    Opis:
    The adult education need to be more prepared to open the possibilities for ageing citizens to learn more about the social media and train them in a user friendly method enjoy it. This is a challenging agenda for lifelong learning everywhere in Europe. On the pages below the author divides the text on the following sections: data on the usage of social media, focusing on the Facebook (practically it was not possibility to make an overview on all kind of social media tools, as it is a diverse and fast growing field), data on using the Facebook by age groups, the educational need of aged people internationally, educational needs in Hungary (based on a survey), points concerning to make more accessible the social media ageing people.
    Kształcenie dorosłych musi być bardziej przygotowane, by dać możliwości starszemu społeczeństwu, aby uczyli się więcej na temat mediów społecznościowych i szkolić ich w sposób przystępniejszy dla odbiorcy. To jest wyzwanie dla uczenia się przez całe życie wszędzie w Europie. Na stronach poniżej Autor dzieli tekst na następujące sekcje: dane na temat wykorzystania mediów społecznościowych, skupianie się na Facebooku (praktycznie nie było możliwości, aby zrobić przegląd dla wszelkiego rodzaju narzędzi społecznościowych, ponieważ jest to zróżnicowana i szybko rozwijająca się dziedzina), dane dotyczące korzystania z Facebooka według grup wieku, potrzeb edukacyjnych osób w wieku starszym na arenie międzynarodowej, potrzeby edukacyjne na Węgrzech (na podstawie ankiety), odnośnie uzyskania lepszego dostępu do mediów społecznościowych przez osoby starsze.

    Opis:
    Shared mobility systems are becoming quite popular around the world. This trend has led to the continuous development of vehicle fleet and use by a growing number of individual users. Due to this, the services of shared mobility have been analysed from the viewpoint of many different aspects. Safety and security issues are particularly important for both the user and the operator. This paper is dedicated to the concept of different issues of safety and security in shared mobility solutions such as bike-, car- and scooter-sharing, peer-to-peer sharing services and on-demand riding systems. The idea of shared mobility and case study, based on problems with safety and security aspects related to that kind of mobility is presented in the text. The aim of the work was to show the importance of safety and security aspects in the shared mobility solutions.

    Opis:
    The main goal of the European Union's regional policy is to reduce structural disparities between EU member states and regions. The balanced development throughout the EU can promote real equal opportunities for all. So the policy is based on the concept of solidarity and cohesion of economic and social conditions. It achieves this by means of a variety of financing operations, principally through the Structural Funds and the Cohesion Fund.The policy focuses on three main objectives, convergence – solidarity, regional competitiveness and employment and European territorial cooperation. By these objectives the EU supported projects in a wide range of areas – at regional and national level – from business support to urban development. It is very important that, these themes reflect the objectives of the Europe 2020 strategy to promote smart, sustainable and inclusive growth.Between 2007 and 2013 for the European Union's regional policy is allocated 347 billion euro, 35.7% of the total EU budget for that period, just over 49 billion euro a year. All programmes are co-financed by the member countries the total available funding is almost 700billion euro, so the programmes and the results are and will be significant.The main programmes, eligible areas, and the beneficiaries of the national programs can be summarized, but to measure the various programs effectiveness, in the different countries, are much more complicated. The results depend on a lot of variables, for example the managerial institutional system, the structure of the national programs, the habitat of the participant and many obvious and potential, external and internal economical and social conditions.But despite of the dissimilarities, we try to collect, through some macroeconomical structural indicators, the main characteristic trends of the utilization EU sources. With various methods, we will characterize the coherence between gross domestic product, labour force statistics etc. Because the analysis of the 27 EU countries could be voluminous, it will be focused on some countries of Central and Eastern Europe.

    Opis:
    A unified approach is presented as the principle for a potential framework for evaluating driver schedules in public transport. There are two reasons for the need for such a framework. On the one hand, constructing optimal driver schedules is a challenging problem, and practical solutions cannot be compared to the optimum, which brings about the need to analyse the results with respect to an appropriate estimated value. On the other hand, the specific constraints and rules in different countries and for different companies make it difficult to model solutions in a unified way. Our new approach provides a solution to the above problems by employing an efficient general methodology from both the data modelling and process modelling point of view. By introducing the concept of reducible working time, our approach gives a realistic evaluation framework with an efficient solution method. The applicability of our approach is demonstrated through real-world cases.
