Opis:
This article presents the features of an all-weather radio vision system (RVS) ensuring the safety of movement of ground, airborne and sea vehicles and automation of vehicle traffic control under limited or non-existent visibility conditions. New and promising RVS applications in the aviation and rail transport sectors are presented. The potential use of RVS based on an interferometric radar with aperture synthesis, capable of estimating the position of ice fields and the height of icebergs is considered as well.

Opis:
In the report the features of formation of radar images (RI) and optical images (OI) in the mobile test stand of radiovision systems (RVS) of a car are presented. The radiovision system of a car (CRVS) of the millimeter-wavelength with frequency modulation is considered. Features of formation and processing of the radar-tracking image in CRVS are discussed, in particular: the sizes of the image, system of coordinates, primary and secondary processing of RI, requirements for speeds of transfer of figures in real time of processing, for subsystem of display of RI and synchronization. The structure of the mobile test stand of CRVS is described. This stand consists of: CRVS, a video camera, the module of formation, recording and display of RI and of optical images, the module of control of a stand, the power supply unit. Features of formation and display OI are considered, in particular: the coordination of scale and shortening of images, creation of time synchronization at display and records of OI, and questions of synchronous fusion of RI and OI also.

Absorption and reflectivity measurements were carried out on Zn$\text{}_{1-x}$Mn$\text{}_{x}$Se:Ni solid solutions. The spectra demonstrate the radical change of the structure of internal Ni$\text{}^{2+}$(3d$\text{}^{8}$) transitions at the presence of the Mn ions and strong dependence on Mn concentration. The threshold energy ħω$\text{}_{th}$ for the process of Ni photoionization to the valence band Ni$\text{}^{2+}$(3d$\text{}^{8}$) + ħω$\text{}_{th}$ → Ni$\text{}^{1+}$(3d$\text{}^{9}$) + h is shifted to the lower energy by 30 meV, but hardly depends on x despite the essential increase in the energy gap.

Opis:
The paper describes the developed dynamic model of the caterpiller’s power transmission. Its advantage is the integrated dimensional model of caterpillar propeller. Animated motion modeling provides the formation and transfer of kinematic and dynamic disturbances from caterpillar chassis, causing the greatest loadings of the power circuit sections. The principle of power transmission mathematical model’s differential equations forming is described. result of the model’s computational research is a set oscillograms of the drive wheel’s torque changing for different operating modes. The values of power transmission masses’ natural frequencies are obtained. The research of the nature of transmission sections’ dynamic loading by torsional vibrations, that arise and spread on the shafting, when the linked track rewinds, is carried out.

Opis:
This article describes original method proposed by authors that provides decreasing of dynamic loading of tractor’s powertrain by means of change of reactive element torsional stiffness. In tracked vehicles one of the most loaded elements is final drive unit which loaded by high dynamic modes. In tractor Chetra 6C-315, final drive is epicyclic where stopped element is ring gear. Authors propose using of strictly resilient (5 degrees in forward-backward direction) mount of ring gear instead of stiffening. Design study of installation between hub and gear ring that connects drum and crown gear, of the resilient metal plates pack was performed. This pack is kind of elastic coupling. Resilient packets of coupling sustain loads and smooth over peak dynamic loads and after elastic deformation of these packets rigid coupling between hub and coupling crown is provided at contact surfaces of skewed stops of hub and crown. To analyse efficiency of proposed method of dynamic loadings decreasing of powertrain elements three-dimensional model of powertrain was created in “Universal Mechanism”. In addition, solid model of caterpillar mover was created in the same software for analysis of influence on powertrain loadings of complex of kinematic and dynamic factors influencing forming of torque on driving sprockets. This article presents results of modelling of loading processes in powertrains elements with elastic coupling and without it during longitudinal motion at various speeds and in turns with various radii. Results show that elements dynamic loading at high loading dynamic modes in case of installed coupling is decreased by 20-30%.

Opis:
This paper is devoted to describing of method of decreasing of vibration load level on tractor operator’s working place by means of using of vibrations dynamic dampers in cabin suspension (on other words – dynamic absorbers of dynamic vibroisolators). Standard cabin vibroisolators of tractors DT and VT series include monolith rubber block and have limited capabilities to change its elastic parameters adaptively during impact of vertical and lateral vibration loads with various frequencies. Elastic-damping properties of these vibroisolators does not allow to provide comfortable conditions for operator work because their abilities of vibration damping are not enough especially at low-frequency vibrations. Dynamic vibration dampers installed in cabin suspension were proposed by authors for decreasing of vibration load level on operator workplace. These dampers include additional masses connected to main mass due to elastic-damping elements. Several variants of dynamic vibroisolators schemes were proposed by authors. These schemes differ in quantity of additional masses (one, two or three) and type of connection between additional masses and main mass due elastic-damping elements (parallel or in series). Three-dimensional model of caterpillar chassis, suspension, engine, cabin and operator’s seat of tractor was created in software “Universal mechanism” for performing of computational research. On this model, researches of vibration of sprung mass were made for tractor motion with and without hook load at 3rd and 7th gears on smooth surface and on testing areas with single, periodic and random bumps. Research results indicate undoubtedly best vibroprotective properties of cabin’s suspensions with dynamic vibroisolators.
