Opis:
For the purpose of reducing the impact noise transmission across floating floors in residential buildings, two main sound transmission paths in the floating floor structure are considered: the stud path and the cavity path. The sound transmission of each path is analysed separately: the sound transmission through the cavity and the stud are predicted by statistical energy analysis (SEA). Then, the sound insulation prediction model of the floating floor is established. There is reasonable agreement between the theoretical prediction and measurement, and the results show that a resilient layer with low stiffness can attenuate the sound bridge effect, resulting in higher impact noise insulation. Then, the influences of the floor covering, the resilient layer and the floor plate on the impact sound insulation are investigated to achieve the optimised structure of the floating floor based on the sound insulation.

Opis:
In order to study the failure mechanism and characteristics for strip coal pillars, a monitoring device for strip coal pillar uniaxial compression testing was developed. Compression tests of simulated strip coal pillars with different roof and floor rock types were conducted. Test results show that, with increasing roof and floor strength, compressive strength and elastic modulus of “roof-strip coal pillar-floor” combined specimens increase gradually. Strip coal pillar sample destruction occurs gradually from edge to the interior. First macroscopic failure occurs at the edge of the middle upper portion of the specimen, and then develops towards the corner. Energy accumulation and release cause discontinuous damage in the heterogeneous coal-mass, and the lateral displacement of strip coal pillar shows step and mutation characters. The brittleness and burst tendency of strip coal pillar under hard surrounding rocks are more obvious, stress growth rate decreases, and the rapid growth acoustic emission (AE) signal period can be regarded as a precursor for instability in the strip coal pillar. The above results have certain theoretical value for understanding the failure law and long-term stability of strip coal pillars.

Opis:
In this paper, a modified Fourier-Ritz method is used to study free vibration of a rectangular plate with a set of simply supported opposite sides and another set of arbitrary elastic constraints. The influence of different elastic constraint stiffness values on the modal response of the rectangular plate is also analyzed. In order to avoid that the displacement function of the rectangular plate calculated by the traditional method and its derivative may be discontinuous or non-derivable at the boundary, the displacement function is expressed in the form of the sum of standard cosine series and a periodic polynomial function. Compared with the sine series expansion, the convergence of the result is enhanced. Several sets of numerical examples with different boundary conditions are given in the article, the data shows that the results calculated by this method have good accuracy and fast convergence. In addition, this paper also analyzes the boundary conditions and discusses the influence of different spring stiffness values on the setting of boundary conditions. The results can be applied to the setting of general boundary conditions and the study of vibration control of rectangular plates.

Opis:
In this article, a deep reinforcement learning based three-dimensional path following control approach is proposed for an underactuated autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV). To be specific, kinematic control laws are employed by using the three-dimensional line-of-sight guidance and dynamic control laws are employed by using the twin delayed deep deterministic policy gradient algorithm (TD3), contributing to the surge velocity, pitch angle and heading angle control of an underactuated AUV. In order to solve the chattering of controllers, the action filter and the punishment function are built respectively, which can make control signals stable. Simulations are carried out to evaluate the performance of the proposed control approach. And results show that the AUV can complete the control mission successfully.

Opis:
A three-level multi-input DC/DC converter is proposed to solve the problems of complex interface circuit structure and high economic cost for multi-source access to the joint power supply distribution system. In this structure, multiple dc sources are integrated into a three-level DC/DC converter. In comparison with the two-stage counterpart, two active switches and boost diodes are eliminated, while two blocking diodes are added to block the reverse current from the dc-link capacitors. In addition, when the input inductors work in the discontinuous conduction mode, power sharing among different input sources can be achieved by properly selecting the inductance value. The working principle of the converter is analyzed by introducing nine working modes in detail and deriving the steady-state relationship expressions. The parameter range of the element is determined and the design process of a group of dynamic parameter values is shown. Finally, the power electronics real-time simulation platform is built based on StarSim HIL and the corresponding experimental waveforms are given to verify the topology and analysis.

