propozycje wykorzystywania AT i PSR we wzmacnianiu stanu Ja-Dorosłego odzwierciedlają doświadczenia pomocowe autorki w tym zakresie.
In Transactional Analysis, optimal human functioning and development are ensured when the equilibrium of three properly developed ego-states, the Parent, the Adult and the Child, is maintained. The equilibrium relies predominantly on the functioning of the Adult. The aim of this article is to explore potential points of convergence between Translational Analysis (TA) and Solution-Focused Approach (SFA). Both approaches focus on help and educational work with adults. Thus, a question arises if the resources available in both approaches can be jointly used when working with clients on their life objectives through strengthening their Adult ego-state. Mixed application of AT and SFA fosters the increase and development of the potential and agency, which leads to a sense of satisfaction, well-being and happiness. The proposal to use TA and SFA together in order to strengthen the Adult ego-state of the client is drawn from the author’s own experience as helper.

POLSKIE I FRANCUSKIE PREDYKATY ZWIĄZANE Z ETAPAMI WYPIEKU CHLEBA ORAZ ICH ZASTOSOWANIE W ANALIZIE DWUJĘZYCZNYCH TEKSTÓW PORÓWNYWALNYCH Teksty porównywalne są reprezentatywne dla różnych dziedzin rzemiosła. Wobec zapotrzebowania na dwujęzyczne słowniki z tych  dziedzin w kształceniu specjalistów, zaproponowana została w tym artykule metoda analizy na przykładzie polskich i francuskich tekstów z dziedziny piekarstwa. Celem tej analizy jest ustalenie jednostek ekwiwalentnych, które będą zastosowane w językoznawstwie komputerowym na potrzeby w zakresie tłumaczeń, analiz kontrastywnych oraz tworzenia słowników polsko-francuskich. W pierwszej części wyjaśnione są jednostki ekwiwalentne stosowane w językoznawstwie komputerowym, a w następnych koncepcja skryptu poznawczego, ram konceptualnych oraz predykatów zastosowana do ekstrakcji jednostek leksykalnych oraz określenia ich relacji znaczeniowych (meronimia i hiponimia). Prédicats polonais et français relatifs aux étapes de la panification et leur application pour analyser des corpus bilingues comparables Les textes bilingues comparables sont représentatifs pour différents domaines de l’artisanat. Pour répondre aux besoins de la rédaction de dictionnaires bilingues pour la formation des professionnels, nous proposons dans cet article une méthode d’analyse à partir de textes polonais et français du domaine de la boulangerie. Le but de cette analyse est d’établir des unités équivalentes qui seront exploitées et appliquées dans le traitement automatique des langues et qui serviront pour la traduction, pour les analyses contrastives et pour la rédaction des dictionnaires polonais-français. Dans la première partie de l’article nous expliquons d’abord les unités équivalentes utilisées dans le traitement automatique de textes comparables. Dans les parties suivantes nous présentons la conception du script cognitif, du cadre conceptuel et des prédicats appliquée pour l’extraction des unités lexicales et pour déterminer les relations significatives entre elles (méronymie et hyponymie).
Comparable bilingual texts are representative for various fields of handicrafts. To meet the needs of writing bilingual dictionaries for the training of professionals, we propose a method of analysis from the Polish and French texts in the field of bakery. The purpose of this analysis is to establish equivalent units to be operated in the applied natural language processing and used for translation, for contrastive analysis and for drafting Polish-French dictionaries. In the first part of this paper, we explain how equivalent units are used in the automatic processing of comparable texts. In the following sections we present the design of cognitive script, the conceptual framework and predicates applied to the extraction of lexical units and we try to highlight significant relationships between them (meronymy and hyponymy).

In this paper theoretic aspects of machine learning system in the field of computer vision is considered. There are presented methods of behavior analysis. There are offered tasks and problems associated with building systems using machine learning algorithm. The paper provides signs of problems that can be solved by using machine learning algorithms There is demonstrated step by step construction of computer vision system. The paper provides the algorithm of solving the problem of binary (two classes) classification for demonstration the machine learning algorithm possibilities in image recognition field, which can recognize the gender of the person on the photo. Aspects related to the search of data processing are also considered. There is analyzed the search of optimal parameters for algorithms. An interpretation of results in machine learning algorithm is provided. Binarization methods in machine learning algorithm are offered. There is analyzed the technology for improving the accuracy of machine learning algorithm. There are proposed ways to improve computer vision system in neural systems. Also there are analyzed large software modules that work using machine learning systems. The article provides prospects of powerful information technologies, which are necessary for the proper data selection in learning and configuration of feature extraction algorithm to create a computer vision system.

In this paper, description of a concept of cloud Storage age is offered. One of the most practical methods of storing required information to cloud storage is also considered. Method of creating screenshots is proposed. Theoretical research is carried out and there are justified advantages and disadvantages of different methods of storing information in social networks. The best technique of creating screenshots has been practically implemented. Problems that might come up while working with approach given in this article and its solutions are stipulated. There is analyzed a necessity of setting a zoom parameter which is to transfer after transmitting size value of the picture in social networks. In the article the parameter that specifies the width of the final image and clearly affects the quality of the image is also considered. There is analyzed the effectiveness of creating an information system that saves time for such information processes as tracking the photo and its comments. In the paper the task of changing bets, which are not immediately fixed in social networks is optimized. Also there is implemented in practice a scalability problem of information processes in social networks. In the article a separation of the script is also put into practice. One part of which directly performs the request of image and downloads it to cloud storage. With help of another part the information process is transmitted on the photo where the user identifies.
