    Opis:
    Determination of deformations parameters from CERGOP GPS observations campaigns are presented at the poster. The velocity vectors are determined for CERGOP stations participated in GPS observations campaigns in the period 1994-2005. In the period of 11 years, 7 GPS observation campaigns were executed. Good quality of observations and data processing create chance to determined precise value of velocity and deformations like main directions of deformations and elongation (distortion). Method used for computation of deformation was proposed by Altiner. Comparison of deformation parameter with a European stress model made by Jarosiński is also presented in the paper.

    Opis:
    After strong earthquakes the Earth oscillates with spheroidal and toroidal modes. The former cause gravity changes which can be detected with sensitive instruments. For this purpose we used continuous gravity measurements with LaCoste&Romberg Earth Tide spring gravimeter from Józefosław Observatory. Spectral analyses of records show significant peaks in normal mode frequencies. This peaks are above noise level and their eigenfrequencies are in good agreement with seismic theories. We show here some examples of free oscillations registration after particular earthquakes and stacking method as well. Some remarks concerning noise level in gravity measurements and data treatment are also given.

    The paper discusses the role of celestial reference systems in astrometry, space and satellite geodesy. A historical review of the fundamental systems and methods for implementing international celestial reference systems (ICRS), from classical astrometry to VLBI, are presented. The paper emphasizes the role of celestial reference frames as a realization of the inertial frame. The definition of the ICRS and its realisation ITRF are also briefly discussed. The accuracy of contemporary realizations of ICRF are considered.

    The paper presents national report of Poland for IAG on positioning and applications. The selected research presented was carried out at leading Polish research institutions and concern precise multi-GNSS satellite positioning - relative and absolute - and also GNSS-based ionosphere and troposphere modelling and studies. The research resulted in noticeable advancements in these subjects confirmed by the development of new algorithms and methods. New and improved methods of precise GNSS positioning were developed, and also GNSS metrology was studied. New advanced troposphere models were presented and tested. In particular, these models allowed testing IPW variability on regional and global scales. Also, new regional ionosphere monitoring web-based services were developed and launched.

    This paper describes automatic system for GPS tropospheric delay estimation developed at the Institute of Geodesy and Geodetic Astronomy of the Warsaw University (WUT) LAC. The system is based on BPE (Bernese Processing Engine) and utilizes UltraRapid orbits and EUREF weekly coordinates. We describe processing strategies used in this application and report various experiences leading to start of NRT tropospheric service. We have made many statistical quality analysis of the resulting solutions. Accurate comparisons with ZTD combined product (EPN and IGS) and radiosounding data has been made. The poster presents also other research areas on the GPS data processing performed especially the Internet based service for an on-line GPS processing of the users data. Finally we present some other ideas of our interest how to use tropospheric delay in meteorology and climatology.

    The determination of the height in the vertical reference frame in force in Poland is based both on national regulations (Council of Ministers Regulation, 2012) and on the resolution adopted by the EUREF subcommittee in Tromsø (Resolution No. 5, EUREF Symposium, 2000). Currently, the PL-KRON86-NH vertical reference frame is in use in Poland – a normal height system referred to a quasi-geoid of the average level of the Baltic Sea determined by the zero level of the mareograph in Kronstadt. According to the Regulation, by the end of 2019, Poland will adopt the PL-EVRF2007-NH vertical reference frame, i.e. a normal height system referred to the zero level of the mareograph in Amsterdam. The authors present a method of determining normal heights of seabed referred to the zero level of the mareograph in Amsterdam for coastal areas of the Baltic Sea. This method uses GNSS measurements, the EGM 2008 model and depth measuring methods typical for underwater mining.

    Opis:
    Astro-Geodetic Observatory in Józefosław, witch belongs to the Departament of Geodesy and Geodetic Astronomy of the Warsaw University of Technology, started to permanent observations in 1958. First of them was time service started in February 1958, coordinated by BIH. From 1959 astrometrial latitude measurements have been done with aim to determine the parameters of the Earth rotation. In 1991 the Observatory was joned to the International GPS Service for Geodynamics (IGS) and started to operate as a permanent one in 1993. There have been performed many observations and scientific researches, such as: GPS in the frame of IGS/IGLOS/EUREF; tidal observations; absolute gravity measurements; changes of the vertical, based on the gravimetric measurements; astrometric observations and metrology. Moreover studies on RTK and DGPS measurements using mobile phone for data transmision are performed since 1998. WUT EUREF Lokal Analysis Centre, one of the 17 Lokal Analysis Centres acting in Europe, is a very important part of the Observatory. The Centre makes continuous service of one-week and daily aolution in the farme of EPN network, processes national and international GPS campaigns (CEGRN, EXTENDED SAGET etc.), models ionosphere and troposphere parameters, compute tidal components and changes of the vertical according to astrometric and gravimetric measurenents. This paper present history and current state of the art of the Observatory's activites.

