Opis:: Youth as Partners in the Social Dialogue. Corporate Social Responsibility in Risk SocietyTh e notion of CSR – Corporate Social Responsibility – has evolved in last years fromphilanthropy to strategic risk management.Contemporarily, the idea of CSR refers to Sustainable Development and creates toolsfor coping with new types of social risks. Th e institutionalized process of social dialoguesis such a tool useful not only in administration, but also in business sector.However, it still needs contribution by theoretical refl ection in the form of normativetheory and critical theory as well. Th e aim of this paper is to present the mechanismof CSR and the mechanism of conforming the company to change in its social environment.I use inspiration from the risk society theory, theory of refl exive modernisationand, on the other hand, system-theory by Niklas Luhmann, to analyse themeaning and potential of modern CSR. Th en, analysing chosen case studies of CSRactivity in Poland, I will attempt to answer the question about the role of youth as thestakeholders in the process of social dialogue.

Opis:: Kampus AGH leży w pobliżu centrum miasta Krakowa. W jego obrębie znajdują się liczne tereny sportowe, kawiarnie, restauracje oraz kluby. Sąsiaduje on z dwoma dużymi obszarami zieleni miejskiej: Parkiem Jordana i Parkiem Krakowskim, popularnymi terenami rekreacyjnymi. Te powstałe pod koniec XIX w. parki, niegdyś bardzo nowoczesne, w latach powojennych zaczęły podupadać. W latach 90. XX wieku podjęto ich rewitalizację, która trwa do dziś. Prowadzi się też skuteczną rewitalizację samego terenu Kampusu. Procesowi temu często przeszkadzają złe wzorce behawioralne użytkowników. W pracy badano stopień zaśmiecenia terenu. Wybrano trzy obszary o zróżnicowanym stopniu atrakcyjności na terenie kampusu AGH i w jego pobliżu: Park im. dra Henryka Jordana, Miasteczko Studenckie oraz budynki uczelniane wraz z Parkiem Krakowskim. Badania prowadzono w październiku 2013r. Stosując metodę Saaty‟ego do obliczenia względnych wag czynników i oceniając ilość śmieci porównano trzy strefy, mając na uwadze ich atrakcyjność. Najatrakcyjniejsza okazała się strefa budynków uczelnianych, natomiast teren parków spotkał się z mniejszym zainteresowaniem, choć różnice były niewielkie. Park Jordana był najmniej zaśmieconym obszarem. Sam proces rewitalizacji należy ocenić dobrze, natomiast problemem pozostaje utrzymanie terenu w dobrym stanie. Dlatego też istotnego znaczenia nabiera edukacja proekologiczna studentów.
The AGH-UST campus is located within walking distance of the city centre in Kraków and offers a wide range of sports facilities, cafés, restaurants, and student clubs. There are two large green areas near the campus: (1) Henryk Jordan Park (Park Jordana), (2) Park Krakowski, both popular recreational areas. These established at the end of the 19th century parks, once very modern, began to decline after World War II. Revitalisation of the parks has been ongoing since the 1990s. The campus area has also been undergoing revitalisation. This process is often hampered by bad behavioural patterns of local residents. Thus, an assessment of the amount of waste in areas of different attractiveness in the AGH campus area was carried out. Three zones were identified: (1) Henryk Jordan Park, (2) student dormitories, (3) university facilities. The research was carried out in October of 2013. The three zones were compared in terms of their attractiveness. Saaty‟s Method was applied to calculate relative weights. The amount of waste was also analysed. The most attractive part of the campus turned out to be the area with main university buildings, while the local parks seemed to be less attractive, although the differences were small. The smallest amount of waste was found in Jordan‟s Park. The very process of revitalisation should be assessed positively, but the problem is to keep the area in good shape. Thus, the environmental education of university students is important in this case.

Opis:: The Dobczyce Reservoir on the Raba River is the main source of drinking water for the city of Krakow. This function requires very good water quality, which consequently limits other functions. The debate whether to allow certain forms of recreation has been taking place for a long time. The paper presents the results of a questionnaire survey conducted among the visitors of the area. People asked about their way of spending time over the reservoir, the most often chose the option “other” (78%), among which the most often was walk (24%). Sunbathing was mentioned by 46%, water bathing by 32% (despite the ban), angling by 18%, and water sports by 12%. The numbers do not sum up to 100, because the visitors could choose more than one option. 68% respondents regarded the cleanliness of water as very good, good or rather good. The management in the area was assessed much worse: 66% regarded it as rather unsatisfactory or unsatisfactory.

Opis:: The studies included 2 water bodies in Cracow (Kraków), 6 water bodies in the commune of Zabierzów (Cracow County) and 4 in the commune of Niepołomice (Wieliczka County). The studies were carried out in June 2018 and May 2019. The ways on management of the water bodies were compared. Problems related to revitalization were identified. One of these problems is the preservation of biodiversity. In some cases revitalization reduces biodiversity. This can happen due to the liquidation or limitation of the reed bed zone. Such a situation was observed in the water bodied of Zelków and Karniowice (com. Zabierzów). Both have ornamental functions now. Removal of most of reed does not disturb mallards (Anas platyrhynchos), but makes it impossible to nest for other birds such as moorhen (Galinula chloropus). Moorhens were observed in two former fish ponds in Staniątki (com. Niepołomice) and in the pond of the Kaczeńcowa street. In one of them revitalization caused the diminishing of the water area, but did not change the character of the water body. Bird species were recorded at water bodies.

Opis:: Legal linguistics or jurilinguistics as it has been called recently, is a relatively new field of research. The first research into the field started with analysing the content of laws (the epistemic stage). Later on, lawyers started being interested in manners of communicating laws (the heuristic stage). This Special Issue of Comparative Legilinguistics contains two texts devoted to the development of legal linguistics, legal languages and legal translation and two papers on an institutional stratification of legal linguistics. It is a continuation of research published in the same journal (Special Issue no. 45 titled “The Evil Twins and Their Silent Otherness in Law and Legal Translation”) providing some insights into the problems of communication in legal settings.