Opis:
Reasonable mathematical derivation and mechanism model in the process of producing aluminum fluoride by fluosilicic acid is the key to the industrial treatment of fluorine resources in the tail gas of phosphate ore. In this work, aluminum fluoride was generated directly by fluosilicic acid to extract fl uorine from the tail gas of phosphate rock. The uncreated-core model dominated by interfacial reaction and the uncreated-core model dominated by internal diffusion-reaction were then respectively utilized to describe the reaction kinetics of the generation of aluminum fluoride. The result showed that the uncreated-core model was dominated by interface reaction and internal diffusion, the apparent reaction order n = 1, and the activation energy Ea = 30.8632 kJ . mol–1. Product characterization and kinetic analysis were employed to deduce the reaction mechanism of preparing aluminum fluoride. The theoretical basis for the low-cost recycling of fluorine resources in the tail gas of industrial phosphate ore was provided in this work.

Opis:
3,3’-Dinitro-5,5’-diamino-bi-1,2,4-triazole (DABNT) was synthesized by a facile method and its crystalline density was determined as 1.839 g·cm−3 at 293(2) K by X-ray diffraction. Its thermal decomposition kinetics and mechanism were studied by means of differential scanning calorimetry-thermogravimetry (DCS-TG), in situ thermolysis by rapid-scan Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (RSFTIR) and simultaneous TG-IR technology. The results showed that the apparent activation energies obtained by the Kissinger, Ozawa and Starink methods were 122.9 kJ·mol−1, 123.2 kJ·mol−1 and 123.5 kJ·mol−1, respectively. The thermodynamic parameters of ΔS≠, ΔH≠ and ΔG≠ were −37.5 J·K−1·mol−1, 118.4 kJ·mol−1 and 138.7 kJ·mol−1, respectively. The decomposition reaction process of DABNT starts with the transformation from a primary amine to a secondary amine and then the loss of one nitro-group from the DABNT structure. Gaseous products, such as N2O and H2O, were detected from decomposition in the range of 50-300 °C. Density functional theory (DFT) calculations were further employed to illustrate the decomposition mechanism. The above-mentioned information on the synthesis and thermal behaviour is quite useful for the scale-up and evaluation of the thermal safety of DABNT.

The properties of flash-roasted products from low-grade refractory iron tailings (IGRIT) and the improved method for their magnetic separation index were investigated by the MLA, XRD, iron phase analysis, and magnetic separation test. The results show the siderite and hematite in the IGRIT have been converted to magnetic iron after the flash roasting treatment with a time of 3-5 s; magnetic iron in roasted products has a monomeric dissociation of 37.20%, and a 75−100% exposed area of contiguous bodies as rich intergrowth was 29.83%, and that a 32.97 poor intergrowth; moreover, magnetic iron is mainly associated with muscovite and quartz. It is also found that the regrindingmagnetic separation (1500 Oe) treatment of the middling was beneficial to obtain more qualified iron concentrate products. Therefore, roasted products magnetic separation process in the absence/ presence of the middling regrinding-magnetic separation treatment obtains an iron concentrate with 60.10%/ 60.12% iron grade and 72.04%/81.13% iron recovery. The iron concentrate from the magnetic separation process with middling regrinding-magnetic separation can have a 9% higher recovery than the process without middling regrinding-magnetic separation. The work is significant for helping to improve the utilization of IGRIT.

Opis:
This paper designs a five-port transmission grating under normal incidence. Rigorous coupled-wave approach is used to optimize the grating parameters. The energy of the grating is mainly dispersed to the 0th, ±1st and ±2nd orders. The efficiency of each diffraction order under both polarizations is close to 20%. The modal method is used to describe the propagation mechanism of the two polarized lights in the grating, and the diffraction behavior of the grating is analyzed. In addition, the grating has a wide range of incident characteristics and a large process tolerance. Therefore, this five-port beam splitter with a connecting layer will be a good polarization-independent beam splitting device.
