    Opis:
    Artykuł przedstawia system finansowania ochrony środowiska za pomocą środków pochodzących z podatków i opłat ekologicznych, uiszczanych przez przedsiębiorstwa produkcyjne. Analizuje obowiązujące przepisy oraz rodzaje opłat ekologicznych. Ukazując jednocześnie wysokość stawek za korzystanie ze środowiska przyrodniczego. Ponadto analizuje, także szczegółowy podział wpływów i wydatków Narodowego Funduszu Ochrony Środowiska i Gospodarki Wodnej w związku z finansowaniem zadań z zakresu ochrony środowiska.
    This article presents a system of financing environmental protection using funds from taxes and environmental fees, paid by manufacturing companies. Analyzes existing provisions and the types of environmental charges. Appearing at the same time the amount of rates for the use of the natural environment. In addition, analyzes, including a detailed breakdown of revenue and expenditure of the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management in connection with the financing of the tasks of environmental protection.

    Opis:
    The paper presents the progress of implementation of the Integrated Product Policy in Poland in comparison to other European Union member states. It provides a detailed evaluation of certain IPP instruments, i.e. taxes and green premiums, EMAS scheme, eco-labeling and green public procurements. The paper also provides an assessment of the progress of implementation activities and requests further studies in this respect.
    Praca przedstawia stan realizacji wdrażania Zintegrowanej Polityki Produktowej w Polsce na tle działań państw członkowskich Unii Europejskiej. Szczegółowo ocenia niektóre instrumenty ZPP tj. podatki i opłaty ekologiczne, system EMAS, ekoznakowanie oraz zielone zamówienia. Ocenia stan zaawansowania działań wdrożeniowych oraz wnioskuje o pogłębienie badań tych zagadnień.

    Opis:
    Composite materials, which can have a wide range of properties, can have an important role in protecting the natural environment. Until now, the most popular fibres used in composites have been those obtained by chemical processes. Natural fibres are much less commonly used, but interest in them is growing due to the principles of eco-development, care for the environment, and their important fact that they are biodegradable. Sheep wool, due to its unique physicochemical properties, such as thermal and sound insulation and the ability to absorb and release moisture, can be used as a fibre in biodegradable composites. Biodegradable polymers are becoming increasingly popular as an alternative to plastics, which have a negative impact on the environment. Although the use of biodegradable polymers is limited by their poor mechanical and thermal properties, a filler in the form of sheep wool fibres increases the mechanical properties of the composite and reduces production costs, while maintaining its biodegradability. Mixed wool is treated as a waste product which is difficult to utilize in the textile industry, but innovative applications in agriculture and medicine provide the opportunity to make use of it. As a fibre with unique physicochemical properties, wool can be used as an element of biocomposites in line with the strategies of bioeconomy and sustainable development.
