    Opis:
    Article deals with the relationship between Carl Schmitt’’s political theory and political theology, which inherently works with the violence assumption, and the so called jewish question. Author shows the way the enemy of the political is gradually constructed on the basis of textual and doctrinal analysis. The core of Schmitt’s enemy construction depends on the refusal of the philosophical tradition, which assume that all man are equal as far as they are participating in one common nature or are in actual or potential possesion of reason. This refusal is the basis on which the criticism of normativism, for Schmitt in the inter-war period represented especially by jewish thinkers such as Hans Kelsen, is built to be after 1933 used in open attack on Jews as such.

    The question of the political character of history, considered from the perspective of pure theory, should not pose a greater problem to a theoretician of politics than that of the political character of any other object that is not political by its nature. The potential, features, context properties, undefined boundaries – are only a few selected terms by means of which, the political character of history can be explained and described in a purely theoretical way. If, however, we take into consideration the fact that the political character also has its political context, then its natural theories can also be treated as ideologically not indifferent concepts. The political character of history will become then a more complex problem, requiring an answer to the question: What kind of political character is it? I proposed three concepts of it, that is conservative, liberal and leftist. Such a doctrinal qualifying does not decide in advance about a conflict between them, one in which contemporary times and their political emanations, especially liberal democracy, constitute the object of argument. An additional obstacle is connected with the fact that history is a relation on political history, thus it is also this sphere, as a collective memory and a field of science, which clashes with contemporary times. The memory of the past, in particular, full of evaluative approach and associations connected with the Weltanshaaung, enters or is introduced into ideological contexts on different levels: social, party- and state-related. All these circumstances, although mentioned in this selective way only, form a whole complex network of connections – on different levels and in many aspects – between history and politics. Even if by means of the category of political character it has not been possible to explain all of them, then – at least – they have been revealed.

    Opis:
    A. Dugin’s political philosophy is permeated with mysticism and Orthodox Christian religiosity, which leaves a strong mark on such political ideas as Eurasianism, anti-Occidentalism, the Russian World and Dugin’s original Fourth Political Theory. The role of the Russian philosopher in forming of the domestic political thought and politics itself suggests an analogy to the same role of Carl Schmitt in fascist Germany, including an analogy to the discussion on this role. The authors hypothesise that regardless the controversy of this issue, A. Dugin is considered both as an articulator of the spirit of deeply dormant views in Russian society and in part of the elite, as well as a thinker who reinforces this spirit and provides deep moral and philosophical justifications for the Russian opinion-makers. The purpose of this article is the interpretation of Dugin’s theory in the political science senses paying attention particularly to the role of Russian Orthodox Christianity in it. Thus chosen methodological perspective prejudges the structure of the study.
    Filozofia polityczna A. Dugina przesiąknięta jest mistycyzmem i prawosławną religijnością, co odciska się mocnym piętnem na wyprowadzanych z niej ideach politycznych eurazjatyzmu, antyokcydentalizmu, Ruskiego Mira czy oryginalnej duginowskiej Czwartej Teorii Politycznej. Rola rosyjskiego filozofa w kształtowaniu rodzimej myśli politycznej oraz samej polityki nasuwa analogię do takiej samej roli Carla Schmitta w faszystowskich Niemczech, w tym także analogii do dyskusji na temat tej roli. Autorzy stawiają hipotezę, że bez względu na kontrowersje w tej kwestii A. Dugin jest zarówno wyrazicielem ducha głęboko drzemiących w rosyjskim społeczeństwie i części elit przekonań, jak również myślicielem wzmacniającym tego ducha oraz dostarczycielem głębokich, moralno-filozoficznych uzasadnień dla rosyjskiej warstwy opiniotwórczej. Celem niniejszego artykułu jest oparta na źródłach pierwotnych politologiczna interpretacja teorii A. Dugina, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem roli prawosławia. Temu podejściu metodologicznemu podporządkowana została struktura opracowania.

    Understanding the perception of Sustainable Development can help to identify misconceptions surrounding the concept in order to design better education plans and public policies on this subject. Evaluating the perception of sustainability issues by focusing on the young generation as is an important proxy to imagine what the future holds for in terms of addressing sustainable development. We conducted 177 in-person interviews on a heterogeneous group of students and random volunteers in four cities in Poland to assess their perception of Sustainable Development. The vast majority (89.3%) of the respondents were familiar with the term 'Sustainable Development'. However, part of them (57%) associated it only to the human and social development dimensions and its institutions, whereas 17.5% related it with its environmental aspects. The results supported by the literature review highlight challenges concerning the path towards a comprehensive perception of Sustainable Development and hence the achievement of the SDGs. Based on these results, we identify opportunities and incentives to bring Poland towards 2030 Agenda.
    Zrozumienie postrzegania zrównoważonego rozwoju może pomóc w zidentyfikowaniu błędnych przekonań dotyczących tej koncepcji w celu opracowania lepszych planów edukacyjnych i polityk publicznych w tym zakresie. Ocena postrzegania kwestii zrównoważonego rozwoju poprzez skupienie się na młodym pokoleniu, jako ważny wskaźnik pozwalający wyobrazić sobie, co przyniesie przyszłość w zakresie rozwiązywania kwestii zrównoważonego rozwoju. Przeprowadziliśmy 177 wywiadów osobistych na niejednorodnej grupie studentów i przypadkowych wolontariuszy w czterech miastach w Polsce, aby ocenić ich postrzeganie zrównoważonego rozwoju. Zdecydowana większość (89,3%) respondentów zna termin „zrównoważony rozwój”. Jednak część z nich (57%) kojarzyła go tylko z wymiarem rozwoju ludzkiego i społecznego oraz jego instytucji, a 17,5% z aspektami środowiskowymi. Wyniki poparte przeglądem literatury podkreślają wyzwania dotyczące ścieżki do wszechstronnego postrzegania zrównoważonego rozwoju, a tym samym osiągnięcia celów zrównoważonego rozwoju. Na podstawie tych wyników identyfikujemy szanse i zachęty do zbliżenia Polski do Agendy 2030.
