Opis:
The aim of this article is to present the issues of using private expertise in criminal proceedings, with particular emphasis on its value as an evidence. It contains an analysis of the case law and literature. The author presents the definitions of private proof and then private expertise. The main problem is to determine a procedural nature of such an expertise. It could be perceived as an information of a proof, an private document or a procedural position of an accused or his defender. According to the author the most reasonable is the last one. This article also contains the list of opportunities and threats of using private expertise in criminal proceedings.

The aim of the article is to interpret poems concerning Don Quixote written by contemporary Russian poets, like Iosif Brodsky, Alexander Kushner, Vsevolod Rozhdestvensky, Robert Rozhdestvensky, David Samoilov and many others, with the view to showing how the Spanish literary figure transforms in the receiving culture into an (indigenized) philosophical category. The author sets out to identify the main semantic constants of the Russian Don Quixote, to show an evolution of the hero in the oeuvre of particular poets (Pavel Antokolsky and Zinovy Valshonok) and to indicate the relationship between the image of Don Quixote and the lyrical subject. She also examines the relationship between Don Quixote and Sancho Panza and, finally, explains political connotations of the figure of Don Quixote in the poems by Margarita Aliger and Yevgeny Dolmatovsky.

The article brings a discussion of three poems of Russian modernist poets that undertake the theme of Don Juan – written by Konstantin Balmont, Valery Bryusov and Nikolai Gumilyov. The purpose is to elucidate the characteristics of the artistic dialogue in the discourse of modernist poetry. Two types of dialogue are discussed: macro- and microdialogue. The former is realised through intertextual forms, the latter – by means of intersubjective forms. When poets refer to the image of Don Juan, one variety of dialogue may well transform into the other. The author of the paper indicates emphatically that the poems under discussion constitute a chain of transformations of the image of Don Juan: the image as proposed by Balmont is then developed by Bryusov and revaluated by Gumilyov. The semantic core of all the three texts is the image of Don Juan as a wanderer who yields to temptations of transient delights.
В статье рассматриваются три стихотворения с донжуанской темой, написанные поэ- тами-модернистами – Дон-Жуан Константина Бальмонта, Дон Жуан Валерия Брюсова и Дон Жуан Николая Гумилева. Статья посвящена специфике художественного диалога в дискурсе модернистской поэзии. Нами рассматриваются два типа диалога – макродиалог, воплоща- емый в интертекстуальных формах, и микродиалог, воплощаемый в интерсубъективных формах. В случае обращения поэтами к образу Дон Жуана одна разновидность диалога мо- жет трансформироваться в другую. В статье отмечается и подчеркивается, что стихотворения Бальмонта, Брюсова и Гу- милева, образуют цепочку трансформаций образа Дон Жуана, предложенного Бальмонтом, затем развитого Брюсовым и переосмысленного Гумилевым. Семантическим ядром всех стихотворений является образ Дон Жуана-странника, который поддается соблазнам мгно- венных наслаждений.

Предметом интереса в данной статье является миф Дон Жуана в жизни и в творчестве двух великих фигур Серебряного века – Александра Блока и Валерия Брюсова. Рассмoтрение некоторых биографических фактов из жизни писателей (женитьба Блока на Менделеевой, роман Брюсова с Ниной Петровской), а также избранных примеров из их литературного наследия (стихотворения Блока: «Я ее победил, наконец…», Шаги Командора и Брюсова: «Я снова…», Дон-Жуан) в контексте культуры Серебряного века (философия Владимира Соловьева, идея жизнетворчества, представления о «Вечной Женственности», миф о Прекрасной Даме, вампирический миф), привело нас к выводу, что донжуанство было одной из важных составляющих мифов поэтов. Мы отметили, что в обоих случаях понятие донжуанства строго соотносится с понятием вампиризма. С другой стороны, оно связано и с такими понятиями, как: «Вечная Женственность», верность идеалу и значение искусства. Все это дало нам основание констатировать, что продуктивность и потенциал темы Дон Жуана выходят далеко за пределы привычного представления о Дон Жуане как обольстителе.
The subject of interest in this article is the myth of Don Juan in the life and literary works of two great figures of the Silver Age – Alexander Blok and Valery Bryusov. The consideration of the biographies of writers (Blok’s marriage to Mendeleeva, Bryusov’s romance with Nina Petrovskaya) as well as selected examples from their literary works (Blok’s poems: “Ya ee pobedil nakonets…”, “The Commander’s Footsteps”; Bryusov’s poems: “I snova…”, “Don-Juan”) in the context of the culture of the Silver Age (the philosophy of Vladimir Solovyov, the idea of life-creation, ideas about the “Eternal Feminine”, the myth of the Beautiful Lady, the vampiric myth) led us to the conclusion that the ‘don juanism’ was one of the important components of the myths of poets. We noted that in both cases the concept of ‘don juanism’ is strictly correlated with the concept of vampirism. On the other hand, it is also related to such concepts as “Eternal Femininity”, ‘true to the ideal’, and ‘the role of art’. All these provide us with the basis to state that the productivity and potential of the theme of Don Juan goes far beyond the usual notion of Don Juan as a seducer.

The aim of this article is to analyze possible literary influence on the drama The Last Day of Don Juan’s Life by the Polish writer S. Zhevusky. We took into consideration the biography of Zhevusky and the detailed analysis of his work and we proposed the thesis about the possible influences of French and Russian literature on the drama The Last Day of Don Juan’s life. As we could observed, the drama by Zhevusky showed some similarity (taking into account the language and the plot) to the following literary works: Don Juan by Moliere, Demon by M. Lermontov, The Stone Guest by A. Pushkin and Don Juan by A. Tolstoy.

The aim of this article is to analyze two literary works of the Silver Age that are the poetic interpretation of Carmen story: the poem Carmen by A. Blok and the verse “Carmen” by I. Severyanin. Analyzing both literary works we pointed on different motives from the novel by Merimee and the opera by Bizet. We noticed that Blok and Severyanin not only simply had used well known situations but also had proposed their own interpretation of Carmen based on the intersemiotic relationship between literature, music and opera art.

The aim of this article is to analyse four different poems by David Samoylov, a 20th century Russian writer: The End of Don Juan, The Old Don Juan, The Young Don Juan and The Comandorov’s Footsteps. All of them are new interpretations of the Don Juan story. Thanks to the new plot solutions and to the literary dialogue with Pushkin and Blok, Samoylov’s works are interesting and valuable contribution to the literary versions of the Don Juan theme.

The aim of this article is to analyze the images of the two heroes of Chekhov`s early drama – the horse-thief Osip and Sophia Voynitseva, as characters that are similar to Commander, one of the heroes of the Don Juan story.
