Opis:
It is offered to dose out a cyclic portion of fuel by change ofduration of the first period of feeding that is reached by regulation of the moment of landing of the delivery valve. The mathematical model of fuel feed system with the steered delivery valve is developed. Numerical and experimental methods defined cyclic fuel delivery at change of the moment of closing of the delivery valve. Within the limits of studying of the feeder of fuel in skilled system, redistribution of a cyclic portion of fuel between the periods of a cycle and quantity of the fuel compressed in separate cavities of a delivery high-pressure pipe was defined. The important feature of the feeder - earlier landing of the delivery valve, than nozzle valve closing is found out. It absence of repeated lifting of a nozzle valve ("secondary injections") speaks all investigated high-speed and loading modes. The offered method of dosing out of fuel feed allows eliminating an essential lack of a traditional fuel system where feeding and dosing out processes are combined. The paper explains the absence of the repeated rise of the injector needle at all calculated regimes. A wave of pressure generated at setting the valve comes to the injector before the fuel feed is over. This excludes additional fuel injections even at high initial pressure in the force main in principle.

Opis:
A fuel delivery method that patented by authors realised by numerical and natural experiments. The traditional system is added a lock organ before an injector. The injector cavity is connected with the force main only for the time of injecting fuel. After a valve closing the injector cavity is connected with the cavity of low pressure. When cutting off at the end of the working plunger stroke the force main is discharging. In a delivery high-pressure the accumulation of energy flow takes place, it increases speed growing of pressure in the injection beginning. The valve closing is accompanied by fast pressure decrease in the end of injection process. Such feeder of fuel allows dividing forcing and dosing out processes. It improves, in comparison with traditional, both adaptive and power properties of system. Numerical experiments confirm working capacity of the modernised fuel feed system. Defined influence of its basic constructive and adjusting parameters on indicators of process of fuel delivery is presented. The offered system allows a flexible adjustment of the cycle fuel feed when changing a high speed regime as well as providing for a set speed Diesel characteristic and a versatile regulation if the cycle feed at Diesel start. The numerical experiments confirm the efficiency of the experimental system of fuel feed.

Opis:
This paper describes the way of modernization of the direct operation fuel feeding system of diesel engine. Effective, ecological and economical characteristics of a modern diesel engine are greatly de-termined by parameters of using fuel-feeding system. Thus, in modern conditions, fuel-feeding systems have to fulfil specified requirements, which are mainly connected with fuel supply process intensification, possibility of adaptable regulation of fuel injection lead angle, cycle fuel delivering and injection characteristic at full range of engine operation regimes. At present time accumulator fuel feeding systems Common Rail type, fulfil these requirements best of all. However, despite its advantages, those kinds of systems have number of disadvantages. The main ones are high price and structural complexity of the system elements. Because of this Common Rail does not have wide using in the diesel engines with number of cylinders less than three. Although that type of diesels exactly is universal mechanical energy, source and can be used in many types of machinery, including ones with strict ecological norms. However, up to now these engines are equipped with the direct operation fuel feeding system that despite its high reliability and low price is worse than accumulator systems in the injection pressure level and possibilities of fuel feeding process control. Thus, main objective of a modernization of the direct operation fuel feeding system is topical. Speed forcing of high-pressure fuel pump was used. Maximal injection pressure is successfully increased 1.42 times. It provides intensification of fuel injection process. Implementation of the electronic control allows counting this method of fuel feeding system modernization promising for small diesel engines.
