    Położona najdalej na północ od Dunaju Dacia Porolissensis była obszarem bezpośrednio stykającym się ze światem Sarmatów i wschodnich Germanów. Północno-zachodnia granica rzymskiej prowincji Dacji, to jeden z najmniej znanych odcinków rzymskiego limesu. Badane stanowisko może być utożsamiane z starożytnym Resculum/Rucconium, miejscem stacjonowania rzymskich oddziałów wojsk pomocniczych, których zadaniem była straż w położonych w okolicznych górach posterunkach, będących ostatnią nieprzebadaną częścią limesu rzymskiego w Europie. Badania wznowione w 2012 r. pod kierunkiem F. Marcu są kontynuowane od 2014 r. we współpracy Instytutu Archeologii UMK w Toruniu z Narodowym Muzeum Historii Transylwanii w Kluż-Napoce.
    Limes Dacicus, a fundamental reflection and study subject for Romanian ancient history and archaeology. The northwestern part of the limes, especially that in the vicinity of the fort at Bologa, is, not by chance, one of the best-known sectors of the Dacian limes. Once archaeological research has been restarted, in 2012, in the fort, and through research projects financed in this field, the authors updated, documented and processed most of the data regarding the subject. On one hand, the commander’s house in the fort reveals a most interesting architectural approach used to erect the intended prototype of a Mediterranean residence, on the other hand, the Roman frontier in the area is a complex system of watchtowers, fortlets and linear fortifications which seem to ensure a rather efficient surveillance and communication in the area.

    W opracowaniu przedstawiono warsztat pojęciowy, a także wyniki i wnioski z badań w zakresie innowacji w sektorze publicznym, prowadzonych od zaledwie dwóch zarówno w ujęciu europejskim, jak i krajowym. Opisano również proces upodobniania się samorządów do przedsiębiorstwa, z uwzględnieniem realizacji celu nawiązującego do wartości istotnych dla danej społeczności lokalnej. W zasadniczej części pracy podjęto próbę zidentyfikowania czynników odpowiedzialnych za niską pozycję Polski w rankingach innowacji w sektorze publicznym i ogólnie słaby rozwój tego obszaru. Wskazano również główne źródła działań innowacyjnych, przede wszystkim organizacyjnych, w sektorze publicznym. Zidentyfikowano także czynniki mające wpływ na zwiększenie innowacji ze szczególnym wskazaniem na lokalne polityki innowacji.
    The article presents a conceptual workshop, as well as results and conclusions from research in the field of innovation in the public sector, implemented only from two, both in European and national terms. The process of the self-government’s preference for the enterprise was also presented, taking into account the specificity of primarily addressing the objective related to the values relevant to the local community. The main part of the article refers to the attempt to identify the factors responsible for the weak position of Poland in rankings and the generally weak development of innovation in Polish public sector. Author also pointed out the main sources of innovative activities in the public sector, mainly against the background of organizational innovations. The article also identifies factors affecting the increase of innovation, and among them the Local Innovation Policies are particularly discussed.

    Opis:
    The North-western border of the province Dacia is one of the least-known parts of the Roman limes. In the years 2016-2017 spatial data was acquired in the environs of the Roman fort Resculum/Rucconium in Bologa which permitted the documentation of the remains of the Roman constructions. The methods and analyses utilized are a valuable contribution in the development of the methodology of archaeology. Extensive archaeological research and surface survey in the environs of the Bologa were conducted by the Institute of Archaeology in Toruń and the National Museum of Transylvanian History in Cluj-Napoca.
    Północno-zachodnia granica rzymskiej prowincji Dacji, to jeden z najmniej znanych odcinków rzymskiego limesu. W latach 2016-2017 r. dla okolic rzymskiego fortu Resculum/Rucconium w miejscowości Bologa zostały pozyskane dane przestrzenne, które pozwoliły zadokumentować pozostałości rzymskich konstrukcji. Metody ich pozyskania i analizy stanowią cenny wkład w rozwój metodologii archeologicznej. Archeologiczne badania szerokopłaszczyznowe oraz prospekcja terenowa są prowadzone okolicach Bologa przez Instytut Archeologii UMK w Toruniu we współpracy z Narodowym Muzeum Historii Transylwanii w Kluż-Napoce.

    Opis:
    Semi-structural data tend to be problematic due to the sparsity of their attributes and due to the fact that, regardless of their type, they are immensely diverse. This means that data storage is a challenge, especially when the data contained within a relational database – often a strict requirement defined in advance. In this paper, we present a thoroughly described concept of a repository that is capable of storing and processing semi-structural data. Based on this concept, we establish a database model comprising the architecture and the tools needed to search the data and build relevant processors. The processor described may assign roles and dispatch tasks between the users. We demonstrate how the capacities of this repository are capable of overcoming current limitations by creating a system for facilitated digitization of scientific resources. In addition, we show that the repository in question is suitable for general use, and, as such, may be adapted to any domains in which semi-structural data are processed, without any additional work required.
