Opis:
The conventional port distribution power system is being disrupted by increasing distributed generation (DG) levels based on integrated energy. Different new energy resources combine with conventional generation and energy storage to improve the reliability of the systems. Reliability assessment is one of the key indicators to measure the impact of the distributed generation units based on integrated energy. In this work, an analytical method to investigate the impacts of using solar, wind, energy storage system (ESS), combined cooling, heating and power (CCHP) system and commercial power on the reliability of the port distribution power system is improved, where the stochastic characteristics models of the major components of the new energy DG resources are based on Markov chain for assessment. The improved method is implemented on the IEEE 34 Node Test Feeder distribution power system to establish that new energy resources can be utilized to improve the reliability of the power system. The results obtained from the case studies have demonstrated efficient and robust performance. Moreover, the impacts of integrating DG units into the conventional port power system at proper locations and with appropriate capacities are analyzed in detail.

Opis:
With the development of tourism in the inland waters, various types of accidents in the waters have posed a great threat to human life, property, and the environment. This has caused concern in all circles of society. According to water tourism safety issues, and relying on Internet technology, shipping safety, and public safety management theory, this paper has proposed the concept and design plan of an Internet + maritime emergency management platform. This platform includes functions such as the intelligent perception of a ship’s navigation status, the scientific selection of a maritime emergency rescue site, the emergency rescue scene, the online dynamic management of maritime emergency resources, and the online production of a maritime emergency rescue plan. The design scheme has been used in the platform’s development. This paper has taken the application of the Internet + maritime emergency management platform for the Liujiaxia reservoir in the Gansu Province of China as an example. The results showed that the design of the platform that has been proposed in this paper is reasonable and that it can provide scientific, fast and accurate decision information for emergency command in the Liujiaxia reservoir and improve the effective control of the accident site as well as the use of resources.

Opis:
Reliability prediction of the brake pads is indispensable to guarantee their safety. In the paper, the fatigue reliability of brake pads is analyzed by dynamic stress-strength interference (SSI) model considering strength degradation. Firstly, reliability model of the brake pads was established based on stress-strength interference model considering the influence of impact load. Then reliability of the brake pads was predicted under different impact load frequency and initial strength. Finally, the influence of random degradation strength on reliability was studied by contrast. The analysis results show that random strength degradation, impact load and initial strength have great influence on reliability prediction for the brake pads. Therefore, the reliability prediction of the brake pads fatigue strength considering strength degradation is more in line with the actual situation and the calculation accuracy is higher.
