The analysis outlines various factors that have considerably contributed to the growth of the post-truth phenomenon in politics in the 21st century. The article addresses issues strongly related to the media theory and political communication. It should be noted that post-truth continues to be a burning and dangerous problem, which can shape the media landscape and affect the political realities around the world.
