Opis:
The paper is devoted to investigation of adaptive optical delay lines, intended for femtosecond pulse shaping. Experiments were performed in the sub PW laser system, based on optical parametrical chirped pulse amplification. The experimental device has revealed high spectral resolution (0.6 nm at 1250 nm) high efficiency, (70% over a 120 nm spectral width at 1250 nm) and flexibility of seed pulse amplitude control. Proper shaping of the transmission function of adaptive optical delay line allows to double the femtosecond pulse spectrum band width.

Opis:
GaInAsSb/GaSb/GaAlAsSb double heterostructures are attractive for optoelectronic devices working in the 1.5-4.8 μm wavelength region. In this paper, the current mechanisms of liquid phase epitaxy grown GaInAsSb based double heterostructures with 100 μm diameter were investigated in the temperature range 77-350 K. It was found that diffusion current dominates at the high temperature (> 240 K) and small forward bias region, while generation-recombination current dominates at intermediate temperatures (242-171 K). At low temperature region (< 171 K), the tunneling mechanism of the current flow dominates in both forward and reverse biases.

Opis:
In this paper, electrical characterization of low bandgap GaInAsSb based thermophotovoltaic (TPV) diodes were investigated, as well as the temperature dependence of photovoltaic parameters such as short circuit current $(I_{sc})$ and open circuit voltage $(V_{oc})$. Investigation of the dark current mechanisms of the structure was carried out at several temperatures. The effect of light intensity on current-voltage characteristics was also investigated.

Opis:
Pressure dependences of intensities and decay rates of time-resolved luminescence of acetophenone, benzophenone, anthraquinone were used to obtain the efficiencies of vibrational and triplet-triplet energy transfer. It was shown that vibrational relaxation of the chosen molecules can be interpreted in terms of two consecutive processes: rapid collisional relaxation of molecules from initially prepared states to a vibrational distribution at T$\text{}_{vib}$ by vibration-vibration process and relaxation of this vibrational distribution to the thermal one (vibration-translation process). At relatively small internal energy < 10000 cm$\text{}^{-1}$, the collisional efficiencies of the vibration-vibration process in mixtures with polyatomic bath gases had values typical of processes with a supercollision contribution. Molecules relaxed from the upper vibrational level to the vibrational distribution after several collisions (2-3). The average energies transferred per collision are well correlated with predictions of the simple ergodic theory of collisional energy transfer. The majority of the collisions took part only in vibration-translation energy transfer of relatively small energies. The efficiencies of triplet-triplet energy transfer were analyzed for acetophenone, benzophenone and anthraquinone as donors and biacetyl-acceptor in a gas phase when energy of about 20000 cm$\text{}^{-1}$ was transferred. It permitted us to elucidate the common features of highly energetic collisions. It was shown that the efficiencies are much lower than the gas kinetic ones and depended on the vibrational energy and temperature. It was discussed how to enhance triplet-triplet efficiencies due to vibrational excitation of a donor molecule.

In the present paper, electrical and optical properties of $n-GaSb//n-GaIn_{0.24}AsSb//p-GaAl_{0.34}AsSb$ double heterostructure (DH) with a diameter of 0.3 mm are reported. The current-voltage (I-V) characteristics of the structure were investigated at several temperatures in both, dark and under the illumination conditions. The effect of illumination was studied at different intensity values. Short circuit current and open circuit voltage as a function of intensity of incident light in photovoltaic mode are investigated.
