    The purpose of this article is to present the phenomenon of sustainable leadership in relation to the life and activities of General Władysław Anders. The contemporary world is looking for assumptions for the model of a sustainable leader in the documents from the United Nations summits, which is certain right, but some elements of this theory can be found for example in the commissions of General Władysław Anders and in the non-authoritarian pedagogy of Thomas Grodon. The article presents selected quotes in comparison with the interpretation of content from the humanities and social sciences.

    Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie refleksji nad stanem współpracy religijnej we współczesnym świecie z komentarzem do realiów polsko-czeskich. Autor prezentuje stanowisko, w którym odnosi współpracę religijną do szerszego spektrum zjawisk związanych z relacjami między ludźmi oraz w odniesieniu do relacji z Bogiem poprzez wartości zaufania, partnerstwa, dialogu oraz znamion realizowanej współpracy ekumenicznej między Kościołami i Ludu Bożego.
    The aim of the article is to present a reflection on the state of religious cooperation in the modern world with a commentary on the Polish-Czech realities. The author presents a position in which he relates religious cooperation to a broader spectrum of phenomena related to relationships between people and in relation to relationships with God through the values of trust, partnership, dialogue and the hallmarks of ecumenical cooperation between Churches and People of God.

    The aim of the article is to present a voice on a matter related to the importance of messianic literature on the example of selected literary works by Jerzy Braun which in its own way serves as a motivation for a look on the security and geopolitical significance of contemporary Poland in the world. The main method of the researcher was a creative research of the literature of the subject. The articles is ans- wering the following questions: What is the significance of Messianic literature for Poland’s security and what relationships exist in literature, which may be one of the „soft” determinants of contempo- rary security? The subject matter of the article is based on Jerzy Braun’s texts, because his vision of Messianism and his dedication to understanding the possibility of using Messianic concepts in con- temporary conditions turns out to be interesting point of view for humanistic part of security studies.

    Improving the lives of citizens requires modern management architects to implement modern solutions in various areas of social life. Undoubtedly, local government administration, as the closest public authority to man, must be efficiently managed in order to effectively manage others. The influence of international cooperation on the development of states and organizations is as old an issue as international cooperation itself. However, the subject matter discussed in this article is current and important for the area of management sciences, because it treats this as a contemporary development of human resources management in local government administration within similar but different legal and organizational systems functioning in the European Union. Therefore, this article presents the main research problem, which will concern the elements of international cooperation, which are covered by local government administration bodies in the district of Żywiec, affect the management of human resources and their development and what changes are introduced in ZZL of local government administration. The subject matter required conducting research on the basis of the phenomenological trend in order to better understand the processes taking place with the participation of the human factor.

    Opis:
    Forensic science and psychology are two interdisciplinary fields of study that often work together to effectively investigate crimes (Goc&Gruca 2020). Criminal psychology studies the behavior of criminals, their motivations and psychological profiles. Criminal psychologists help to determine who could be suspected of committing a crime, based on behavior and other characteristics that are related to the crime (Widacki 2018). These psychologists can conduct psychological examinations of suspects, victims or witnesses to determine their role in the incident and increase the chances of a successful investigation. Forensic work includes laboratory tests, the use of modern technologies and tools, as well as data analysis. Forensic science plays an important role in the prevention of crime and in the justice process (Szydłowski 2016), helping to identify and prosecute the perpetrators of crimes and to ensure the safety of society. Collaboration between forensics and psychology can help identify suspects based on behavior and characteristics and use scientific evidence to conduct successful investigations. In the case of crimes involving people with mental disorders, criminal psychology can help to understand their behavior and assess the risk of recidivism (Czudek&Szydłowski 2022). In this way, cooperation between forensic science and psychology can be very effective in carrying out investigations and investigations, as well as in preventing crime and improving the security of society.

    The text discusses the issue of long-term discrimination against women in history, especially in the professional sphere. The authors point out that although women played important roles in ancient societies as mothers, priestesses and wives of rulers, they never had access to the highest positions or decision-making roles. The text emphasizes that beliefs play a key role in shaping society and influence our choices. However, good or bad choices are often imposed by society, which operates on the basis of specific cultural patterns. The text distinguishes three types of activities affecting discrimination: The authors note that the dominance of certain beliefs over others leads to long-term discrimination. In the context of professional discrimination against women in Poland, the text points to the repetition of cultural patterns and disregard of women's interests by men, often under the pretext of tradition and a hypocritical interpretation of the Catholic faith. Finally, the authors emphasize that assessing the actions of the government and non-governmental organizations is difficult because it is influenced by powerful corporations and their economic interpretations, which are often placed above ethical and moral issues. The text points to the need to fight discrimination in the professional sphere and change society's beliefs.
