Opis:: The article presents developed method and general principles of creating ladder diagrams, which are commonly used for systems with programmable logic controllers (PLC). Ladder diagrams are created for sequential control systems of technological processes, which are described by a connection pattern, time diagrams of the executive elements` operation. The executive elements are double-acting pneumatic or hydraulic actuators controlled by bistable electrovalves. A method of designing sequential systems enabling the creation of a ladder electro-pneumatic system is presented. The ladder diagram consists of two parts. One is responsible for controlling the valve coils, the other for the implementation of the memory block. The signals that control the transition to the next state are the signals described on the boundaries of the graph division. The synthesis of control systems and their verification was carried out using the computer aided program FluidSim by Festo.

Opis:: W artykule zaproponowano możliwości stosowania ukryć doraźnych dla zadań ochrony ludności i obrony cywilnej. Ukrycia doraźne są tanim i szybkim realizacyjnie elementem uzupełniającym stacjonarną infrastrukturę osłonową przydatną w sytuacjach kryzysowych. Scharakteryzowano strukturę problemu i wskazano metody badań.
The possibilities to use the hasty cover for civil protective and civil defense tasks are proposed in this paper. The hasty covers are elements no-expensive and fast in execution, which are complementary to the protective infrastructure useful for crisis situations. The structure of the problem and research methods are characterized.

Opis:: This paper presents the synthesis of a pneumatic control system for a selected configuration of the transport path for the delivery of rolling elements to spiral storage in inter-operational transport. The sequential control system sets the state of the manifolds to ensure a flow of workpieces to serve the subsequent storage. The essential module of the control system is the memory block. It is developed based on a storage filling sequence graph. The filling level of the storages can be monitored in one or two points using sensors. The rolling element displacement control sensors work together with appropriately designed systems to execute the delay of the rising and falling edge input signal. By using a two-level control of the filling level of the storages, it is possible to control the emptying status of the storages as a function of the technological time of removal of the items from the storage between the two control points. Control systems were synthesised and verified using Festo’s FluidSim computer programme.

Opis:: Internet-based technologies are moving faster and faster into many spheres of our lives and at the same time are a key component of the ongoing technological revolution, which is why there are many ongoing scientific projects aimed at their development. The article presents a discussion on the development of Internet-based technologies known as the Internet of Everything (IoE). The paper presents the areas in which these technologies are most often used. A multi-layered reference model and a procedure for subsequent actions in designing innovative solutions in this area are presented.
Technologie internetowe wkraczają coraz szybciej w liczne sfery naszego życia i jednocześnie stanowią kluczowy komponent trwającej dziś rewolucji technologicznej, dlatego też prowadzonych jest obecnie wiele projektów naukowych ukierunkowanych na ich rozwój. Artykuł przedstawia dyskusję dotyczącą rozwoju technologii internetowych znanych pod nazwą Internetu wszechrzeczy (IoE). W pracy pokazano obszary, w których technologie te znajdują najczęściej zastosowania. Przytoczono wielowarstwowy model referencyjny oraz procedurę kolejnych działań przy projektowaniu nowatorskich rozwiązań w tym zakresie.

Opis:: The review article deals with the current issue of collective protection, including collective protection against contamination. The hypothetical threats to the national territory of contamination from toxic industrial agents from high-risk plants (HR) and radioactive materials are presented. Collective protection against toxic industrial agents was characterized, on the basis of NATO documents. The issue of isolation (sealing) of collective protection facilities was discussed. The physical basis of the penetration of hazardous substances into objects as a function of pressure and temperature changes was presented, including ways to protect objects from the penetration of contaminated air.

Opis:: The overview article deals with the topical issue of how to protect the population under extraordinary threats which are natural disasters, but also the threat of war. There is a real threat of the possibility of using weapons of mass destruction in a local conflict from Russia. The article characterizes collective protection, as an element of protection at workplaces and as an element of protection of the population in case of extraordinary threats. On the basis of available legal acts, standardization and standardization documents, the means for collective protection were characterized. The application of the PSP for finding and classifying objects to serve as means of protection was analyzed, using examples. Examples of domestic solutions for the construction of so-called "home shelters" were presented.
