Wskazane zostały grupy docelowe będące obiektem przekazu organizacji.
The author of the article presented terrorism as a communication strategy investigating the goals of the communication strategy of the terrorist organization of the Islamic State. The communication tools used by the Islamic State to achieve their goals were presented. Also, the target groups of the organisation’s message were indicated.

The article presents selected results of sociological doctoral dissertations concerning changes in the elements of the portrait of the Polish Army generals after the accession of Poland in 1999 to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. In the article there are issues related to the origins of the service of Polish army generals, reasons for leaving the army and further professional activities of the generals.

Every year in the Russian Federation decreases the number of inhabitants. According to the UN estimates, by 2050 years there will be 30 million fewer Russians. At the same time, the number of immigrants is constantly increasing – both from abroad and from the peripheries of Russia (internal migrants). Currently around 10-12 million legal and illegal immigrants live in the Federation, which leads to the increase of number of supporters of nationalist and xenophobic ideas. The incidents on ethnic grounds take place often. According to the SOVA Center for Information and Analysis, in 2012, 18 people were killed and 171 people were injured in the racist-ground encounters. The article shows, how increase in the number of immigrants and xenophobic acts influences the public safety and order in Russia.

Opis:
Reviewing the current state of knowledge on sustainable production, this paper opens the Special Section entitled “Sustainability in production in the context of Industry 4.0”. The fourth industrial revolution (Industry 4.0), which embodies a vision for the future system of manufacturing (production), focuses on how to use contemporary methods (i.e. computerization, robotization, automation, new business models, etc.) to integrate all manufacturing industry systems to achieve sustainability. The idea was introduced in 2011 by the German government to promote automation in manufacturing. This paper shows the state of the art in the application of modern methods in sustainable manufacturing in the context of Industry 4.0. The authors review the past and current state of knowledge in this regard and describe the known limitations, directions for further research, and industrial applications of the most promising ideas and technologies.

Inspiracją do napisania niniejszego artykułu była potrzeba skumulowania informacji doty-czących kredytu inwestycyjnego, coraz częściej stosowanego jako źródło finansowania inwestycji. W literaturze na ogół temat ten jest pomijany, bądź mało precyzyjnie opisany. Dlatego też celem artykułu jest poruszenie problemu finansowania kredytem inwestycyjnym w przedsiębiorstwach od chwili kryzysu gospodarczego w Polsce do końca 2014 r. oraz ukazanie zmian, jakie nastąpiły w tym okresie. Ponadto bada on przeznaczenie oraz wykorzystanie kredytu, a także udział na tle innych kredytów, czyli jak bardzo był i jest ważny w firmach. Skupić należy się właśnie na okresie kryzysu, ponieważ zła sytuacja na rynku zmusiła banki do zaostrzenia procedury kredytowej, a co za tym idzie ograniczenia podaży pieniądza. Jednak przedsiębiorcy, by utrzymać się na rynku potrzebowali kredytu w celu sfinansowania podstawowej działalności. Zatem, jak ukazują zgromadzone dane, najczęściej występowało zadłużenie na rachunku bieżącym. Z chwilą poprawiania się sytuacji gospodarczej stawał się on bardziej dostępny dla przedsiębiorstw. Obecnie nieco zmieniły się potrzeby firm, ponieważ zamiast finansować swoją podstawową działalność pragną się rozwijać, a co za tym idzie zwiększa się ilość zaciąganych kredytów inwestycyjnych.
The inspiration to write this article was the need for gaining information concerning investment credit, more often used as a source of investment financing. This subject is generally ignored in the literature or not described precisely enough. Therefore, the aim of this article is to raise the issue of financing investment credit in companies dating the economic crisis in Poland by the end of 2014 and to show the changes that have occurred during this period. Moreover, it examines the purpose and use of credit as well as involvement in comparison to other credits, that is, how much it was and is important in companies. We should concentrate on the period of crisis, as on the one hand the bad situation on the market forced banks to tighten lending procedures and reduce the money supply but on the other hand, traders to stay in business needed credit to finance core business. Thus, as demonstrated by the collected data, the most outstanding borrowings appeared on current account. As soon as the economic situation had improved the credit became more accessible for businesses. Currently, business needs changed slightly as instead of financing its core business they want to expand. Therefore the number of contracted investment credits increases.