    W artykule zwrócono uwagę na potrzebę stosowania uwarunkowań normalizacyjnych z obszaru eksploatacji uzbrojenia i sprzętu wojskowego. Odniesiono się do najważniejszych aspektów prawnych i organizacyjnych dotyczących stosowania wymagań normalizacyjnych, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem ich związku i wpływu na poprawność funkcjonowania systemu eksploatacji uzbrojenia i sprzętu wojskowego. Zaakcentowano szczególne znaczenie norm oraz dokumentów standaryzacyjnych NATO, pod kątem ich wykorzystania w obszarze eksploatacji techniki wojskowej. Podkreślono rolę jednostek badawczo-rozwojowych i wdrożeniowych w procesie funkcjonowania i doskonalenia systemu oraz zwrócono uwagę na korzyści płynące z tego rodzaju działalności. Odniesiono się do wybranych aspektów europejskiego podejścia oraz hierarchii stosowania dokumentów normalizacyjnych w eksploatacji techniki wojskowej.
    The article deals with a need to apply standardisation environment of using (exploitation) armament and military equipment. The reference is made to the most important legal and organisational aspects concerning needs for applying standardisation requirements and particularly their connection and impact into proper operation of exploitation system for armament and military equipment. Special meaning of NATO standards and standardisation documents used in exploitation of armament and military equipment is stressed. The significance of research and development and implementa-tion institutions in the process of functioning and improvement of the system is highlighted together with real benefits of such approach. There is also made a reference to the European approach and a way of using the standardisation documents in the process of exploitation of military technique.

    W artykule przedstawiono w sposób ogólny organizację i zasady działalności krajowego, resortowego, europejskiego i NATO-wskiego systemu normalizacji. Przedstawiono charakterystykę zadań realizowanych w obszarze obronności i bezpieczeństwa, w nowych uwarunkowaniach formalno-prawnych i organizacyjnych, ze wskazaniem zagadnień najistotniejszych - zdaniem autorów - od których może zależeć sprawność funkcjonowania całości systemu. Zwrócono uwagę na rosnące zainteresowanie systemu normalizacji powszechnej obszarami mającymi wpływ na obronność, bezpieczeństwo powszechne, a także na ochronę ludności i mienia. Artykuł skierowany jest do czytelnika nie związanego bezpośrednio z działalnością normalizacyjną i ma na celu przybliżenie tego rodzaju działalności, zwłaszcza w obszarze najważniejszych zasad i uregulowań występujących w systemie cywilnym i wojskowym. W tym względzie Autorzy żywią nadzieję, że niniejszy artykuł chociaż trochę wyjaśni jego czytelnikom, na czym polega problematyka związana z normalizacją i jaka jest jej rola w obecnych i przyszłych uwarunkowaniach polityczno-militarnych, tak w wymiarze sojuszniczym, resortowym, krajowym, jak i po części w europejskim. Artykuł może być przydatny w procesie doskonalenia zadań podejmowanych na rzecz lepszego wykorzystania doświadczeń i produktów normalizacji obronnej np. w procesie standaryzacji wyrobów nabywanych na rzecz obronności i bezpieczeństwa państwa lub szkolenia z tego zakresu.
    The article presents the general organization and activities of national, departmental, European and NATO standardization system. It also presents characteristics of tasks carried out in the area of defense and security, in the new formal, legal and organizational conditions, indicating the most important issues – according to the authors – on which the efficiency of the entire system may depend. Attention is drawn to the increasing interest of the general standardization system in fields affecting defence, general security and the protection of people and property. The article is addressed to the reader not directly related to standardization activities and its purpose is to approximate this kind of activity, especially in the area of the most important rules and regulations appearing in the civil and military systems. In this regard, the authors hope that the article will explain to the readers at least a little of what the issues related to standardization are all about, and what is its role in the present and future political and military conditions, both in the Allied, departmental, national and partially Eurpean scopes. The article can be useful in the process of improving the tasks undertaken in order to make better use of the experiences and products of defence standardization, e.g. in the process of standardization of products purchased for State defence and security or training in this field.

