Opis:
The purpose of writing the ankle was to present the results obtained in the own studies on the presence of fungi in public buildings in the city of Kielce. The study was performed in two public buildings for a total of 12 rooms. 53 samples of indoor air were collected. Based on the chamber microclimate parameters study of the public buildings as well as mycological studies a significant relation between CO2 concentration and humidity and the presence of colony-forming units of fungi is shown.

The possibility of using rivers with small depths and dips to produce electricity requires building innovative turbines. Niejednoznaczność aktualnych przepisów prawnych [4], [5], [6], a niekiedy wręcz ich sprzeczność doprowadzają do stosowania rozwiązań powodujących poważne zaburzenia w działaniu wentylacji grawitacyjnej. Zaburzenia te są bardzo często wynikiem dostarczenia do pomieszczeń zbyt małej ilości powietrza zewnętrznego niezbędnego do prawidłowego działania wentylacji grawitacyjnej. Jak wykazały badania, ze względu na warunki mikroklimatu wnętrz, nie bez znaczenia jest rozmieszczenie elementów dostarczających powietrze zewnętrzne.
In the article presented results of the studies in a air exchange in buildings whit hermetic casing. In the course of research ascertain considerable distrubances a air exchange in these buildings.

W artykule przedstawiono problematykę z jaką zetknięto się podczas prowadzenia prac badawczych dotyczących mikroklimatu w budynkach poddanych szeroko pojętej termomodernizacji. Brak koordynacji tych prac oraz nie dostosowanie się do aktualnych przepisów prawnych doprowadził do poważnych zaburzeń w działaniu wentylacji grawitacyjnej, czego skutkiem były bardzo złe parametry mikroklimatu wewnętrznego oraz szybkie zagrzybienie miszkań.
In the article presented results of the studies in a air exchange in termomodernization buildings. In the course of research ascertain considerable discrbances a air exchange in these buildings. In result these work change of direction air flow in chanenels has taken, deterioration microclimate conditions and development moldy mushrooms.

Opis:
The paper explains ventilation air exchange driven by the gravitational force and wind, and the major factors affecting the phenomenon. A mathematical model, namely a system of equations, for computations of natural ventilation in two-bay building is presented. The model was used to make calculations of the amount of ventilation air and the pressure inside the building. The effect of external temperature and wind velocity on the amount of ventilation air and pressure values inside the building was analysed. Aerodynamics of multi-zone building ventilation is a complex process. It is difficult to both to determine the pressure prevailing inside the building and to select the area of ventilation openings. The literature does not provide dependences for making computations for such buildings, while computer methods are too time-consuming.

Zastosowanie szczelnej obudowy budynków oraz szczelnej stolarki podyktowane względami ekonomicznymi spowodowało konieczność zastosowania nawiewników powietrza oraz nasad kominowych jako elementu uzupełnienia systemu wentylacji grawitacyjnej. Pomimo zastosowania tych rozwiązań w dalszym ciągu zauważa się jednak pewne nieprawidłowości w działaniu systemu wentylacji. W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań przeprowadzonych na obiektach mieszkalnych wybudowanych w ciągu ostatnich pięciu lat i wyposażonych w szczelna stolarkę okienną, nawiewniki powietrza oraz nasady kominowe.
Applying tight concrete lining due to energetistic factors, as well as applying tight window joinery caused the necessity of using air intakes and passive or effective venilation assistance. They are used as the supplement to the system of ventilation in flats. In spite of such a solution, there occure some serious problem s in functioning of the ventilation. Results of the studies presented in the article concem alI the chosen flats which were built in the las t five years. The flats were equipped with the tight window joinery , air intakes and passive or effective ventilation assistance.

W artykule przedstawiono analizę matematyczną wyników badań ilościowych grzybów pleśniowych i parametrów mikroklimatu w budynkach mieszkalnych z indywidualnym systemem nawiewnym. Przy zastosowaniu metody planowania eksperymentu otrzymano model matematyczny, który daje możliwość obliczenia ilości grzybów pleśniowych w m3 powietrza przy różnych stężeniach CO2.
The paper presents a mathematical analysis of the quantitative research results of mold fungus and microclimate parameters in the residential buildings with individual supply system. Using the experimental planning method a mathematical model was obtained, which allowed to calculate the number of molds fungus in m3 of air at different CO2 concentrations.

