    The significance of scientific journals in the dissemination and creation of science cannot be overestimated. For over 350 years, journals have been a crucial platform for the prompt publication of research findings and the exchange of scientific ideas among research centres worldwide. Journals serve not only to disseminate scientific achievements but also to provide researchers with the substantive base for new discoveries and achievements. The aim of this article is to examine the present state and future potential of regional social science journals in terms of presenting and disseminating research findings, as well as promoting international collaboration. The objective is to achieve this through a comprehensive analysis of the Journal of Pedagogy, Innovation and New Technologies, which has been a source of daily concerns, problems, and satisfaction for us for almost a decade. The analysis method employed involves examining texts published in IJPINT and the documents available to the editors. The article addresses the following questions: (1) In what circumstances was the journal created and what priorities determined its formula and organizational solutions? (2) What are your publication achievements in terms of quantity and quality? (3) What has hindered and what has supported the work of the journal and the implementation of its mission? The purpose of this position paper is to stimulate further discussion on the condition of social science journals and the type of government support they receive.

    Dear readers and contributors, I am delighted to share with you results of the competition announced under the program "Support for scientific journals" by the Minister of Science and Higher Education. “International Journal of Pedagogy, Innovation and New Technologies” reached the list of 500 best journals in the country. Since its first issue almost six years ago our “International Journal of Pedagogy, Innovation and New Technologies” progressed into a recognizable and competitive academic publication in the field of pedagogy and innovation. I am especially proud that our journal developed into a tight-knit community of aspiring researchers who value the power of quality writing. This development would not eventuate without our highly committed staff and contributors from Warsaw, Poland and Kamianets-Podilskyi, Ukraine. I am beholden to all for their support, dedication and contribution. I sincerely thank you all for your effort. Looking at this year’s submissions, I am proud to see the various authors and research that we have been honoured to exhibit. We are thrilled to see fresh perspectives on scientific research that our organization promotes. In our 10th edition, we feature 12 international manuscripts, commencing with the article “The Motivational role of intuitive lawin the views of Leon Petrażycki” by Professor Anna Drabarek, 2019. The article concentrates on a controversy arisen around the view expressed by Leon Petrażycki proposing a division into intuitive and positive law. A special attention is given to two articles presented in our journal. “Identifying and overcoming barriers to gender equality in Tanzanian schools: Educators’ reflections” by Associate Professor Shelley Jones. This article reports on an action research study that took place during a one-week professional development course focused on establishing gender equality in primary schools, held in a Teachers’ College in Southern Tanzania. “Threats for adults aged 45+ associated with technological development” by Dr Jakub Jerzy Czarkowski, and Sylwia Strzelec. The article investigates a new phenomenon of a society based on knowledge and new areas posing the danger of social exclusion.     Opis:
    The article presents the results of international research on the use of mobile technologies as a support in the process of educating students with special educational needs. A team of researchers from five European countries conducted a survey among teachers using tablets while working with students with disabilities. Answers from the respondents reveal the image of educators who seek on their own, without any systemic support, opportunities to strengthen the educational opportunities of their pupils. The research results indicate that systemic organizational, methodical and financial solutions should be developed to facilitate the introduction of mobile devices for special and inclusive education.

    This paper evaluates the pathological condition of Belarusian forests with the use of monitoring of traditional forest factors and remote sensing data. The aim of the research was to assess the condition of pine forests to monitor forest degradation based on biochemical analyzes of needle samples and aviation monitoring with the use of monitoring data and remote detection. The remote shooting was carried out quasi-synchronously with the ground sampling of needles using an unmanned aircraft complex of an aircraft type. Based on the results of biochemical analyzes of needle samples, biochemical indicators that characterize the stability and physiological state of pine were determined: the level of peroxidation of membrane lipids; the release of water-soluble substances from plant tissues, which reflect the integrity of the cell walls; the content of photosynthetic pigments in the needles.
    W artykule dokonano oceny stanu patologicznego białoruskich lasów na podstawie monitoringu tradycyjnych czynników leśnych i danych teledetekcyjnych. Ocenę stanu lasów sosnowych w celu określenia ich degradacji przeprowadzono na podstawie analiz biochemicznych próbek igieł oraz zdalnej detekcji. Zdalny monitoring z naziemnym pobieraniem igieł realizowano za pomocą bezzałogowego statku powietrznego. Na podstawie wyników analiz biochemicznych próbek igieł określono wskaźniki biochemiczne charakteryzujące stabilność i stan fizjologiczny drzewostanu sosny, w tym: poziom peroksydacji lipidów błony; uwalnianie substancji rozpuszczalnych w wodzie z tkanek roślinnych, które odzwierciedlają integralność ścian komórkowych; zawartość barwników fotosyntetycznych w igłach.
