Opis:
In this paper, we propose a new and efficient short signature scheme from the bilinear pairings. Our scheme is constructed by bilinear inverse-square Diffie-Hellman problem (BISDHP) and does not require any special hash function. The exact security proofs are also explained in the random Oracle model. We give the implementation and comparison results of our proposed signature scheme with the signature scheme proposed by Boneh, Lynn, Shacham (BLS) and Zhang, Safavi, Susilo (ZSS). Furthermore, we use this signature scheme to construct a ring signature scheme.

During 13th of May 2015, the solar wind is very high velocity, which is 733 kms-1 as compared to 367.5 kms-1. It is believed that the plasma–magnetic field interactions in the solar corona can produce suprathermal electron populations over periods from tens of minutes to several hours, and the interactions of wave-particle and wave-wave lead to characteristic fine structures of the emission. An intense and broad solar radio burst type II was recorded by CALLISTO spectrometer from 20-85 MHz. Using data from a the Blein observatory, the complex structure of solar burst type III can also be found in the early stage of the formation of type III solar burst type event due to active region AR 12339. The drift rate of solar burst type III exceeds 1.0 MHz/s with 6.318 x1012 e/m3 a density of electron in the solar corona. There were also 2 groups of solar radio burst type III were observed. This CME was detected at 08:36 UT which is 1and ½ hour after the solar burst detected. This event shows a strong radiation in radio region, but not in X-ray region.

Opis:
The aim of this study was to compare the hardness and elastic modulus of orthodontic adhesives cured with different light-curing units, based on light-emitting diodes. Standardized samples of orthodontic adhesives, Transbond™ XT, Opal® Bond™ and Light Bond™ were prepared in cylinder blocks and cured for three seconds with Valo Ortho LED (Ultradent Products, South Jordan, Utah) and Valo LED High-Power Mode. After grinding and polishing, specimens were stored in distilled water at 37°C for one day. Specimens were investigated using nanoindenter. Employment of Valo Ortho unit has resulted in significantly higher elastic modules for Transbond™ XT (p=0.041). The highest nanohardness and elastic modules were measured for Transbond™ XT cured with Valo Ortho (9.47 GPa; 81.85 GPa, respectively) and lowest for Opal® Bond™ for both Valo Ortho (0.44 GPa; 14.52 GPa, respectively) and Valo High-Power groups (0.44 GPa; 11.84 GPa, respectively).

Water represents an essential element for life and living things on earth. Aquatic ecosystems play a decisive role in the socio-economic development in urban and rural areas. In recent decades, there has been concern at the global level with regard to the deterioration of aquatic ecosystems due to the pollution, which is a product of mainly anthropogenic activity. Heavy metals pollution is worrisome for the ecological balance of the aquatic environment, affecting a variety of organisms. Therefore, the objective of this paper was to characterize the quality of water in the Lepenci River basin, to express heavy metals concentration, and to determine the surface water quality index in this basin. In order to achieve such an objective, water samples were collected at eight stations for analyzing the concentrations for heavy metals. Heavy metals were determined by means of atomic absorption spectrophotometry. A good correlation was found between Pb and Zn (r = 0.84), whereas the average negative correlation coefficient was shown between Mn and Cr (r = -0.6513). The heavy metals concentrations varied from 0.0092 to 0.1135 mg/L.The mean concentrations of heavy metals found in the river water were in the order of: Mn > Fe > Pb > Ni > Cd > Zn > Cr > Cu. The Water Quality Index varied from 57 to 81, with the average value of WQI = 68.1250, which ranks the surface water of this basin as fair. From the results we have concluded that the Lepenci River waters during the monitoring period have had low pollution from heavy metals.

Opis:
Reactions between heavy-ions at various energy regimes produce many nuclear fragments which can be populated in highly excited states. The study of these fragments, detected at the end of their particle decay, is important to investigate nuclear forces and structure effects. In recent years there have been many efforts to extend these studies towards the drip-lines, i.e. to systems far from the β-stability valley, by using accelerated radioactive beams. The development of such infrastructures is accompanied by the development of more powerful detectors and associated electronics, capable to identify ions with very different sizes and kinetic energies. Here we give two examples which show how advanced arrays can contribute to the studies on nuclear phenomena. The examples come from the European FAZIA collaboration and from recent campaigns with the GARFIELD apparatus, the latter in operation at the INFN Legnaro Laboratory (Italy) where the SPES RIB facility is under construction.