W artykule przedstawiono program prac remontowych dla budynków zrealizowanych w systemie W-70. Przeanalizowano i opisano zakres robót koniecznych do wykonania wraz z określeniem zastępczych rozwiązań materiałowych i technologicznych. Analizą objęto budynki w aspekcie bezpieczeństwa, ciepłochronności, wymiany powietrza i wentylacji, instalacji, komfortu wizualnego i użytkowego. Zwrócono szczególną uwagę na prace poprawiające warunki mikroklimatyczne w lokalach.
The article presents a program of renovation works for buildings realized in the system W-70. The scope of work necessary to comply is analyzed and described with the specification of alternative materials and technology solutions. The analysis covers the building safety, thermal insulation, air exchange and ventilation, installation, visual and utility comfort. Special attention is paid to the work of improving microclimate in the rooms.

Ventilation of accomodation in warmed buildings well with tight windows' joinery is perturbed. The two-function heaters which are more and more frequently installed in the flats make up additional problem. This article presents results of reaserch on example of two apartments furnished with Individual System of Air Intake. This system causes reduction of CO2 concentration in rooms. Valus of this parameter has been under permissible valus (1000 ppm). The air humidity has decreased what causes reduction of the stuffy air feeling the room. In result of ventilation system action, the working of two-function water heaters has not been perturbed.

Analysis of indoor climate conditions showed problems with the proper operation of ventilation systems in the thermomodernization building. Thermomodernization was to seal the roof. The result of the study is a proposal for a global view of the building instead of narrowly targeted on thermal insulation and sealing the building envelope. Such an approach will prevent the feeling of discomfort inside the flats and provide an appropriate level of microclimate parameters.

Kształtowanie mikroklimatu wewnętrznego w budynkach wielorodzinnych sprawia wiele problemów. Dodatkowo komplikuje sprawę dążenie do energooszczędności budynków. Ilość powietrza przepływającego przez pomieszczenia jest niewystarczająca co powoduje wzrost stężenia dwutlenku węgla do wartości przewyższających dopuszczalne. Artykuł prezentuje wyniki badań warunków mikroklimatycznych w lokalach, w których zainstalowano indywidualny system nawiewny (ISN). Stężenie CO2 uległo zmniejszeniu, zmianie nie uległa temperatura, a wilgotność utrzymywała się w zakresach dopuszczalnych.
The usage of Individual System of Air Intake was the way of improving the indoor microclimate. This system used of existing ventilation ducts. It means that costs of ISN is lesser than typical mechanical ventilation system. The CO2 concentration was reduced when the ISN was working. The temperature of indoor air did not change. The humidity of indoor air was in range of acceptable values. The mathematical model makes possible air stream calculations.

Obowiązujące aktualnie przepisy prawne regulujące zagadnienia wentylacji naturalnej [1], [2], [3] w wielu obszarach są niejednoznaczne, a niekiedy wręcz sprzeczne. Sytuacja taka prowadzi do stosowania rozwiązań powodujących poważne zaburzenia w działaniu wentylacji grawitacyjnej. W dużej części budynków zaburzenia te są wynikiem dostarczania do pomieszczeń zbyt małej ilości powietrza zewnętrznego. Jak wykazały badania, ze względu na kształtowanie warunków mikroklimatu wnętrz, podstawowe znaczenie ma nie tylko wielkość dostarczanego strumienia powietrza zewnętrznego, ale również rozmieszczenie elementów doprowadzających to powietrze.
The applicable legislation connected with the natural ventilation are ambiguous and sometimes contradictory. This leads to serious problems with natural ventilation. In most cases malfunction of the natural ventilation is due to the insufficient stream of air from the outside. The research showed that the microclimate is influenced not only by the incoming air stream, but also by the layout of the air supply.

