grupa II – system półintensywny (17 gospodarstw) i grupa III – system intensywny
(12 gospodarstw).
natomiast krowy grupy III żywiono w systemie PMR.
i białka (P≤0,01).
(0,68 zł), natomiast najwyższy (0,76 zł) w grupie I (system ekstensywny). Niewiele wyższy koszt
produkcji (0,70 zł) uzyskano w II grupie gospodarstw (system półintensywny), w których stosowano
wypas pastwiskowy i kiszonkę z kukurydzy. Można go więc polecać dla gospodarstw,
powierzchnię paszową i chcą produkować mleko towarowe.
Coverage of the nutritional requirements of cows, production costs, milk yield and chemical composition were evaluated The study involved 46 farms from the area of Eastern Poland. Farms selected for the research were divided into 3 groups according to the feeding system which were used, i.e. group I with an extensive system – 17 farms, II (semi-intensive system) – 17 farms and III (intensive system) – 12 farms. In farms belonging to group I feeding of cows was based on their own fodders from the grasslands, the cows from group II additionally received maize silage, and cows in group III were fed according to the PMR system. Individual theoretical ration was calculated for each cow in the INRA system in dependence on daily yield on the day of milk sampling. A total of 1590 rations were created, including 755 during the summer period of feeding and 835 during the winter feeding. It was shown that the best balanced feed rations were recorded on farms belonging to group III (intensive system), which resulted in high productivity and nutrient content, particularly fat and protein (P≤0.01). The lowest cost of production of 1 kg of milk (i.e. 0.68 PLN) was also achieved in this system. Slightly higher cost (i.e. 0.70 PLN) was obtained in the second group of farms (semi-intensive system). It can be therefore recommended for the farms that are not able to invest large financial resources in modernization but have conditions (fodder area) and want to produce the market milk. - Źródło:
