    The aim of the study is articulated in the title. The author is reconstructing Kantian philosophy and pedagogic, the thesis of postmodernism and post-modern pedagogic and indicates the relationships and differences of those two systems. Both Kant and the Baden-based neo-Kantians enabled the emancipation of the humanities. The Kantian model of pedagogy was the basis for pedagogic directions, belonging to the meta-theory of humanistic education and critical pedagogy, especially the postmodern one. There are clear links with Kantian ideas of pedagogy, the way to capture the role of dignity, knowledge and freedom in the morality of a human being. There are also significant differences: Kant did not include to his pedagogy social, political and pluralistic questions, which are so important in postmodern pedagogy.

    Opis:
    Education and educational systems in Vietnam against the background of the historical and cultural development of the country (with regard to subjectivity in education). The author presents influences of three great philosophical and religious systems: Confucianism, Zen Buddhism and Taoism on education in Vietnam. He presents educational values and educational achievements in the successive historical epochs of this state. The influence of the colonial politics of France disturbed functioning these educational systems in 19th century. As the result, the state was subordinated firstly France and then Japan. In 20th century come into being the Socialist Republic of Vietnam built on the old and new features of thinking and working of this nation. The article is first in Poland study of the subject matter of development and transformation of the education in Vietnam.
    Autor przedstawia oddziaływania trzech wielkich systemów filozoficznych i religijnych: konfucjanizmu, buddyzmu zen i taoizmu na edukację w Wietnamie. Prezentuje wartości wychowawcze i osiągnięcia edukacyjne w kolejnych historycznych epokach tego kraju. Wpływ kolonialnej polityki Francji w XIX wieku doprowadził do zniszczenia tych systemów edukacyjnych. Kraj został podporządkowany najpierw Francji, a następnie Japonii. Powstała w XX wieku Socjalistyczna Republika Wietnamu oparła się na starych i nowych cechach myślenia i działania Wietnamczyków. Artykuł jest pierwszym w Polsce opracowaniem o rozwoju i przekształceniach edukacji w Wietnamie.

    Opis:
    The educational challenge, the change of the ecological consciousness is the condition of the continuity of the human species. The article contains the main thesis: the threat of the natural environment is the threat for the survival of human species. The author proposes two new pedagogical terms: widely apprehended ecological consciousness and the system idea of the protection of the nature. He also writes about Poles ecological consciousness and describes the various models of the development of present societies, taking into account their relation to the natural environment. The article contains the most important attributes of the ecological education and its representatives as well as characteristic of the kinds of ecological consciousness. The ecological education is presented in global dimension.
    Główna teza artykułu brzmi: niszczenie środowiska naturalnego planety stanowi zagrożenie dla przetrwania gatunku ludzkiego. Autor, szukając związku tego założenia z edukacją, proponuje wprowadzenie dwóch nowych kategorii pedagogicznych: świadomości ekologicznej w szerokim rozumieniu oraz systemowej idei ochrony przyrody. Na tle prezentacji świadomości ekologicznej Polaków przedstawia zróżnicowane modele rozwoju współczesnych społeczeństw, uwzględniając ich relacje ze środowiskiem naturalnym. Artykuł zawiera prezentację najważniejszych cech edukacji ekologicznej oraz jej głównych przedstawicieli. Ponadto w pracy zostało wymienionych i scharakteryzowanych pięć rodzajów świadomości ekologicznej, również w kontekście globalizacji i nowych wyzwań edukacyjnych.

