Opis:: The article examines applicability of the world experience of e-learning and distance education technologies structure to STCW recommendations and national legal requirements of the Russian Federation. There are comprehensive comparative analysis of a distance learning system and STCW recommendations. There are some results of the distance education system LMS “FARWATER” test period for the benefits of seafarers vocational education and the Admiral Makarov State University of Maritime and Inland Shipping (Admiral Makarov SUMIS) where the LMS “FARWATER” was designed.

Opis:: We discuss some aspects important for interpretation of the Ps formation process in liquids and molecular media: (1) inhomogeneity of intratrack reactions and parameters of the e⁺ track, (2) final states of e⁺, its solvation in polar and nonpolar liquids, relation to e⁺ mobility, (3) quasi-neutrality of the e⁺ blob and its ambipolar outdiffusion, (4) appearance of the "in-blob" and "out-of-the-blob" positron fractions, and (5) electric field effect on Ps formation.

Opis:: The results of our studies on the reactivity of 3,4-bis(4'-nitrofurazan-3'- yl)furoxan (BNFF), with some O- and N-nucleophiles are presented. It is shown that both nitro groups of BNFF can be easily replaced by nucleophiles. Depending on the identity of the nucleophile, BNFF may be transformed into two types of 1,2,5-oxadiazole derivatives, notably 4-R substituted bis(4-R-furazan-3-yl) furoxanes or 7-R substituted 7H(7R)-tris[1,2,5]oxadiazolo[3,4-b:3',4-d:3",4"-f]]azepine-1-oxides - a new heterocyclic system comprised of an azepine ring annelated with three 1,2,5-oxadiazole rings.

Opis:: A set of early chemical reactions in grapes of ionization (blobs) arising in tracks of fast electrons and positrons in liquids as well as formed by the Auger electrons in frozen aqueous media around decaying Mössbauer $\text{}^{57}$Co or $\text{}^{119m}$Sn nuclei is suggested. The mechanism predicts a correlated variation of the formation probabilities of intrablob final products, namely Fe$\text{}^{2+}$-Fe$\text{}^{3+}$ or Sn$\text{}^{2+}$-Sn$\text{}^{4+}$ ions, positronium atom and molecular hydrogen with variation of temperature, degree of crystallinity, concentration of electron scavengers. These correlations indicate on similarity of chemical processes as in blobs created by $\text{}^{57}$Co and $\text{}^{119m}$Sn after their decay as well as in blobs produced in tracks of fast positrons and electrons.
