    The article presents a possibility of reduction of C02 emission to the air through fluent traffic control within an urbanized area. Application of intelligent traffic control, except for reduction of pollution to the environment may also increase fluency of traffic within road junctions and partially solve the issue of economics and organisation of city transport. The presented method may be applied to a cause and effect analysis of bottlenecks occurring within a city. We will also present an analysis for future development research in which it will be possible to propose other methods of supporting city traffic control i.e. fuzzy sets or neural networks, hybrid methods and heuristics. Each, even the small est improvement of vehicles passage in time perspective will ensure great benefits both to the environment and for our organization.

    In the first section of the paper fuzzy logic theory and mathematical record theory are introduced and innovative approaches to logistic science are presented. Disadvantages and advantages of fuzzy logic and Dempster-Shafer theory are discussed. In the second section an algorithm for analysing the position of transportation is used. In the third section research outcomes and an example of a method to implement a Global Positioning System in reality are presented. In the last sections some conclusions are drawn.

    Depending on the type of vehicle, its technical parameters as well as the preferred make - there are different conditions for vehicle usage, which subsequently influence the warranty check-ups, whether it be periodic or not obligatory. In the article, using the example of the Renault make as well as the comparison with Opel make, there was shown the scope and the tasks for technical check-ups. In addition, there was also shown the price comparison at specific times of technical check-ups and additional servicing steps during three-year vehicle usage.

    Opis:
    In this paper we show method of connection of expert system and RFID technology. In first part we can find definition of the RFID and the expert system. Next part includes description of fusion of two analysed methods over traffic of patient in hospital, first recognition, through mainly book, receive and confirmation on ward, recognition and treatment patient to book out hospital. In following article we prove that hybrid connection of expert system and RFID technology allows optimize traffic of patient over time of circulation of information between parameter of traffic patient and minimize mistakes of hospital’s personal date. At the end we present results of experiments based on statistical analysis which show the goal of author’s method.

    The logistics of the car and spare parts’ production is an essential problem of contemporary economy. The widely understood methods of data optimalization, production management, transport and data bases - are the basis of attaining company profits. The adequate systems managing production, i.e. MRP , MRP II , enriched by artificial intelligence methods, do assist production processes very well. The classic optimalization methods do not, however, allow the full analysis of imprecise and insufficient data. Unfortunately, the above methods signalling the future of production management systems are not widely used and their application requires the use of high class specialists, having the knowledge and being able to implement the intelligent modules, and the cells in which they can be applied so they can fully optimalize, integrating all fragments of logistical chain.

    In this publication there are the description of logistic product and its system's elements presented.     The article shows supply planning model with using soft methods of calculation. Supplies prediction is rather stochastic process than deterministic one. The changing market demand influences by different factors which can be difficult to predict cause big problems in prognostic procedures. Applying solution based on fuzzy set cause that conclusions based on uncertain or imprecision data gives better solutions than statistics method (in the meaning of proper prognosis). In this work it has been shown sequential model of supply planning, which takes into account some predetermined trajectory of former observations. Very important element of such a model is sensitivity on season changes and big adaptation to new emerged predetermined trend changes. In the following part of the work it has been shown the results of investigations based on experimental data, which tried out efficacy of proposed prognosis (together with estimation error).

    Zakresem tematycznym było poddanie analizie możliwości wdrożenia szybkiej kolei miejskiej we Wrocławiu. Analizie poddano zarówno stronę popytową, jak i podażową rynku przewozów pasażerskich we Wrocławiu. W ramach analizy skoncentrowano się na sprawdzeniu rzeczywistych źródeł generowania ruchu pasażerskiego. Źródła te ogólnie podzielono na: sieć osadniczą, jednostki aktywności gospodarczej generujące dojazdy do pracy oraz inne jednostki o charakterze kulturalnym, oświatowym, ochrony zdrowia, handlowym itp. W wyniku dokonanej analizy przedstawiono własną koncepcję funkcjonowania kolei miejskiej. Wrocław jest miastem, które od wielu lat nie ukrywa swoich ambicji w aspirowaniu do miana metropolii europejskiej. Należy przyznać, że od zmiany ustrojowej dokonanej w 1989 r. rzeczywiście widoczny jest bardzo dynamiczny rozwój miasta. Rozwój ten ma wielopłaszczyznowy charakter i dotyczy sfery gospodarczej i  kulturalno-społecznej. Po wielu latach ogromnych zaniedbań również infrastruktura transportowa jest poddawana intensywnej modernizacji.  
    Thematic scope was to review the possibility of implementation of the urban rapid rail in Wrocław. We analyzed both the demand side and the supply side as the passenger transport market in Wrocław. The analysis focuses on the verification of actual passenger traffc generation sources. These sources generally divided into the settlement network, the units of economic activity generating commuting and other units of cultural, educational, health, shopping, etc. As a result of the analysis, presented their own concept of rail the urban. Wrocław is a city which for many years did not hide his ambition to become the aspiration of a European metropolis. It must be admitted that the political changes effected in 1989, indeed see a very dynamic development of the city. This development is multidimensional in nature and applies to both spheres of economic, cultural and social. After many years enormous transport infrastructure undergoes intense modernization.