    The objective of this paper is to investigate the philosophical and pedagogical context of the issues relevant to rectifying names in Chinese Confucian thought. Upon the basis of hermeneutical studies and comparative research, the author answers the question of the significance of rectifying names for the process of the upbringing of a human being. The author analyses this issue upon the basis of the available foreign and Polish translations of the Analects of Confucius, and also investigates the positions taken by specialists in the field of the philosophy of the Far East, among others, by Feng Youlan, Benjamin Schwartz and JeeLoo Liu. Not only is the pedagogical dimension of rectifying names relevant to the need of ordering pedagogical notions and ensuring their precision, but also connected with attempts to apply names in education as a tool of indoctrination and the implementation of the authoritarian model of education. Moreover, the application of rectifying names is to emphasise the axio-normative profile of upbringing regardless of the fact whether the profile in question is oriental or occidental, ancient or contemporary.
    Celem artykułu jest rozpoznanie kontekstu filozoficznego i pedagogicznego problematyki rektyfikacji nazw w chińskiej myśli konfucjańskiej. W oparciu o badania hermeneutyczne i porównawcze autor rozstrzyga problem – jakie jest znaczenie rektyfikacji nazw dla procesu wychowania człowieka. Autor analizuje problem w oparciu o dostępne obce i polskie przekłady Dialogów Konfucjusza oraz rozpoznaje stanowiska badawcze specjalistów od filozofii dalekowschodniej, m.in. Fenga Youlana, Benjamina Schwartza i JeeLoo Liu. Pedagogiczny wymiar rektyfikacji nazw dotyczy nie tylko potrzeby uporządkowania i uściślenia znaczenia pojęć w pedagogice, ale wiąże się też z próbami wykorzystania nazw w edukacji jako narzędzia do indoktrynacji i wdrażania jej autorytarnego modelu. Ponadto stosowanie rektyfikacji nazw ma służyć podkreśleniu aksjonormatywnego charakteru wychowania, niezależnie od tego, czy ma ono charakter orientalny czy okcydentalny, starożytny czy współczesny.

    An important objective of this article is to enrich the heritage of Polish education regarding knowledge of traditional purposes of education, especially the Taoist one. In addition, the author resolves the problem related to the occurrence of the main antinomy between Western pedagogy, which is individualistic and collectivist approaches in education, also visible in the Far East model of education. Main goal of this article is to enable a better understanding of the ideas and ideals of education contained in the Far Eastern philosophical and religious systems. The author is also looking for relationships and common education values in consideration currents Taoism and western directions pedagogy, in order to create a basis for dialogue and common understanding. By referring to the hermeneutic reconstruction and comparative studies, author represents the ideals of education in the mainstream of philosophical Taoism, as a true man - zhenren and related categories: dao, de, wuwei, pu and ziran. He analyzed the work assigned to Laozi, Zhuangzi, Liezi and other Taoists. The author also presents the ideals of mainstream education in the form of religious Taoism changsheng busi - physical immortality and neidan purposes, as well as Taoist principles of moral conduct. He takes into consideration the contribution of Li Shaojun, Wang Chunyang, Zhang Boduan and religious schools of Taoism. From the author’s research you can find out that the ideals of education Taoist both analyzed trends are often very similar, moreover - identical with the ideals of education in Mahayana Buddhism and have a lot in common with Western pedagogical directions. These are compounds with naturalism pedagogical, cultural pedagogy, psychology and pedagogy humanist Carl R. Rogers and other trends of humanistic education like Gestalt pedagogy, in addition to personalistic pedagogy and existential pedagogy, ecological pedagogy and many others. Author’s interpretation of Taoist ideals departs from previous positions, in which Taoism was rejecting the importance of the role of society in human development.

    This paper constitutes an introduction to the pedagogical thought of Dōgen Kigen, who is considered to be one of the most outstanding representatives of Japanese culture. The author makes the reader acquainted with the historic, cultural and social determinants existing in Japan and in China in the years in which the Japanese Buddhist in question was living, and he also presents the vicissitudes of life, and the writing, of this teacher of Buddhism. In turn, he presents the philosophical views of Dōgen, in particular, those connected with metaphysics and ethics. He also places emphasis upon the significance of the religious aspect of the activity and writing of this Japanese Zenji, connected with religious anthropology, and also with eschatology and soteriology. In more detail, he focuses his attention upon the ideal of education in the pedagogics of Dōgen in his principal treatise Shōbōgenzō, referred to as the Great Human Being. He presents as well the essential pedagogical values in the writing activity of the master being discussed, such as dialogicality, authentism, commitment and responsibility, akin to the output of Western existential pedagogics, and also other values of social character.
    Artykuł stanowi wprowadzenie w myśl pedagogiczną Kigena Dōgena, uważanego za jednego z najwybitniejszych przedstawicieli kultury japońskiej. Autor zaznajamia czytelnika z uwarunkowaniami historycznymi, kulturowymi i społecznymi występującymi w Japonii i Chinach, w latach życia japońskiego buddysty, a także prezentuje koleje życia i twórczość pisarską tego nauczyciela buddyzmu. W kolejności przedstawia poglądy filozoficzne Dōgena, zwłaszcza powiązane z metafizyką i etyką. Podkreśla też znaczenie aspektu religijnego działalności i twórczości japońskiego zenjiego, powiązanego z antropologią religijną oraz eschatologią i soteriologią. Dokładniej skupia się na ideale wychowania w pedagogice Dōgena, w jego głównym dziele Shōbōgenzō, określonym jako Wielka Ludzka Istota. Przedstawia również zasadnicze wartości pedagogiczne w twórczości omawianego mistrza, jak dialogiczność, autentyzm, zaangażowanie, odpowiedzialność, pokrewne z dorobkiem zachodniej pedagogiki egzystencjalnej oraz inne wartości o charakterze społecznym.