The primary goal of the Antihydrogen Experiment: Gravity, Interferometry, Spectroscopy (AEGIS) collaboration is to measure for the first time precisely the gravitational acceleration of antihydrogen, H̅, a fundamental issue of contemporary physics, using a beam of antiatoms. Indeed, although indirect arguments have been raised against a different acceleration of antimatter with respect to matter, nevertheless some attempts to formulate quantum theories of gravity, or to unify gravity with the other forces, consider the possibility of a non-identical gravitational interaction between matter and antimatter. We plan to generate H̅ through a charge-exchange reaction between excited Ps and antiprotons coming from the Antiproton Decelerator facility at CERN. It offers the advantage to produce sufficiently cold antihydrogen to make feasible a measurement of gravitational acceleration with reasonable uncertainty (of the order of a few percent). Since the cross-section of the above reaction increases with n⁴, n being the principal quantum number of Ps, it is essential to generate Ps in a highly excited (Rydberg) state. This will occur by means of two laser excitations of Ps emitted from a nanoporous silica target: a first UV laser (at 205 nm) will bring Ps from the ground to the n=3 state; a second laser pulse (tunable in the range 1650-1700 nm) will further excite Ps to the Rydberg state.

The fatty acid methyl esters (FAME's) - in Europe mostly RME *) (Rapeseed methyl ester; Abbreviations see at the end of this paper) - are used in several countries as alternative biogenic Diesel fuels in various blending ratios with fossil fuels (Bxx). Questions arise often about the influences of these biocomponents on the modern exhaust after-treatment systems and especially on the regeneration of Diesel particle filters (DPF). In the present work different regeneration procedures of DPF systems were investigated with biofuels B0, B20 & B100. The tested regeneration procedures were: - passive regenerations: DOC + CSF; CSF alone, - active regenerations: standstill burner; fuel injections & DOC. During each regeneration on-line measurements of limited and unlimited emission components (nanoparticles & FTIR) was conducted. It can be stated that the increased portion of RME in fuel provokes longer time periods to charge the filter with soot. This is due to the lower PM-emissions of the engine, as well as to the higher reactivity and higher SOF-portion of the particle mass from RME. With the passive regeneration system with stronger catalytic activity (DOC + CSF) there is a stronger NO2-production with B100 and due to the NO2-supported oxidation of PM the balance point temperature is approx. 20 centigrade lower, than with B0. For the active regenerations the time courses of emissions and temperatures are closely connected with the chosen regeneration strategy - switching, timing and intensity (of burner, or fuel aerosol generator). A higher portion of biocomponent causes usually a stronger break-down of the instantaneous DPF filtration efficiency during the regeneration procedure - this is an effect of stronger artifact of spontaneous condensation after DPF. In summary there is no negative short term effect of bio-blended-fuels on the investigated regeneration procedures. Some recommendations for a successful long term operation, basing on other works and literature are given at the end of the paper.

Przedstawiono w nim także funkcje i miejsce tego urządzenia w systemie sterowania pracą silnika. Przedstawiono także, że sygnał z tego czujnika jest informacją podstawową dla sterownika w procesie wypracowania dawki paliwa). Badanie przepływomierzy powietrza wykonano na podstawie badania z wykorzystaniem informacji z sieci CAN.
The article presents the problems of the air flow meter performance testing and its impact on the quality of exhaust gases. It also presents the features and place this device in the engine control system. Also it shows that the signal from the sensor is basic information for the river in the process of developing fuel delivery. The study of air flow were based on research using information from the CAN network.

W artykule zaprezentowano opis diagnostycznego sposobu badania sieci informacyjnej CAN B pojazdu samochodowego z wykorzystaniem specjalistycznego diagnoskopu Wurth WOW. Przesyłanie wszystkich informacji w pojeździe, a więc sygnałów informacyjnych, czy też sygnałów sterujących (nastawczych) jest realizowane z wykorzystaniem wewnętrznej sieci informacyjnej. Stan techniczny tej sieci a w szczególności jej sprawność bezpośrednio wpływają na właściwą pracę wszystkich systemów w pojeździe, informacyjnych (diagnostycznych), czy też systemów sterujących pracą silnika pojazdu oraz jego systemów bezpieczeństwa.
The article presents a descripti on of the method of diagnostic information network CAN-B vehicle with the use of specialized diagnoscope Wurth WOW. Transferring all the information on the vehicle, and hence information signals or control signals (setting) is performed using an internal network. The technical condition of the network and in particular its efficiency directly affect the proper operation of all systems in the vehicle, information (diagnostic), or are systems, engine control of the vehicle and its safety systems.
