Opis:: In the paper the dynamical processes are presented which lead to damage of rolling surfaces of rails and railway wheels. Due to dynamic interaction of rail vehicles with track on the rolling surfaces appear permanent deformations and structural changes inducing generation of surface deformations and fatigue cracks. As the main reason of cracking one approve thermal strokes during braking changing residual stresses in wheel rims and compressible stress in rails. But the principle influence have dynamical phenomena.

Opis:: The gravid proglottids of Taenia saginata from human infection before and after treatment of patient with niclosamide (Yomesan) were used for studies on oncosphere envelope ultrastructure. The envelopes examined were intact after drug treatment. The samples from niclosamide-treated and untreated patients were similar with respect to number and kinds of the protective structures surrounding the oncospheres inside gravid proglottids. Their morphology was generally similar to this described earlier for other taeniid species. Details of the ultrastructure of oncospheral envelopes from niclosamide-treated patients are presented in the paper. Contamination of the environment with eggs from treated patients, particularly in poor sanitary conditions, is discussed.

Opis:: The tegument of the mature proglottids of M. ctenoides was examined by means of TEM. The tegument of this species consists of two layers: (1) the external cytoplasm, and (2) the tegumental perikarya situated in the cortical parenchyma. The tegument surface is covered by typical microtriches. The anucleated external layer of cytoplasm is rich in vesicles of different shape and electron-density, but it lacks mitochondria. Large pore canals penetrate the external cytoplasmic layer. This layer is separated from the perikarya by a basal lamina, being connected with the tegument cell bodies by cytoplasmic bridges. The granular cytoplasm of perikarya contains typical cell organelles such as mitochondria, GER, Golgi complexes, free rybosomes, numerous vesicles and lipid droplets inclusions. The large nuclei of the perikarya with prominent nucleoli frequently contain large intranuclear, highly osmiophilic lipid droplets.

Opis:: The aim of this work was to study clinical changes and microorganisms in mouths of three patient groups: with congenital disorders (Cd), dialyzed (D) and control (C). Fifty five patients, 20 to 62 years old were assessed. Swabs and samples of periodontal tissue were used for microscopical study to detect of protozoans and for bacterial and fungal cultures. E. Gingivalis and T. tenax were found in all groups. Three out of Cd patients were infected with Acanthamoeba sp. Fecal bacteria were more often found in D than Cd. In all 30-40 years old D patients, fecal bacteria and various strains of C. albicans occurred. We found that systemie diseases favour instabilities in mouths changing interrelations between protozoa, bacteria and fungi. It may increase risk of clinical complications.