    Praca stanowi szkice dotyczące kultury, w tym edukacji ponowoczesnej w ujęciu antropologii politeistycznej. Perspektywa ta umożliwiła Tomaszowi Olchanowskiemu stworzenie spójnego dzieła odwołującego do mitologii greckiej i idei innych, pozaeuropejskich systemów filozoficzno-religijnych oraz na osobiste percepcje węzłowych problemów kultury ponowoczesnej, zwłaszcza w naszym kraju. Zdaniem autora nie głos większości, ale mniejszości, czasem odszczepieńców, pustelników i dzieci, może okazać się tym właściwym w takiej analizie. Dzieło wskazuje na potrzebę ponownej hermeneutyki twórczości starożytnych greckich filozofów oraz na ponowną interpretację dzieł stanowiących klasykę filozofii Zachodu i innych kultur. Praca to przemyślane dzieło i wkład w rozwój nauk społecznych i humanistycznych w Polsce, zarówno pedagogiki kultury i głębi, jak i kulturoznawstwa europejskiego, dalekowschodniego i innych kultur, a swą bogatą zawartością i prezentowanymi rezultatami dociekań Autora udowadnia potrzebę prowadzenia badań interdyscyplinarnych właśnie w tych dyscyplinach.
    The work is sketches about culture, including post-modern education in terms of polytheistic anthropology. This perspective enabled Tomasz Olchanowski to create a coherent work referring to Greek mythology and the ideas of other, non-European philosophical and religious systems, as well as personal perceptions of the knot problems of post-modern culture, especially in our country. According to the author, it may not be the voice of the majority, but of the minority, sometimes of dissenters, hermits and children, that may be appropriate in such an analysis. The work indicates the need for a renewed hermeneutics of the work of ancient Greek philosophers and for a re-interpretation of works that are classics of Western philosophy and other cultures. The work is a thoughtful work and contribution to the development of social sciences and humanities in Poland, both pedagogy of culture and depth as well as European cultural studies, Far East and other cultures, and with its rich content and presented results of the author's investigations proves the need for interdisciplinary research in these disciplines.

    Autor rekonstruuje myśl pedagogiczną Maslowa, odwołując się do badań hermeneutycznych i porównawczych. W badaniach oparto się na ostatecznych wersjach dzieł Maslowa ujmujących jego teorię rozwoju człowieka i wychowania. Ideał wychowania dobrego, altruistycznego człowieka realizuje się w edukacji permanentnej. Edukacja i samowychowanie opierają się na wartościach-B, a kluczowa jest tu wartość autotranscendencji. Realizacja tej i innych wartości samorealizacyjnych wymaga ukształtowania osoby z wewnętrznym poczuciem kontroli i wychowania oraz szkół, które kształcą człowieka holistycznie. Autor przedstawia również wpływ teorii Maslowa na rozwój teorii i praktyki pedagogicznej.

