Opis:: In the paper different methods of production order scheduling and control that are elaborated by the author and the team are presented. The history starts from the dispatching rules and goes to the distributed control by the local dispatching rule allocation and application them in the software (KbRS, SWZ, etc). In the next stage of the paper the discussion goes to the integration of these approaches. Last stage of the paper the artificial intelligence (Immune Algorithm) application for optimization of the schedule under the condition that any permissible solution is attainable is proposed. This application is only the part of the integrated system and is utilized as a tool for the solution improvement.

Opis:: Wybór odpowiedniej metody planowania projektu jest istotnym zagadnieniem. Powszechnie znane techniki, takie jak Critical Path Method (CPM), Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) pozwalają na minimalizację czasu trwania projktu. Metody te wykorzystywane są do projektów nieskomplikowanych. W artykule przedstawiono zastosowanie logiki rozmytej w zarządzaniu projektem jako alternatywnego kroku do określenia czasu trwania projektu.
Finding the most appropriate tool for project scheduling is very important for project management. Known techniques for scheduling project such as Critical Path Method (CPM), Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) allow for the minimization of project completion time. These methods are used for non complex project. In this paper a fuzzy logic has been proposed as an alternative approach to project scheduling.

Opis:: In this paper the resource - constrained scheduling problem is discussed. The objective function is minimization of makespan under constrained resources and due time. The metaheuristic based on Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) is proposed for multi-project scheduling. The elaborated method, algorithm and example illustrating ACO application for the multi-project scheduling problem is presented.

Opis:: Artykuł przedstawia problematykę akwizycji danych z różnego rodzaju systemów produkcyjnych dla potrzeb zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem. W typowych przedsiębiorstwach produkcyjnych dane są zbierane dla różnych zastosowań, takich jak sterowanie przebiegiem zautomatyzowanych procesów technologicznych, prowadzenie diagnostyki maszyn, urządzeń i procesów oraz zarządzanie przedsiębiorstwem. W artykule syntetycznie przedstawiono specyfikę tych zastosowań. Omówiono także zagadnienia związane z wykorzystaniem informacji z systemów produkcyjnych w systemach klasy MES oraz ERP, a także klasyfikację systemów produkcyjnych.
The article presents the issues of data acquisition from different types of production systems for the management of the company. In a typical manufacturing companies data is collected for a variety of applications, such as control over the automated processes, diagnostics of machines, equipment and processes, and production management. This paper synthetically presents the specific characteristics of these applications. Issues related to the use of data from manufacturing systems in the MES and ERP systems are also discussed as well as classification of production systems.

Opis:: In the paper the Multi Objective Immune Algorithm (MOIA) for an open job shop scheduling problem (OJSP) is proposed. The OJSP belongs to most both time consuming and most complicated problems in scope of searching space. In the paper schedules are evaluated by using three criteria: makespan, flowtime and total tardiness. MOIA proposes a schedule, which is best one, selected from a set of achieved solutions. An affinity threshold is a parameter that controls equilibrium between searching space and solutions diversity in MOIA. The affinity threshold is defined by using fuzzy logic system. In the paper fuzzy system is tuned by selecting shape, size of fuzzy sets, and fuzzy decisions of an affinity threshold. If the fuzzy system is used then neither the knowledge about the affinity threshold nor influence over searching processes is not required from a decision-maker. The application of the fuzzy system makes the process of decision-making user friendly. In the paper efficiency of MOIA before and after the fuzzy system tuning is compared and computational results are presented.

Opis:: During execution of a schedule some uncertain events may take place for example: resources may become unavailable, machine can be broken. Uncertainty should be included in the process of job scheduling. In the paper the problem to generate a workable, proactive baseline schedule under production constraints and unexpected event occurrence conditions is considered. The proactive baseline schedule protects against anticipated occurrences that may appear during the schedule execution. The machine breaking time is searched and the information is used to generate a robust schedule. In the paper the method of data acquisition basing on probability theory is proposed. The time of machine breaking is acquired from historical data of frequency of machine failure. A numerical example of building a hypothesis H:{the cumulative distribution function of the failure time is a normal distribution}, verification of the hypothesis, and predictive scheduling is presented. The normal distribution is proposed to describe failure time of machine as it gives consideration to a gradual wear process of the machine. The paper is proposition of improving simulation systems such as the Enterprise Dynamics or Taylor and scheduling systems such as Knowledge based Rescheduling System and Multi Objective Immune Scheduling Algorithm.
