Opis:
Fashion brand companies must fully consider all the three following aspects in apparel product design: perspectives, method and model (the key research questions proposed by this study), and practise in a sustainable way, with a focus on the combination of enterprise practices and sustainable development. In this paper, we make full use of the key elements of clothing design to establish a user-friendly theoretical model based on the concept of “clothing series design” and conducted the first trial at an appropriate company (Burberry). Then we applied this method derived from our model to the new products released as part of the 2019 Spring and Summer collection at a Chinese apparel company to test the stability of the method. The study proposed a new sustainable design method and received positive application results through the tests at Burberry and at a Chinese apparel company, which can be considered as one of the major contributions of this study.
Firmy modowe muszą w pełni uwzględnić wszystkie trzy aspekty projektowania produktów odzieżowych: perspektywy, metody i modele (kluczowe pytania badawcze zaproponowane w badaniu) i praktykować w sposób zrównoważony, koncentrując się na połączeniu praktyk przedsiębiorstw i zrównoważonego rozwoju. W artykule w pełni wykorzystano kluczowe elementy projektowania odzieży, tak aby stworzyć przyjazny dla użytkownika model teoretyczny oparty na koncepcji „projektowania serii odzieży” i przeprowadzono pierwszą próbę w firmie odzieżowej „Burberry”. Następnie zastosowano metodę pochodzącą z opracowanego modelu w nowych produktach wydanych w ramach kolekcji wiosenno-letniej 2019 w chińskiej firmie odzieżowej, w celu przetestowania stabilności tej metody. Badanie zasugerowało nową metodę zrównoważonego projektowania i uzyskało pozytywne wyniki zastosowania w testach w Burberry i chińskiej firmie odzieżowej, które można uznać za jeden z głównych wkładów tego badania.

An event-triggered adaptive control algorithm is proposed for cooperative tracking control of high-order nonlinear multiagent systems (MASs) with prescribed performance and full-state constraints. The algorithm combines dynamic surface technology and the backstepping recursive design method, with radial basis function neural networks (RBFNNs) used to approximate the unknown nonlinearity. The barrier Lyapunov function and finite-time stability theory are employed to prove that all agent states are semi-globally uniform and ultimately bounded, with the tracking error converging to a bounded neighborhood of zero in a finite time. Numerical simulations are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme.

Wire and laser additive manufacturing (WLAM) can produce outstanding mechanical properties of GH3039 nickel-based superalloys. A quantitative rapid phase field model with solute trapping kinetics has been developed during the rapid solidification process, where a range of process conditions are considered in terms of thermal gradients and pulling speeds. Intergranular hot cracking is found to occur at boundaries of tilted columnar dendrite in the GH3039 nickel-based superalloys. The simulations demonstrate that the phase field model considering the interface deflection can represent the dendrite growth during additive manufacturing more realistically. With the aid of numerical simulations, it is determined that dendrite growth morphologies transform from symmetrical columnar dendrite to tilted columnar dendrite as the interface crystallographic deflection is increased, while increasing the deflection angle can lead to uneven composition of material matrix, especially at the columnar dendrite interface. Solute concentrations at the columnar dendrite interface tend to promote hot cracking in additively manufactured Ni-based superalloy.

In order to obtain the damage and AE characteristics of deep granite, TAW-2000 electrohydraulic servo rigid testing equipment and PCI-2 acoustic emission acquisition system were used to clarify the relationship between AE characteristics and stress level under conventional triaxial and cyclic loading and unloading. The results show that: AE characteristic parameters such as counts and energy under different confining pressures have good consistency in reflecting cracks growth process, which correspond to the stress level of rock sample; Before the critical failure, the AE amplitude increases significantly and extremely high peak frequency and extremely low peak frequency began to appear; The phenomenon that peak frequency band number increases significantly can be used as the precursor of rock failure; The change trend of characteristic parameters, amplitude and peak frequency band were related to the stress level of rock, and the loading path has little influence on it, which verified the effectiveness of AE precursory feature recognition; FR value decreases continuously with the increase of cyclic stress level and overall trend is downward, which indicated that AE memory gradually decreases as the stress level increases; From the perspective of damage mechanics, the AE characteristics of rock before failure are explained reasonably by the development of damage rate.

Ultrafine CL-20 particles and three CL-20-based composites were prepared by a compressed air spray evaporation method. All samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and mechanical sensitivity instruments. The results indicated that the thermal stabilities of the CL-20-based composites are better than that of ultrafine CL-20, and that the mechanical sensitivities of ultrafine CL-20 is lower than those of CL-20-based composites. The thermal stability and safety properties of CL-20/Estane 5703 are better than the other samples.

Opis:
Water plays a critical role in various stages of flotation, which brings a lot of pressure to the flotation processing plants resided in dry areas. In this regard, it will be of significance to explore the feasibility of using wastewater resources in mineral flotation. Coal gasification brine (CGB) that contains a high concentration of salts becomes the subject of interest of this study. In this study, a synthetic CGB solution, which was prepared by adding NaCl, MgCl2, and CaCl2 to ultrapure water based on the composition of salts in a real CGB, was used in the flotation of anthracite coal. The comparison results based on the first-order model showed that flotation in the presence of the synthetic CGB solution gave a higher flotation selectivity (SI =7.086) than that of flotation in ultrapure water (SI=3.545). Water recoveries and average bubble sizes in the froth showed that the addition of the three salt ions (Na+, Mg2+, and Ca2+) was conducive to diminishing the entrainment of gangue materials as a result of the reduction of water reporting to the froth. Additionally, the zeta potentials and induction time measurements indicated that only divalent ions of Ca2+ and Mg2+ significantly compressed the double electrical layer and enhanced the attachment between bubbles and coal particles according to DLVO theory, which was further confirmed by the calculation of interaction energy between coal and bubbles. The findings of the present work may promote the use of CGB as a potential water resource in coal flotation.
