- The aim of the article is to present and analyze major groups of factors that are considered by companies when selecting a logistic operator, and to demonstrate how a given factor influences the quality of performed tasks. It systemises factors and analyses more closely those which are currently of biggest importance in the process of time and costs optimization in logistic processes from the point of view of both a logistic operator and a customer. It shows also some solutions which may be helpful when selecting external Contractor for services.
