Agricultural Property Agency - Opis:
- Management of state-owned agricultural land in Poland lies with the Agricultural Property Agency (ANR) that is responsible for reasonable management of this property. Sales of agricultural land should aim simultaneously at both, interests of family farms and sustainable consolidation of agricultural land. The audit conducted by NIK at the Agricultural Property Agency in Pozna and at its branch in Pia has shown that there are numerous irregularities in the area, despite detailed legal regulations.
