Opis:
This article is an analysis of a role of copyrights in shaping forming of young creator’s attitude toward life. For that purpose, an attempt has been made to de ne the character and frames of legal and proprietorial protection of the creative process of university students. As copyrights protect author’s identity, practices violating such rights may lead to problems with nding and expressing one’s own identity, in particular against a role played by creativity in a proper development of human personality. A discussion on social and legal situation of youth as a subject to copyrights extends to juridical, psychological and pedagogical categories, while also undertaking, within a certain scope, an attempt to synthesise them. A basic conclusion provided in this article indicates a possibility of improving the quality of copyrights protection also through skilful guidance of young people’s consciousness.

The paper describes the scope of the legal consequences of plagiarism among students in terms of copyright. The main question is connected with the scope and nature of the copyright protection against plagiarism. The issue is related to the specificity of the social role played by a student and to certain customs in the university community which enforce a certain behaviour and do not always require detailed references to the sources used. All university students have administrative and legal liabilities with regard to the university authorities, and in addition they bear full civil liability for their actions

Opis:
The purpose of this article is to present the results of the research on the issues discussed in the educational initiatives undertaken by Polish non-governmental organizations. The results of the scientific explorations presented in the paper are the outcome of the PhD research project Intercultural Non-formal Education in Poland on the Example of Non-governmental organizations activity. The project included surveying 65 leaders of different non-governmental organizations from three cities with different cultural make-ups, i.e. Bialystok, Poznan and Warsaw. The study was conducted in 2010 – 2012 according to the eclectic research approach, which allowed gathering quantitative and qualitative data. Based on the analysis of the empirical material, the author of the article presents: the issues tackled in the initiatives carried out by Polish non-governmental organizations, the structure of their implementation and the types of activities undertaken (in view of the issues analysed). An outline of the research problems precedes the discussion on the research results.

Dziecko jest niezwykle istotnym podmiotem edukacji o którym dużo pisano i pisze się na płaszczyźnie różnych nauk (pedagogiki, psychologii, filozofii, socjologii). Zmiana paradygmatyczna wyzwoliła nowe wizje dziecka w teoriach naukowych (Zwiernik 2015: 84–86). Zaczęto dostrzegać, że dziecko jest autonomicznym podmiotem, który może być skoncentrowany na sobie w sposób podmiotowy oraz być twórcą własnego świata i rozwoju. Dlatego też dziś coraz częściej zwraca się uwagę na fakt, iż dziecko jest zdolne do aktywnej partycypacji w życiu społecznym zarówno w grupach rówieśniczych, jak i w kręgu dorosłych (Śliwerski 2007). W takim ujęciu dzieciństwo jest poznawczą, afektywną i behawioralną rzeczywistością dziecka w której ono partycypuje i zarazem jej wytworem (Smolińska-Theiss 1993: 11–12). Dziecko w aktywny i twórczy sposób doświadcza dzieciństwa.

Te main purpose of this paper is to show the nature and principles of lifelong intercultural education as an optimal educational solution for a multicultural environment. Te author of this article presents and argues the role of lifelong intercultural education in developing intercultural competence among the members of contemporary multicultural and culturally diferentiating societies, including Polish society. Te author describes the main task of lifelong intercul-tural education, which is conducting educational activities that will facilitate the transition from reaction to the otherness (as in multiculturalism) to interaction with the “other” (as in interculturalism).

The paper is dedicated to selected issues of school functioning of children with a refugee background. The analyses undertaken in the article show dilemmas and difficulties accompanying education and integration processes in the new country of residence in the light of the literature and autobiographical narratives of students from selected Polish schools. The text is composed of two complementary parts. The first is related to analyzing the main problems regarding the formal education of refugee children. The second presents successive phases of becoming a refugee against of children's autobiographical experiences (depicted using fragments of narrative interviews). The text can be useful to anyone interested in the theory and practice of educating forced migrants.
Tekst poświęcony jest wybranym zagadnieniom szkolnego funkcjonowania dzieci z doświadczeniem uchodźstwa. Analizy podjęte w artykule ukazują dylematy i trudności towarzyszące procesom edukacji i integracji w nowym kraju pobytu w świetle literatury przedmiotu oraz narracji autobiograficznych uczniów z wybranych polskich szkół. Tekst składa się z dwu komplementarnych części. Pierwsza poświęcona jest analizie głównych problemów dotyczących formalnej edukacji dzieci ze środowisk uchodźczych. Druga prezentuje następujące po sobie fazy stawania się uchodźcą na tle doświadczeń autobiograficznych dzieci (zobrazowanych za pomocą fragmentów wywiadów narracyjnych). Artykuł może być przydatny wszystkim zainteresowanym problematyką edukacji przymusowych migrantów zarówno od strony teoretycznej, jak i praktycznej.

The paper is devoted to chosen aspects of the situation of a child with migration experience in a new socio-cultural reality. The analyses undertaken in the article show the dilemmas and difficulties which accompany an individual functioning in the conditions of cultural differences. The text consists of two complementary parts. The first one presents specificity of enculturation and acculturation processes (learning of own and new culture). The second part describes the threads related to experiencing cultural differences and their psychological and social consequences. The consideration included in the paper enrich the narratives of people who experienced/are experiencing migration (mainly in the childhood) which are the results of empirical research (Polish context). The aim of the article is to present vital issues related to the school situation of foreign children in Poland. The first part concerns the processes of education and integration of this group of students and legal possibilities to support them. The second one is devoted to the presentation of two (co-written by the author of the article) pedagogical innovations (intercultural portfolio and intercultural tales), which allow us to work with foreigners (kindergarten or first grade) and culturally diverse groups. They serve teaching Polish as a foreign language and forming sensitivity towards otherness. Poland is a country with a relatively low degree of cultural diversity. Working with foreign students is still a big challenge for the teaching staff. Properly chosen educational methods are an important part of the success of the education and integration of foreign students. Evaluation studies show that the methods presented in the text, because of their specificity (possibility of an active and creative learning), gained approval of students and teachers, and are effective. They motivate students to learn and share knowledge about their own culture. They can be used in the course of various activities in the area of education. This article is for everyone interested in intercultural education of children.