The article presents the feasibility assessment and evaluation of technical conditions of basic structural elements of exhibition hall after the fire. The aim of this investigation was to develop the ways for further exploitation of the structure and to evaluate the extent of repairs to be done.The scope of investigation and the detailed methodology for the investigation is presented. Given is the impact of the fire load on the bearing capacity of structural elements. To asses the impact of the damages on the main load bearing beams, besides the standard tests, also the acoustic emission (AE) method was applied.

The building envelopes with the open air layer are common in building energy-efficient houses. In such buildings, air gap is used for moisture elimination from a surface of external wall, which improves its thermal properties. To improve the thermal quality of building envelopes with open air layer and reduce the heat transfer rate during the cold period, it is necessary to conduct more in-depth study of heat exchange in the ventilated layer of air. The article presents a mathematical model of heat transfer through building envelopes with an open air layer for the cold season. In the proposed mathematical model connective and radiant heat fluxes were considered separately.

Opis:
W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań nad jakością powietrza wewnętrznego (IAQ) w jednym z wybranych przedszkoli. W obiekcie zastosowany został system wentylacji grawitacyjnej. Wstępne badania potwierdziły niską jakość powietrza wewnętrznego w podmiotowym budynku. W trakcie badań zaproponowano dwa usprawnienia mające na celu poprawę jakości powietrza: zwiększenie strumienia powietrza nawiewanego oraz, w drugiej kolejności, montaż urządzeń do uzdatniania powietrza wewnętrznego. Uzyskane wyniki badań wskazują, że wprowadzone usprawnienia wpływają na poprawę jakości powietrza wewnętrznego.
The article demonstrates the results of research on the indoor air quality (IAQ) in one of chosen preschools. In such facilities, the standard solution is a system of natural ventilation. Only a small percentage of such buildings is equipped with a mechanical ventilation system with adjustable parameters of the microclimate. The article presents the results of indoor air quality in the local preschool located in Kielce. In the present facility natural ventilation system was used. Preliminary studies confirmed the poor quality of indoor air in a subjected building. During the study, two improvements aimed at improving air quality were proposed. The first improvement was to increase the supply air stream. The second one concerned the installation of equipment for the treatment of indoor air. The results indicate that under certain guidelines it is possible to improve indoor air quality. As an indicator of indoor air quality, concentration of carbon dioxide was adopted. In addition, microbiological tests were performed indoors.

Opis:
The paper presents the test results of acoustic insulation properties of reflective insulation. The experiments were performed for three different types of insulation and two values of air gap, namely 2 cm and 4 cm. A significant reduction of the sound level was recorded. Selected thermal and mechanical properties are also given in the paper.

Opis:
Opracowana koncepcja systemu autoryzacji oparta jest na technologii OFDM oraz watermarkingu. W systemie wykorzystana została Indywidualna Sygnatura Identyfikująca Korespondenta (ang. Correspondent Personal Identification Signature - CPIS), w szczególności CPIS może reprezentować sobą dane biometryczne abonenta radiowego. Główną ideą tej koncepcji jest autoryzacja użytkownika końcowego (abonenta), który skrycie w tle sygnału akustycznego przesyła sygnaturę przez takie łącza, jak: Internet, KF/UKF itp. W sprawozdaniu opisano koncepcję nadajnika i odbiornika takiego systemu. Podano również wstępne wyniki badań.
The proposed conception of the authorization system is based on both OFDM and watermarking technology and using CPIS - Correspondent Personal Identification Signature. CPIS can represent, e.g., biometrics data of the radio correspondent. The main idea of the proposed solution is authorization of the end-user in KF/UHF radio channels and Internet. The base scheme of transmitter and receiver is described as well as work principles of the dedicated system. In the paper, the results of the preliminary tests as well as the conclusions are given.

The article presents state of work in technology of free-space optical communications (Free Space Optics - FSO). Both commercially available optical data links and their further development are described. The main elements and operation limiting factors of FSO systems have been identified. Additionally, analyses of FSO/RF hybrid systems application are included. The main aspects of LasBITer project related to such hybrid technology for security and defence applications are presented.