    W polityce historycznej propagowanej przez Obóz Zjednoczonej Prawicy ważne miejsce zajmuje martyrologia narodu, m.in. zbrodnie popełniane na ludności polskiej przez Niemców, Sowietów czy Ukraińców. Działania władz sprawiają wrażenie, że te próbują zrównać los Żydów i Polaków w czasie wojny, a nawet wymazać z kolektywnej pamięci zbrodnie popełniane w czasie wojny na Żydach przez ich polskich sąsiadów. Nie jest to zabieg nowy, ponieważ również w czasach PRL starano się ukrywać wstydliwe karty dziejów Polski. Jednak po 2015 r. narracja promowana przez Zjednoczoną Prawicę na temat postaw Polaków wobec Zagłady idzie dalej: nie tylko przemilcza się sprawy trudne, ale na wszelkie sposoby promuje postawy świadczące o bohaterstwie i ofiarności Polaków w ratowaniu Żydów, usiłując tym samym przekonać opinię publiczną w kraju i zagranicą, że były to postawy powszechne. Parafrazując znany wiersz Czesława Miłosza i esej Jana Błońskiego, powinniśmy powiedzieć, że nie „Biedni Polacy patrzą na getto”, lecz „Dzielni Polacy ratują getto”. Artykuł jest próbą komentarza na temat polityki historycznej po 2015 r. w kontekście stosunków polsko-żydowskich w czasie okupacji niemieckiej na podstawie literatury przedmiotu oraz wypowiedzi i doniesień medialnych.
    The martyrdom of the nation, including the crimes committed against the Polish population by Germans, Soviets or Ukrainians, occupies an important place in the historical policy promoted by the United Right camp. The actions of the authorities give the impression that they are trying to equate the fate of Jews and Poles during the war and, moreover, to erase from the collective memory the crimes committed against Jews by their Polish neighbours during the war. This is not a new procedure, also during the communist era shameful pages of Polish history were tried to be hidden. However, after 2015, the narrative promoted by the United Right on the attitudes of Poles towards the Holocaust goes further: not only are difficult matters kept silent, but attitudes testifying to the heroism and generosity of Poles in saving Jews are promoted in every way, in an attempt to convince public opinion at home and abroad that these attitudes were universal. To paraphrase a well-known poem by Czesław Miłosz and an essay by Jan Błoński, not - "Poor Poles look at the ghetto", but - "Brave Poles save the ghetto". The article is an attempt to comment on post-2015 historical politics in the context of Polish-Jewish relations during the German occupation on the basis of literature on the subject and media statements and reports.

    There were a few thousand Polish communists in Soviet Russia in the first years after the October Revolution. The Polish Bureau of Agitation and Propaganda at the Russian Communist Party [Bolsheviks] – the so-called Polbiuro – was the most important agenda of Polish communists. This article concerns the position of Polish communists in the Soviet state, their role in the Polish-Bolshevik War, activity amongst the Polish population in post-revolutionary Russia as well as amongst Polish POWs. The article is an attempt to answer the question: how to evaluate the activity of Polish communists in the Soviet country in the first years after the revolution? Text is based mainly on archival material from the Russian State Archive of Socio-Political History (RGASPI) in Moscow and collections of a few Ukrainian and Polish archives (Donetsk, Warsaw).

    In the stratigraphic division of the Saalian (Middle Pleistocene) in Europe, the Wartanian cold period has the rank of a stadial of the Odranian Glaciation, correlated with MIS 6. The authors demonstrate the higher rank of this cold period, on the basis of an analysis of the sedimentary succession in eastern Poland, at an exposure of the terminal moraine of the Wartanian ice sheet. At the Wólka Zagórna site, three stratigraphic units were distinguished: A (lower glacigenic deposits – glaciofluvial deposits and subglacial till), A/B (fossil soil of lessivé type), B and C (a periglacial horizon with deflation pavement, involutions, frost-wedge structures and upper glaciofluvial deposits and flow till, with ice-wedge casts). Two distinct periods of climatic cooling, associated with the youngest Saalian ice sheets, were recorded in this succession in E Poland: Odranian (unit A, an ice-sheet transgression marked by the deposition of glaciofluvial deposits dated as 365–226 ka, ending with the deposition of subglacial till), and Wartanian (units B and C, an ice sheet transgression marked by development of a periglacial zone, dated as 180–126 ka, and then deposition of glacigenic sediments at the front of the ice sheet and formation of a marginal moraine). Each of these periods of ice-sheet transgression occurred at a different time (in the MIS 8 and MIS 6 positions) and were separated by a warm period. It is documented by unit A/B – a fossil soil with a very well developed Bt horizon – which attests to its formation in an illuviation process beneath a complex of mixed forests during an interstadial warming that occurred in MIS 7. From this palaeoclimatic reconstruction, it is inferred that the Wartanian cold period should be viewed as a separate glaciation in MIS 6 and the Odranian period should be assigned to MIS 8 in the stratigraphic schema of the Quaternary.

