Opis:: The article refers to the scope of tasks which, currently, have been given to the Polish authorities of decentralized administration with regard to the police operations. The preliminary issues on the mentioned above subject have been explained in the first art of the article. Next, the connections between the local authority and the police have been discussed from a historical point of view. The second part of the article deals with the description of the current legal norms defining the local authorities tasks towards the police. The author’s final conclusions on the issues presented in the article constitute its last part.

Opis:: The beginnings of sozological cartography in Poland go back to the second half of 1960s. Since those times many maps showing both relatively small areas and entire voivodships as well as the whole country have been published. A large range of territories corresponds to an eąually large variation of the scale: from 1:10 000 and 1:25 000 scales to smali scales in school atlases. The content of the individual maps exhibits a large differentiation - from the monothematic approaches to the richest in content, comprehensive 1:50 000 scalę Sozological Map of Poland, published since the early 1990s. The state of the natural environment of Poland, presented on many detailed maps, still awaits a synthesis in form of generał regional maps, thus of medium-scale maps.

Opis:: A one-factor field experiment was carried out in 2016–2019 at the Experimental Station in Lipnik near Stargard. The aim of the study was the cultivation of Virginia fanpetals in two systems of sowing and planting, determining the impact of the cultivation system on the yield quantity, calorific value, moisture, content and dynamics of the macronutrient uptake by Virginia fanpetals, calculation of the relationship between the yield and NPK intake, calorific value and yield as well as the analytical moisture content. Studies have shown that the method of establishing the plantation (sowing, planting) did not have any significant impact on the calorific value of Sida. A statistical analysis indicated that the method of establishing the plantation (sowing, planting) did not have a significant impact on the formation of the nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium contents in the biomass, while it was significant for magnesium and sulfur. More macroelements was contained in the Virginia fanpetals biomass from sowing compared to planting. The total uptake of macronutrients by the Virginia fanpetals biomass was higher in the planting cultivation system. In the system of planting cultivation, in the first year of plantation operation, higher dynamics of the N, P, K, Mg and S uptake by the Virginia fanpetals biomass compared to the sowing system was found. A correlation analysis showed very high degree of correlation between the size of Virginia fanpetals biomass yield as well as the nitrogen and phosphorus uptake.
