    Opis:
    The penetration of media and information technologies into the absolute majority of citizens' lives requires that, in defending and pursuing its intentions in the subject-matter area, the State should view it in the most erudite manner and should be capable of responding to it professionally. This fact is even more crucial in the post-socialist countries, where, in light of their totalitarian past, state bodies are often perceived through the lens of stereotypes as being deformed in the sense that the State performs more repressive than protective roles; that it is a bad owner in general terms; or even that it mismanages the tax payers’ money. The situation in the field of security is of special seriousness, where the State, being its principal guarantor, must seek to attain the highest possible level of credibility. However, one of the phenomena that may damage or weaken this credibility is a leak of State-classified information, as a result of which the credibility of an institution responsible for administering the security of classified information could be damaged significantly.
    Obecność mediów i technologii informacyjnych w życiu dużej większości obywateli wymaga aby państwo w sposób profesjonalny reagowało na to zjawisko. Jest to szczególne ważne w byłych krajach socjalistycznych gdzie, w świetle ich totalitarnej przeszłości, rola państwa jest często rozpatrywana w kontekście władzy represyjnej a nie protekcyjnej. Jest to więc władza definiowana jako zły gospodarz, które źle zarządza publicznymi pieniędzmi. Szczególnie ważna jest kwestia bezpieczeństwa, której głównym gwarantem jest państwo osiągające wysoki poziom wiarygodności. Jednak jednym ze zjawisk, które mogą zniszczyć lub osłabić tę wiarygodność jest przeciek tajnych infor-macji. W skutek takiego przecieku, autorytet instytucji państwowych odpowie-dzialnych za utrzymanie bezpieczeństwa tajnych informacji, może zostać bardzo poważnie podważony.

Prevention of accidents with a human focus is an important means of the flight safety management to achieve and implement the flight safety policy, in accordance with the mission and tasks of each air operator. The aviation practice identifies the problems of pedagogical didactic research that we are able to realize within the framework of a comprehensive didactic system of aviation education of selected personnel, in the favor of strengthening the level of accident prevention, the quality and safety in the aviation activities.

    Ostatnio dwa pojęcia „cloud computing” oraz „katalog usług ICT” pojawiły się w architek-turze oraz w centrach danych budownictwa, więc zasługują one na należytą uwagę. Pojęcie „Cloud computing” zmieniło się w świecie technologii informacyjnych zarówno w modelu praktycznym, jak i biznesowym, bez wyłączania sektora obronnego. Może ono zostać scharakteryzowane jako dzielenie się oprogramowaniem i oprzyrządowaniem poprzez sieć. Cloud computing jako nowy model zasobów IT może znacznie zmniejszyć wydatki na zasoby IT i ich złożoność, jednocześnie doskonaląc optymalizację nakładów pracy i zwiększając poziom usług. Platforma Cloud jest skalowalna, dostarcza większe doświadczenie użytkownikowi i może być scharakteryzowana jako nowe metody zarządza-nia w Internecie. Katalog ICT spełnia główne zadanie ITSM – transformację ICT w nowy model zarządzania – poprzez zarządzanie zdefiniowane jako usługi ICT. Katalog ICT jest listą różnorodnych usług dostarczanych przez ICT i usługodawcę ICT, zazwyczaj jednostkę zabezpieczającą ICT w organizacji. Powinna on posiadać dane szczegółowe dotyczące klienta i osoby odpowiedzialnej za jej utrzymanie. Dokument ten jest bardzo istotny dla pozytywnego wdrożenia procesu SLM, jak również dla całego ITSM. W rzeczywistości, po-maga on klientom i użytkownikom zrozumieć potencjał ICT.
    Recently two phrases " Cloud Computing " and " List of ICT services " resonate in the field of architecture and building data centers. The two terms terms are the most in-flected ones and therefore they deserve due attention. The notion of cloud computing has changed in the world of information technology-based practices and business mod-els,with the defence sector as no exception. It can be characterized as sharing hardware and software resources through a network infrastructure. Cloud Computing as a new model of IT resources can significantly reduce spending on IT resources and complexity while improving optimization workloads and increase service levels. Its platform Cloud is strongly scalable, providing a superior user experience and can be characterized by new Internet management practices. The list of ICT fills the main idea of the ITSM - ICT trans-formation of the branch to a new model of its management activities - through supply management defined ICT services. The catalogue of ICT is a list of the various services provided by the ICT and ICT services supplier, usually representing a branch of securing ICT operation in the organization . It should contain characteristics defined by the ICT services , as well as details about the customer and the person responsible for their maintenance. This document is very important for the successful deployment of the SLM process but also for the entire ITSM . In fact, it helps customers and users understand the potentials of the ICT Department.