    The major problem of total parenteral treatment consists in the balancing of the source and dose of the nutritional mixture, so as to not deepen malnutrition with a positive impact on the patients’ organism. The aim of the study was to evaluate selected factors that induce hepato-billiary complications in patients treated by means of parenteral nutrition at home. Material and methods. The retrospective study comprised 70 patients with biochemistry performed every three months. Considering statistical analysis patients were allocated to four groups, depending on the period of treatment. Group A analysis results were based on the activity of aminotransferases, group B on the activity of bilirubin. Both groups A and B were additionally divided into group I where we assigned normal values of control lab results, and group II with improper results after treatment. Results. Differences between groups Ia vs IIa were presented on the basis of the daily supply of glucose: mean- 2.52 vs 3.49 g/kg (p=0.000003), glucose/lipids ratio: mean- 3.76 vs 4.90 g/kg (p=0.0001), daily non-protein energy: mean- 16.73 vs 21.06 kcal/kg (p=0.0001). Differences between groups Ib vs IIb were presented on the basis of the daily supply of glucose: mean- 2.76 vs 3.46 g/kg (p=0.0007), glucose/lipids ratio: mean- 3.98 vs 5.13 g/kg (p=0.01), daily non-protein energy: mean-17.96 vs 20.36 kcal/kg (p=0.04). Based on the above-mentioned analysis the main goal in the prevention of hepatic complications should lead to the reduction of the dose of glucose. Increased glucose supply leads to increased number of hepato-billiary complications. Conclusions. Based on obtained results we were able to conclude that in case of liver complications associated with parenteral nutrition, proper management consists in the modification of nutritional mixtures (reduction in the daily glucose supply and change in the proportions of extra-protein energy). Such management has the greatest clinical effect. When determining the composition of the nutritional mixture one should adjust the glucose supply, so as to offset both sources of extra-protein energy

    The mining of underground deposits causes the inflow of water to workings and the necessity of pumping them to the surface. The mining plant of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. extracts copper ore in plant branches with different hydrogeological conditions. The inflowing water into the workings is characterised by variable mineralisation, which depends on the location of the branch. In the south-western part of the deposit, a low-mineralised stream with a relatively high flow rate can be observed, while the outflow of highly saline waters occurs in the north-eastern branch. Despite the activities undertaken that aim at using the pumped-off mine waters industrially, it is necessary to deposit them into the Odra River. Reducing the environmental impact on the Odra River is one of KGHM’s goals, which is being implemented by stabilising its salt concentration at a safe level. The paper presents the results of a 3D simulation of brine plume propagation based on a numerical model of advection-diffusion and turbulent flow. Bathymetric data from a section of the river approximately 500 m long and point data from an Odra water quality test were used to develop and validate the model. The paper discusses the types of factors that minimise the impact of brine discharge. The developed model will be used in the future to propose solutions that accelerate the mixing of mine waters with the waters of the Odra River.

    Introduction: There are many methods of analyzing the appearance of the breasts, but most of them are based on the patient’s subjective assessment or on the opinion of a specialist panel. Anthropometric measurements enable objective breast evaluation. The aim of the study was to compare the objective and subjective evaluation of aesthetic results of breast symmetrization in patients with Poland syndrome. Material and methods: The analysis of the results of the treatment was performed in 7 patients treated surgically due to unilateral breast underdevelopment in Poland syndrome. In the postoperative assessment, the following features were considered: 1 - breast volume, symmetry of: 2 – nipple areola-complexes (NAC), 3 - inframammary folds (IMF), 4 – upper poles (UP). The subjective assessment performed by the patient included each of the listed features and the overall satisfaction with the results of symmetrization on the 10-point Likert scale. Then, objective metric breast analysis was performed. Results: Overall assessment of postoperative breast asymmetry (mean 8.1) indicates a high level of patients’ satisfaction with breasts symmetrization. An objective analysis showed that the average breasts’ difference in volume was about 36 cc and the difference in NAC location was about 1.2 cm. Conclusion: 3D imaging is helpful in planning breast symmetrization procedures, especially in breast prostheses’ selection. Combination of this method with clinical experience results in good postoperative effects.

