Opis:: The article deals with issues directly and (or) indirectly related to the functioning of logistics companies without specifying what they do, what their organizational structure is and where they are located. The issues arising from globalization processes and the internationalization of phenomena of social and economic life are emphasized. It was emphasized that the changing operating conditions of logistics companies have an impact on employee attitudes and behaviour, management and competences of managers, which should be constantly adapted to the conditions of the created situation.