    The main goal of this article is to present a case analysis for the selected three years for all airlines represented at Košice Airport, which focuses on the three most common cases, namely delayed bag – AHL, damaged bag - DPR and handbag - OHD. The main workplace at airports to solve these problems is the Lost and Found Department. The Baggage Claim Department or Lost and Found Department handle cases of lost, damaged, pilfered baggage or baggage sent to the wrong destination. This article discusses the statistics of the Lost and Found Department at Kosice Airport for a 3-years (2017, 2018, and 2019). The year 2020 was non-standard for passenger air transport and represented a decrease of 82% due to COVID-19, so it was not the subject of research. The Lost and Found Depart- ment at Kosice Airport uses the WorldTracer® system which is used by more than 2,800 airports and more than 500 airlines worldwide. According to the input data the system verifies other airports that created the case in the system and compares the basic factors of each case. Mandatory specifications include for example the bag tag number, passenger routing, luggage type, luggage color, and much more data the problem.

    Pandemics have the potential to cause immense disruption of our everyday activities and has impact on the communities and societies mainly through the restrictions applied to the business activities, services, manufacturing, but also education, transportation etc. Therefore, it is important to create suitable prediction models to establish convenient methods for the planning of the operations and processes to cope with the difficulty. In this paper, the prediction model for the spread of the viral disease in term of the estimated maximal weekly confirmed cases and weekly deaths using the Weibull distribution as a theoretical model for statistical data processing is presented. The theoretical prediction model was applied and confirmed on the data available for the whole world and compared to the situation in Europe and Slovakia for the pandemic waves and can be used for the more precise prediction of the pandemic situation and to enhance planning of the activities and processes regarding to the restrictions applied during the worsening pandemic situation.

    The load factor is the determining factor for airlines in economic terms and the prediction of the future development of the flight route. The combination of load factor and break-even point provides the airline with a comprehensive picture of the business of the flight route and the optimization of pricing for the flight route. The purpose of the article is to propose and adapt the development of air transport prices on a given line using maximally recalculated values and maximize profit. The optimized calculation algorithm then facilitates the understanding of the individual steps of the load factor calculation and the monitoring of price development by means of the chi-square mathematical method by which we observed the interconnection of the ticket price and the load factor. To describe the problem, we chose the Bratislava – Larnaca route.

    The article deals with the characteristics of the provision of air traffic services (in member states of European Civil Aviation Conference (ECAC)), as one of the main subject supporting global tourism, as well as with the selection of suitable candidates for the air traffic controller profession and the means and methods that are being used for the selection of eligible candidates. The authors present an original elaboration of approaches to selection processes in the Czech Republic in the context of the current development of European security and the perception of the human factor as a critical element of security and safety in air transport. In doing so, the authors use content analysis, as the results of empirical surveys present the results of discrete research surveys and evaluations based on explorative methods.

    The impact of the economy and transport is currently a closely watched trend. Air transport has many advantages that favor it over other modes of transport. However, the environmental impact of avia- tion on the environment is not negligible, despite the fact that many important aviation organizations are constantly assessing the level of this impact and taking appropriate action on that basis. Despite the adoption of measures to increase air safety, accidents continue to occur. Among other things, they have a negative impact on the environment. The negative impact of an aviation emergency re- sults from the leakage of liquids into the soil and water, and the leakage of flue gases and combustion products of aircraft construction materials in the event of a fire into the air. This article deals with the analysis of aviation accidents in a selected area aiming to identify the parameters affecting the environment in these emergencies.

    Opis:
    Flight personnel have various factors that cause high psychological stress during the performance of flight tasks, thereby influencing their psycho-physiological experience, which may be a cause of a breach of air traffic safety. The paper presents the results of an experimental verification of task management under load, which allowed selection of probands from a sample of 100 participants in the presurvey. Overall, 70% of the probands achieved better results than the minimum level of success of simulated and the complex tasks, 60%. The main aim of the experiment, the presurvey, is to verify and prepare a final version of sets of test tasks in the field of measuring the psychophysiological performance of the candidates for aviation personnel and to complete the creation of a technical device and the software tool for these processes. The software will be filed for the patent protection of copyrights and subsequently used for solving an approved research project supported by a grant from the Agency for Science and Research of the Slovak Republic.
