- Nowadays physical activity is promoted and Polish people are more interested in this activity. They attend sports and recreation centers. Among the ones who are active there is a group of amateurs of running. One of the popular runs in Poland is Czestochowa Run. The general aim of the chapter was to determine the quality of the organization of the run. Organizers of the run try to communicate with runners and create an aura of trust around the relationship. Thanks to trust, the organizers of the run can make the product more attractive with unusual, additional values. It is important to establish cooperation with the participants of the run, because during the contact, information is exchanged and partnerships are created. The specific objective of the study was to determine the differences between the expected service and the received service. The Servqual questionnaire was selected to examine the quality of service. The chapter assumes that the participants of the Czestochowa Run highly value the organization of the run and there is no fundamental, statistically significant difference between expectations and perceived reality. Only in the case of the responsiveness feature there were slight differences in the respondents’ expectations. Based on the research, general recommendations for the organizers of the Czestochowa Run can be determined. The presented research results may form the basis for creating training of people who have direct contact before, after and during the running event.