    Wstęp: Istnieje wiele metod analizy wyglądu piersi, większość z nich oparta jest o subiektywną ocenę pacjentki lub panelu specjalistów. Obiektywną metodą oceny piersi są pomiary antropometryczne. Celem pracy było porównanie obiektywnej i subiektywnej oceny estetycznych wyników symetryzacji piersi u pacjentek z zespołem Polanda. Materiał i metody: Analizy wyników leczenia dokonano u 7 pacjentek leczonych operacyjnie z powodu niedorozwoju jednej piersi w przebiegu zespołu Polanda. W ocenie pooperacyjnej uwzględniono: 1) objętość piersi; 2) symetrię kompleksów brodawka otoczka (KBO); 3) symetrię rowków podpiersiowych (IMF); 4) symetrię górnych biegunów piersi (UP). Oceny subiektywnej dokonywała pacjentka dla każdej z wymienionych cech oraz określała ogólne zadowolenie z wyniku symetryzacji na 10-punktowej skali Likerta. Następnie dokonano obiektywnej, metrycznej oceny asymetrii piersi. Wyniki: Ogólna ocena pooperacyjnej asymetrii piersi wskazuje na wysoki poziom zadowolenia pacjentek z symetryzacji piersi. Obiektywna analiza wykazała, że średnia różnica objętości piersi wynosi około 36 cc, a różnica położenia KBO – ok. 1,2 cm. Wnioski: Obrazowanie trójwymiarowe jest pomocne w planowaniu zabiegów symetryzacyjnych piersi, szczególnie w doborze objętości protezy piersi. Połączenie tej metody z doświadczeniem klinicznym daje efekt w postaci dobrych wyników pooperacyjnych.

    In the paper, the research on the process of optimizing the carbon footprint to obtain the low-carbon products is presented. The optimization process and limits were analyzed based on the CFOOD project co-financed by the Polish Research and Development Agency. In the article, the carbon footprint (CF) testing methods with particular emphasis on product life cycle assessment (LCA) are discussed. The main problem is that the energy received from the energy-meters per the production stage is not directly represented in the raw data set obtained from the factory because many production line machines are connected to a single measurement point. In the paper, we show that in some energy-demanding production stages connected with cooling processes the energy used for the same stage and similar production can differ even 25-40%. That is why the energy optimization in the production can be very demanding.

    Opis:
    Anastomotic leak in the gastrointestinal tract is one of the most important complications of resection. They are the main cause of reoperation, their occurrence worsens the prognosis of the patient, increasing the proportion of direct mortality, as well as being a significant risk factor for recurrence of cancer. The risk of leaks within the gastrointestinal tract is greatly varied, depending on the location and extent of the resection, but also on patient, disease or a surgical procedure, including surgeon. To determine the potential risk of leakage can be significant for introduction some prophylactic actions. Some of them have the character of general recommendations, as proper nutrition of the patient in the perioperative period, while another part is directly connected to the surgical procedure. The second group includes protective stoma, the use of tissue glues, insertion transrectal drain for rectal anastomosis decompression, the use of stents or the use of collagen matrix coated with fibrinogen and thrombin. Important to reduce the proportion of leaks can be more precise and targeted prophylactic recommendations, based on the individualized determination of risk factors leaks. Further research for this purpose are necessary for this purpose, the big hope can be associated with data obtained through mobile applications.

