Niniejszy artykuł jest próbą zobrazowania skali zjawiska celowych, świadomych lub nie, zarażeń koronawirusem SARS-CoV-2, mogących jednocześnie stanowić znamiona zamachu terrorystycznego oraz problemów z niego wynikających. Ma on na celu przedstawienie zagadnień związanych z terroryzmem na przestrzeni ostatnich wydarzeń. Jest także próbą omówienia sposobów kompleksowego zapewnienia bezpieczeństwa obywateli i penalizowania osób mogących w ten sposób dokonywać zamachów terrorystycznych. To także próba wskazania czynników mogących mieć wpływ na kształtowanie rozwiązań w świetle nowego zagrożenia dla systemów państwa. Charakteryzuje zagrożenia obecnej rzeczywistości oraz odpowiada na pytanie, czy na przykładzie innych państw mogą być one istotnym zagrożeniem dla polskiego systemu prawnego? W artykule omówiono również motywatory problemu i ich wpływ na późniejsze zachowania sprawców. Niniejszy artykuł jest również próbą wskazania rozwiązań mogących przyczynić się do zabezpieczenia polskich obywateli przed nadchodzącymi niebezpieczeństwami.
This article is an attempt to illustrate the scale of the phenomenon of deliberate, conscious or not, SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus infections, which may also constitute the hallmarks of a terrorist attack and the problems arising from it. It aims to present issues related to terrorism in recent events. It is also an attempt to discuss the methods of ensuring the security of citizens in a comprehensive manner and penalizing people who may carry out terrorist attacks in this way. It is also an attempt to identify factors that may influence the shaping of solutions in the light of the new threat for state systems. Characterizes the threats of the current reality, and answers the question whether, based on the example of other countries, they may constitute a significant threat to the Polish legal system? The article also discusses the motivators of the problem and their impact on the perpetrators’ later behavior. This article is also an attempt to indicate solutions that may contribute to securing Polish citizens against the upcoming dangers. - Źródło:
