Opis:
In this paper, we consider the non-central modified Kratzer potential. We tried to connect the corresponding Schrödinger equation to the associated Laguerre and Jacobi equation. For this purpose the factorization information from associated function was employed to solve the corresponding equations. It leads us to have some raising and lowering operators which are first-order equations. These operators help us to obtain all quantum states and energy spectrum for different n and m. The obtained results show that the degeneracy of the second quantum number (m) is completely removed

Opis:
We study the first-order formalism for the two coupled scalar fields with the superpotential W(φ,χ). As we know, the cosmological solution crucially depends on the coupled scalar fields. Here, we deform the corresponding superpotential and obtain the solution for some cosmological parameters. Finally, we compare the deformed and non-deformed solutions with the different figures.

Opis:
In July 2013, symptoms of stem rot were observed in the Dracaena sanderiana cuttings in greenhouses of Mahallat County, Markazi Province, Iran. The symptoms first appeared as severe wilting. Later, leaves became brown and necrotic. Symptoms on the cuttings were observed as rotted areas on the middle of the stems. The cortical tissues of the plants showed a distinct brown discoloration. Eventually, the infected plants died. The pathogen was isolated from Dracaena stems and identified as F. solani by a fragment of the translation elongation factor 1-alpha (EF-1α) gene. Fusarium solani was confirmed by a pathogenicity test, and the causal agent was re-isolated from infected D. sanderiana plants. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report of stem rot caused by F. solani on the cuttings of D. sanderiana.

Opis:
Green walls or living walls are architectural installations comprised of plants growing in soil filled, modular panels that are attached to interior or exterior walls. The objective of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of using green walls to pretreat wastewater generated by small to medium sized food and beverage manufacturers. A 1.2 m high green wall was constructed using two, 610 mm×610 mm panels filled with recycled glass media and planted with Epipremnum aureum. Brewery wastewater was recirculated through the system under four experimental scenarios: media, only; media with bio-film; media with plants; and media with plants and biofilm. Reduction of BOD was at least 65% after 24 hours in all four scenarios. Removal of turbidity, BOD, and total nitrogen was similar in scenarios involving biofilm with or without plants. Green walls appear to offer a space and cost efficient method for pretreating wastewater generated by beverage and food industries.

Opis:
In this paper an autonomous leader-follower is presented and tested in an unknown and unpredictable environment. Three different types of controller named as First principles-based proportional (P) controller, Fuzzy Logic Controller, and Model-based Predictive Controller are developed and tested in real-time to provide a smooth following behaviour. The follower used the leader's status sent by a smart phone to differentiate between obstacles and the leader and then using two types of sensor, laser and sonar, during the obstacle avoidance procedure. In order to identify the leader again out of many obstacles around, two alternative techniques are proposed using superposition of the scans collected by the laser and predicting the leader's trajectory using evolving Takagi- Sugeno (eTS). At the end, experiments are presented with a real-time mobile robot at Lancaster University.