    Nieszczelności po zespoleniach w obrębie przewodu pokarmowego są jednym z najistotniejszych powikłań zabiegów resekcyjnych i główną przyczyną reoperacji. Ich wystąpienie pogarsza również rokowanie chorego – zwiększa odsetek zgonów bezpośrednich, jak również jest istotnym czynnikiem ryzyka nawrotów choroby nowotworowej. Ryzyko wystąpienia nieszczelności w obrębie układu pokarmowego jest mocno zróżnicowane. Zależy od lokalizacji i zakresu resekcji, ale również od czynników związanych z pacjentem, jego schorzeniem, procedurą chirurgiczną oraz pracą chirurga. Określenie potencjalnego ryzyka powstania nieszczelności może być istotne przy wprowadzeniu działań mogących zmniejszyć odsetek nieszczelności. Część z nich ma charakter ogólnych zaleceń, np. prawidłowe żywienie chorego w okresie okołooperacyjnym, część zaś związana jest bezpośrednio z wykonaną procedurą chirurgiczną. W tej drugiej grupie wymienić można wyłonienie stomii protekcyjnej, zastosowanie klejów tkankowych, wprowadzenie drenu doodbytniczego celem dekompresji zespolenia, użycie stentów czy też zastosowanie matrycy kolagenowej pokrytej fibrynogenem i trombiną. Dla zmniejszenia odsetka nieszczelności istotne mogą być bardziej precyzyjne i celowane zalecenia profilaktyczne, oparte o zindywidualizowane określenie czynników ryzyka nieszczelności. W tym celu niezbędne są dalsze badania, przy czym duże nadzieje można wiązać z danymi pozyskiwanymi przez mobilne aplikacje medyczne.

    The examined area is located in southern Poland on Silesian Upland. According to geomorphologic regionalization, it is southernmost part of Valley of Upper Warta and Prosna Rivers between two cuestas – Upper Jurassic in the east and Upper Triassic in the west. There is northern Upper Silesia Region near spring of Warta River, tributary of Oder River. Some dry, fluvio-denudational valley (trough, dellen) form drainage pattern around Kromołów, which is a district of Zawiercie city. These dellen, which have been formed in periglacial conditions of the Pleistocene, are relict forms very typical for Polish Uplands (Fig. 1, 2). These Pleistocene valleys were rejuvenated during the Holocene. Good example of this type of relief transformation is a small dry valley located near center of the Kromołów. The first-phase of headward erosion reached upper section of the valley in the Subatlantic Large scale of soil erosion is confirmed by thick (about 3 m) series of deposits with fragments of 17-18 c. pottery accumulated in the middle section of the valley. The erosion cut in middle section has a depth of 3-4 meters and a length of almost 800 meters. This accumulation and incision was associated with flash floods which were main morphogenetic factor of transformation of this valley type during the Holocene. A scale of erosion-accumulation processes during catastrophic event was showed by last flash flood in 1996. Few profiles located in this valley, give us information about accumulation during one event. Alluvia (thickness 2.5 m) were deposited in two phases in middle section of the valley (Kromołów KR 4 profile) (Fig. 4, 5, 6). Two sediment members are separated by thin layer with plastic garbage. Lower member consists of sand mixed with detritus and coal. After almost twenty years forms and sediments of these floods are preserved only in the middle section of the eastern valley.     Opis:
    This paper presents the results of the mechanical recycling of post-production automotive coverings. Shredded carpet waste was used to obtain new systems based on thermoplastic polymer materials, in this case linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE). As automotive carpet waste, we used a material composed mainly from polyamide 6, chalk, polypropylene. Optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy characterized the structure of both the automotive lining and finished materials. The dependence of the mechanical properties and thermo-oxidative stability on the mutual content of the components was investigated.
    Przedstawiono wyniki prac własnych dotyczących mechanicznego recyklingu poprodukcyjnych wykładzin samochodowych. Rozdrobnione odpady wykładzinowe użyto do otrzymania układów na bazie tworzywa termoplastycznego, w tym wypadku liniowego polietylenu małej gęstości (LLDPE). W charakterze odpadów wykładzin samochodowych zastosowano materiał, w którego składzie występują głównie poliamid 6, kreda i polipropylen. Metodami mikroskopii optycznej oraz skaningowej mikroskopii elektronowej (SEM) scharakteryzowano strukturę zarówno wykładziny samochodowej, jak i nowo wytworzonych materiałów. Zbadano zależność właściwości mechanicznych oraz stabilności termooksydacyjnej od udziału poszczególnych składników.