    W artykule zawarto krótką charakterystykę międzynarodowej strategii normalizacyjnej i planowanych zamierzeń w obszarze normalizacji, z perspektywą do 2020r. Odniesiono się także do najważniejszych kierunków doskonalenia tej działalności z poziomu organizatorów systemu, realizatorów prac normalizacyjnych oraz konsumentów produktów tej działalności. Wyspecyfikowano wymienione w strategii najważniejsze obszary wskazane do doskonalenia lub zorganizowania, w celu osiągnięcia założonych celów w perspektywie 2020 r. Zaakcentowano elementy nowego podejścia wykorzystanego w pracach nad strategią, zwłaszcza wykorzystania elementów analizy ryzyka. W podsumowaniu wskazano na istotne znaczenie normalizacji międzynarodowej w różnych dziedzinach życia społecznego i gospodarczego, także w aspekcie możliwości wykorzystywania produktów tej działalności na rzecz obronności i bezpieczeństwa państwa. Podkreślono także potrzebę i korzyści z angażowania się w działalność normalizacyjną, jako źródło dostępu do informacji, rynków zbytu i edukacji.
    The article contains a brief description of the international standardization strategy and planned objectives with a view to 2020. References are also made to the most important directions of improving this activity on the level of system organizers, standardization work contractors and the consumers of this activity products. The most important areas mentioned in the strategy and meant for improvement or organization in order to achieve the pursued objectives by 2020 have been specified. The elements of the new approach used in the preparation of the strategy, especially the elements of risk analysis, have been stressed. In the summary, the vital importance of international standardization in various areas of social and economic life has been indicated, also in terms of the possibility to use the products of these activities for State defence and security. The needs and benefits of engagement in standardization activities as a source of access to information, markets and education are also highlighted.

Skupiono się na wykorzystaniu norm, jako podstawowego produktu działalności normalizacyjnej, w wyżej wymienionych dziedzinach działalności logistycznej, także w aspekcie eksploatacji uzbrojenia. Odniesiono się także do najistotniejszych aspektów współpracy Polskiego Komitetu Normalizacyjnego w ww. dziedzinach, w ramach europejskich i międzynarodowych organizacji normalizacyjnych. Na końcu artykułu, wymieniono i scharakteryzowano godne uwagi normy i ich projekty, które mogą znaleźć się w kręgu zainteresowania osób bezpośrednio lub pośrednio związanych z dziedzinami działalności logistycznej.
    The article includes a brief description of standardization activities for transport, storage and packaging at national, the European and international levels. The use of standards as a core product of standardization activities in the above-mentioned fields of logistics operations and also in terms of exploitation of ordnance is presented. Reference is also made to the most important aspects of cooperation of the Polish Committee for Standardization in the above areas with the European and international standardization organizations. In the final part of the article there are listed and characterized important standards and their projects, which may be interested for persons directly or indirectly related to the areas of logistics activities.

    W artykule zawarto krótką charakterystykę europejskiej strategii normalizacyjneji planowanych zamierzeń w obszarze normalizacji z perspektywą, do 2020r. Odniesiono się także do najważniejszych kierunków tej działalności z poziomu regulacji prawnych Unii Europejskiej, wytycznych międzynarodowych i europejskich organizacji normalizacyjnych. Wspomniano ponadto o polityce proedukacyjnej Polskiego Komitetu Normalizacyjnego w odniesieniu do różnych szczebli szkolnictwa w Polsce, jako elementu strategii europejskiej. W podsumowaniu wskazano na znaczenie normalizacji w różnych dziedzinach życia społecznego i gospodarczego, także w wymiarze obronności i bezpieczeństwa państwa oraz na potrzebę angażowania się w działalność normalizacyjną, jako źródło dostępu do informacji i rynków zbytu, edukacji oraz rozwoju.
    The article contains a brief characteristics of the European standardization strategy and planned undertakings in the field of standardization, till 2020. References are also made to the most important directions in this area on the level of EU legal regulations, including the guidelines of international and European standardization organizations. What is also mentioned, is the proeducational policy of the Polish Committee for Standardization in reference to various levels of educational system in Poland, as an element of the European strategy. Highlighted in the summary is the importance of standardization in different parts of social and economical life, including the area of state defence and security, as well as the need to take active part in standardization activities, as a ource of access to information and outlets, education and development.

W podsu-mowaniu wskazano na znaczenie normalizacji w różnych dziedzinach życia społecznego i go-spodarczego, także w wymiarze obronności i bezpieczeństwa państwa oraz na potrzebę anga-żowania się w działalność normalizacyjną, jako źródło dostępu do informacji i rynków zbytu, edukacji oraz rozwoju.

The policy of the Polish Committee for Standardi-zation promoting innovation in Poland in the frame of the European strategy is also men-tioned. Importance of standardization in differ-ent spheres of social and economical life, in-cluding the area of state defence and security is highlighted in the summary both with a need for active participation in standardization activ-ities providing access to information and mar-kets, education and development.

    Opis:
    The main goal of the project is the complex analysis of recent geokinematics and geomechanics of the Earth crust in the territory of Poland. The analysis will be performed using the archive data as well as the new data acquired duiring the realisation of the project. Combined analysis of GNNS data obtained from the epoch obsenations at the stations of PSG (Polish Geodynamic Network) and stress measured in the drilling holes will be conducted. The new thermomechanic 2D geodynamic model will be determined using the finite element method.
